Der Vakuumverschliessautomat FVB ist eine Anlage zum
Verschliessen von runden Dosen unter Vakuum und eignet
sich für Produkte wie Süssmais, Fleisch, Kaffee und mehr.
The Vacuum closing machine FVB is a system for closing
round cans under vacuum, suitable for products such as sweet
corn, meat, coffee etc.
Die Linie weist ein sehr einfaches Konzept auf. Die gefüllten
Dosen werden durch eine Einführschnecke in einen Schleusentunnel gefördert, wo ein langsamer Anstieg des Vakuums
stattfindet und somit das Produkt schont. In der Vakuumkammer werden die Deckel aufgesetzt und die Dosen verschlossen. Via Schleusentunnel werden die verschlossenen Dosen
aus der Vakuumkammer hinaus gefördert. Die Leistung der
Vakuumpumpen wird je nach Anwendungszweck und dem
verlangten Endvakuum ausgelegt.
The machine features a simple design. The filled cans are fed
via an infeed worm. The valve tunnel, where the vacuum is
slowly increasing, guarantees a careful product handling. In the
vacuum chamber, the lids are depiled and seamed onto the
cans.
The closed cans leave the vacuum chamber via the valve
tunnel. The capacity of the vacuum pump depends on the
application and is set according to the required final vacuum.

Wartung
Maintenance
Die Anlage zeichnet sich durch leichte Verstellbarkeit auf
andere Dosengrössen aus. Die beiden seitlichen Türen
erlauben einen leichten Zugang zur Reinigung und Wartung
der Verschliessmaschine mit den Falzorganen. Ein zentrales,
automatisches Schmiersystem für die Vakuumkammer mit
Schleuse und Verschliessautomat erlaubt eine kontinuierliche
Produktion mit einer minimalen Wartung.
The vacuum closing machine offers easy adjustment to other
can sizes and easy maintenance. Two wide doors on the side of
the vacuum chamber allow an easy access to the machine for
cleaning and adjustment of the seaming tools. A central
automatic lubrication system for the vacuum chamber with valve
and the seamer allows a continuous production with a minimum
of maintenance.
