Why Mexico?
Mexico signed the Bilateral Aviation
Safety Agreement (BASA) in 2007,
mutual recognition of aviation
certification system between
Mexico and the FAA. This certify
parts, components, aviation system
and even full aircraft manufactured
and/or assembled in Mexico and
exported to the USA, or other
markets.
Also the new mexican export
control system is so efficient and
safe, that joined the Wassenaar
Arrangment with the international
community in 2012.
Mexico is still the most competitive
country in the hemisphere in
aerospace manufacturing costs.
