The residences are distributed among 6 houses, with 164 sqm
to 416 sqm of enclosed area and extremely spacious terraces
of up to 189 sqm. Buildings are distributed in three split-levels,
set parallel - one below the other – in perfect harmony with the
size of the plot. Thus, the ground floor level of the upper block
is above the roof of the building in front, while the houses on
the periphery are beneath those on the peak. For this reason
each apartment enjoys superb uninterrupted panoramic sea
and mountain views with spacious subtropical gardens in the
foreground.

A stunning feature of CASA GRANDE is the apex of the condominium in between the houses 1 & 2 and 3 & 4, where the
mezzanine has been converted to an atrium hall flanked with 7
meters of high stone carvings with Picasso ornaments.

Like peering through a kaleidoscope, the landscape
changes throughout the day. At times the sea is a
dazzling cobalt blue, at other times aquamarine or
gunmetal grey.
In the backdrop, towering mountains rise up from
lush green foothills to majestic granite crests which
turn to jagged black silhouettes when backlit by the
spectacular southern Mediterranean sunsets. The
only constant is change, like a kaleidoscopic mosaic.
