Welcome to the opening of the exhibition
Mexican images
Friday October 7th at 17.30 hrs
Lars Svanström’s sensible photos from
Mexico are taken between 1969 and
2011. The photos are focused on the
many ceremonies and festivals and on
the celebrations in small towns and
villages, and on the people and the
environment that created them.
Most of the photos are from 1969-1976
and 2003-2011 and they were taken
during travels in the states of Chiapas,
Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Mexico
Michoacan, Puebla, Querétaro,
San Luis Potosí, Veracruz, Oaxaca
and the capital Mexico City.
