Hall Decoration
After weeks of diligent work and countless hours of students’
time, the hallway was transformed into new worlds entering
different dimensions. Cartoon characters came to life in the
hallways of EHS, and some even entered a wonderland that only
seemed real in movies! EHS took a dive in the sea and swung
back and forth from blonde hair! It was a close race, as each of
the classes’ works were exquisite, showing off creativity, pure
Eagle Pride and holiday spirit. December 8th, 2014, the results
were in and the winner was chosen despite immense competition between the classes. The senior class
prevailed with it s awesome display of The Journey into Wonderland! Great job Seniors and to all the
classes who participated including: the Juniors who did Under the Sea, the Sophomores who had a huge
theme of 90s cartoon characters, and the Freshman who recreated a setting from the movie Tangled.
Spirit Week
Spirit week in December was
greeted with something that we all
can’t hide; our Eagle Pride!
Following, was Hippie Tuesday,
Workout Wednesday, Patriotic
Thursday, and Flannel Friday. Many
students and teachers participated
in this crazy week to raise spirits
in the halls of Edison High. We hope to see many more join in on the
fun during our next spirit week!
Faculty Breakfast
General Student Council arranged the annual Faculty Breakfast at
Edison High this year. The staff members were encouraged to
participate and many did. The breakfast was a great chance for the
teachers to associate with each other and it helped create a sense of
community among the staff. Thanks to all the teachers and
volunteers that participated. We all are looking forward to the next
faculty breakfast.

Student Council Convention
On January 7th, Student Council members attended the
NJASC Winter Convention held at TCNJ. They listened
to a motivational speaker and attended workshops that
explained events held by other schools. Many of the
concepts learned from these workshops are exciting
and may even come to EHS! Our very own Francesca
Rodrigo campaigned for and won as an Executive Board
member position of NJASC! Congrats, Fran!
