Bob has worked in business lending as well as many other
facets of the financial industry. His 30 years of experience
has exposed him to retail and mortgage lending, branch
management, and compliance. Most recently, Bob was vice
president of commercial lending at a financial institution
in Brookfield, where he concentrated on SBA and USDA
lending. He graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor
of Science degree.
Bob served on the board of directors for numerous
organizations in the West Bend area and is currently on
the board, and treasurer, for the West Bend Baseball
Association. He is also treasurer for the Washington County
Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Bob lives in West Bend and
is married with three grown step-children and a 6-yearold grandson. He enjoys spending free time with his wife
Sandy and their “little brother” through the Big Brothers/
Big Sisters Program. Bob is an avid fisherman and hunter
who also makes custom fishing rods.

David joined Kohler Credit Union in 2015 as business
relationship officer with 30 years of commercial lending
experience in an array of industries. Prior to joining the credit
union, David was vice president of business development
and commercial lending at a financial institution in
Manitowoc. His extensive business lending background
includes years of experience with government lending
programs such as SBA, WHEDA and USDA. Additionally,
he has helped small business owners with his experience
in community Revolving Loan Funds (RLF). David holds
undergraduate degrees in both business and marketing
from the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc.
Presently, David is board director/chairman for Manitowoc
County Habitat for Humanity. He also currently assists or
has served on various committees and board of directors
for United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Catholic Charities,
and Rogers Street Fishing Village.
