VORBEMERKUNG
PREAMBLE
BA entwickelt und erstellt Sonder-Maschinen und
– Anlagen für den Bereich der Luftfahrtindustrie
und ist dazu (insbesondere) im Besitz von
Patenten, besonderem fertigungstechnischem
Know-How,

damit
verbundenen
Konstruktionszeichnungen

technischen
Dokumentationen.
BA develops and constructs special-purpose
machinery and plants for the aviation industry,
and possesses (inter alia) patents, special
manufacturing expertise, engineering drawings
and technical documentation associated with
these.
BA und PARTNER beabsichtigen, gemeinsam im
Bereich der Maschinenbau- oder ElektroKonstruktion zusammenzuarbeiten. Zu diesem
Zweck ist es erforderlich, dass BA in erheblichem
Umfang Daten an PARTNER weitergibt. In
diesem Zusammenhang erlangt PARTNER
vertrauliche Informationen von BA.
BA and PARTNER intend to cooperate in the
area of mechanical engineering or electrical
design and construction. For this purpose it is
necessary that BA makes a considerable amount
of data available to PARTNER. In this context
PARTNER will have access to confidential
information of BA.
