As part of the creation of a 7th subsidiary in Mexico, we are looking for a:
Head of Human Resources M/F
Tasks:







Member of the Biocodex Mexico Leadership Team, you participate to the creation of the
structure
Partner with the management team to create and maintain an environment for people that
results in company’s success.
Develop, implement and administer Biocodex Mexico Human Resources Policies and
procedures
Develop, implement, review and administer compensations and benefits
Recommend employee relations’ practices necessary to establish a positive employeremployee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and satisfaction
Manage the process for recruiting, hiring, and orientation of new employees. Help managers
develop new job descriptions.
Office management
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
10 years HR experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant experience in project management.
Background in recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations and training /
development.
Fluency in English - required to speak, read and write. French is a plus
