Temple Room
Situated on the ground floor and recently
decorated to a high standard with an abundance
of natural daylight flooding through the windows.
Your guests would be welcomed into the ballroom
through our spacious conservatory. Disabled
access is also available through this room.
Ball Room
This has to be the jewel in the crown, boasting its
own bar and lunge area, the ball room leads into
a stunning staged dining area, seating up to 150
guests under 2 magnificent chandeliers.
Wedding Ceremonies
Hedworth Hall holds a license for civil wedding
ceremonies accomodating for up to 200 of your
closest friends and family, the local registrar is
able to perform your wedding ceremony in either
of our grand function rooms, Ball Room or Temple
Room, thus removing the need for your guests
to travel from ceremony venue to your wedding
function venue.
Wedding Breakfast
Hedworth Hall Chefs have created a delicious
selection of menus for your big day.
If you require something in particular please
consult your wedding Co-ordinator and they will
be happy to discuss requirements with you.
From table plans to finishing touches, our
dedicated team is on hand to provide you with
as much, or as little, helpful advice as you may
require.
Evening Receptions
The Wedding Ceremony may be over but the party
is just beginning!
Our resident DJ is able to meet all your musical
needs from your first dance to the last drop.
Live music is able to be played in both Ball Room
and Temple Room.
Hedworth Hall and its team will ensure you and
your guests are left with lasting memories of your
very special day.

Our evening reception room hire includes
DJ, Disco ,Lighting and all table linen.
Function room hire from 7:00pm
- 11:30pm (with the bar closing at
11:00pm).
In Addition to room hire you are required
to choose our of or buffet options (see
evening buffet options insert).
Please note there is no Wheelchair access
to the Temple Room, So this should be a
consideration when choosing the room
you require.
A late licence can be arranged until 1am
for an additional charge.

Making A Booking
Please book an appointment with our wedding co-ordinator to discuss your requirements.
Bookings will be confirmed once deposit has been received.
Please be aware to book your Civil Ceremony at Hedworth Hall it will also be necessary to contact your
local registry office to confirm their availability to perform your ceremony on your chosen date/time.
Deposit
A Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding booking.
50% of your total estimate will be required 6 months prior your wedding day.
Payment of the final balance is required 4 weeks prior your wedding day.
Confirmation
On Receipt of your deposit and a signed copy of our wedding terms and conditions, confirmation of your
booking will be forwarded to you.
This will confirm date(s) you have booked and details of what happens next.
We are happy to answer any questions or queries you may have over the telephone or via email,
however should you wish to visit Hedworth Hall in person with any queries or would like to another
look around), we kindly request you make an appointment with your wedding co-ordinator.
