Fotofolio Landscape Manual Guide Fotofolio is a Wordpress Theme specialized for visual workers to show their portfolio. Fotofolio Landscape is a new version and replacement for our first Fotofolio theme. Older Fotofolio Theme Beware ! This Fotofolio Landscape coded from the beginning, if you are a user of older Fotofolio you have to regenerate all images manually. (we still working on the script to generate the images) Requirement 1. Web server with PHP 5 and MySQL Database 2. PHP5 support GD Library 3. Wordpress with minimum version 2.9 Preparation You could create the the categories later by demand, but it would be nice if you create initial categories beside the default “Uncategorized”. First of all, you need to create category for your slideshow. Go to Post > Categories, and start add your text, I recommend you to also write the description field. Then you need to create category for Testimonial section, do as slideshow category you just created. Categories you created for Slideshow and Testimonial will not appears in the category list within the sidebar. Also add other categories as necessary, the category you created beside Slideshow and Testimonial will be normaly appears. Go to Fotofolio Settings Page and change the fields that necessary. Post your first image Now, lets create a post for your image. Go to Post > Add New, add the necessary field, also check the corresponding category. Upload your image using add image button, and make it as a thumbnail by clicking “use as thumbnail”. Edit the necessary fields, and save all changes. Close the upload media window without clicking “inster into post” button, and publish the post. Adding Page Adding page in Fotofolio just like you use default theme, in addition, we provide a custom field named “intro” just incase you want to add a emphasis pharagraph / brief introduction.
