Once you have registered, follow these steps to access the download section: >Products >Other Products >Product Support >Tightening Systems >Software ⋅ Online product catalog: www.boschrexroth.com/tightening NOTE The SE352 V2.200 SP1 and KE350/CS351 V2.200 SP2 versions are an important upgrade for the Tightening System 350. We recommend using at least these versions or greater as a replacement for all software versions beginning with V2.000. FPGA and MENMON versions may not be changed. Changes are not necessary. The usage of FPGA and MENMON versions which are not compatible with the hardware can lead to unbootable devices. Those unbootable devices can not be repaired in the field. Introduction This service pack relates to all full versions beginning with V2.000 and also contains the modifications from the previous service packs. Service packs for BS350 require a corresponding complete version, since they only make additions to the installed complete version. In contrast, a service pack for firmware completely replaces the previous FW version. The ID “350”/”351”/352” in the name of the firmware identifies the firmware versions that are only executable with the 350 controller generation (CS351, SE352, KE350). It is not possible to install this FW version in a 300/310 controller generation component (SE30x, SEH302, KE300). This will be prevented by the BS350 operating program. Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 2/44 Electric Drives and Controls Hydraulics Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Pneumatics Service Die folgende Liste beschreibt die Funktionserweiterungen / Fehler, welche mit dem jeweiligen Service Pack erfüllt bzw. gelöst werden. Nutrunner docking function: After docking the tightening spindle on the tightening system (electrical connection) and acknowledgement via the PLC input signal “SpDck”=0, the acknowledgement via the PLC output signal “SpDckAck” did not switch from “1>0” in rare cases. The cause for this has been eliminated. (CR8380) Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 40/44 Electric Drives and Controls Hydraulics Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Pneumatics Service Service-Pack 9 1. Display | Save graph… | “Save” tab | Storage controller: Data could not be saved in the BS350 with the setting "Save the following" if full. Error message "Error saving graph memory. Linear storage on SE full!” was output. 2. Data | Backup: After several backups, a complete backup could not be done, the controllers must be restarted. 3. Redundancy transducer monitoring: Different measured values between the primary and redundancy transducers immediately led to FC1215/1216 Redundancy error torque/angle if changes were made quickly. The transducer redundancy monitoring has been optimized, redundancy errors are now only triggered if deviations last longer than 10 ms. 4. Size 5 spindle -> Set speed too high: The set speed of the motor was incorrectly identified during initial commissioning or after the configuration was deleted. The set speed is now specified again as 10000 rpm. 5. Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 41/44 Electric Drives and Controls Hydraulics Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Pneumatics Service KE350 Service-pack 1 (have been omitted) Service-pack 2 1. FTP data output: The data output via FTP also supports ID codes with a length of 64 characters. 2. FTP data output: The sporadic occurrence of the EC 2033 “Read transfer list error” message during FTP data output with simultaneous graph transfer to the IPM server or BS350 has been remedied. In some cases, these messages also appeared: EC 2029, 2037, 2038, 2042, 2043. 3. FTP data output: If EC 2024 “Result output FTP: CF card full” occurs because the mass storage is full, the last result is still saved to the mass storage and is not lost. 4. FTP data output: In the case of connection aborts on certain FTP servers, the same recursive subdirectories are not created by the KE/CS FTP client. 5. EC 804 “Driver, exception in <A>”: The EC 804 message no longer occurs when using KE configuration| Interface module in slot A with an asymmetrical number of I and O points. This occurred e.g. after an update from V2.100 to the V2.200 release. 6. EC 2072 “CRC error in results data record after transmission from SE -> KE” EC 2112 “No result from tightening channel”: If the “Fox Cw” signal is immediately cancelled after the start of the application, the two error messages EC 2072 and/or EC 2112 no longer occur. This behavior was observed for example as a result of signal bouncing on start switches or electrical contacts, which affected the “Fox Cw” input signal. 7. Update, PLC signals, SE352: The PLC image between the KE and SE is synchronized after restarting the SE352 if a reset is carried out only on the SE352. 8. EC 2021 “ID code: device not ready”: EC 2021 no longer appears if an update from 2.100 to 2.200 has been carried out, and an IMpdp or IMdev field bus module is installed in slot A with the setting Tightening cell data | ID code | Device selection Profibus/DeviceNet. 9. IPM data link: The graph output in the IPM data protocol including torque/angle has been expanded to include the time. 10. Quality code: In tightening programs that are completed as OK outside of column "A" (e.g. a synchronization/rework step or NOK branch), the overall quality code is evaluated as 128 (NOK), in addition to the overall NOK evaluation of the tightening channel. The overall quality code is output when the "KE Profibus data" results output is used. 11. Information about removing FOxCw 1->0 has been modified: On removal of FOxCw (abort of the application), Display | Actual values or | Graph now displays the abort criterion “Cw->0” instead of “En->0”. 12. EC 2074 “Results data record not completely received": EC 2112 “No result from tightening channel”: The error messages EC 2074 and EC 2112 no longer appear if the actual values (Display | Actual values) are retrieved during application mode with BS350 and not all participating channels have ended the tightening. 13. KE configuration: Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 42/44 Electric Drives and Controls Hydraulics Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Pneumatics Service When sending the configuration with the BS350 to the KE/CS, “negative acknowledgement” no longer appears for interface modules with a certain I/O configuration. 14. Interface module IM24V: If the interface module IM24V is subsequently added in the SE/CS/KE, the Rdy and NF signals are correctly updated in the IM24V. For this purpose, it is mandatory that the PLC assignment table also be configured again. Service-pack 3 1. Connection to field bus master established via Ethernet/IP (IMenip) The “MajRev” readout from the EDS file will be accepted by the controller with service pack 2 and a connection will be established to the field bus master. 2. PLC signal "KE FtpF": The status of "KE FtpF" is now correctly set to "0": - When acknowledging errors via BS350 - When setting the input signal "KE ResF"/"Se ResF" from 0->1. - Bei abgeschalteter FTP-Datenausgabe (Einstellung Datenausgabe „Aus“) 3. EC 2074 during spindle bypass: If a tightening channel is used in an application that is currently in "spindle bypass" FC 2074 "Results data record not completely received" is no longer entered in the error list. 4. Data output "CAQTNG": The "CAQTNG" data output was expanded to include the option "Graph transfer". 5. EC 804 "Driver exception I <A>": The maximum configurable number of bytes for "Send data" has been reduced to 188 bytes. This prevents the occurrence of EC 804 "Driver exception in <A>". Service pack 4 1. Ethernet configuration ("System | Tightening channel configuration"): If no DNS server has been configured, the domain name and DNS address will no longer be filled with default values ("my.domain" and "192.168.0.6"). Service-pack 5 (have been omitted) Service-pack 6 1. "IPM protocol" data output: Ramp-up time of controller while buffering many IPM data records on mass storage shortened. 2. EC 2091 "Result listener task is finished (watchdog):" Error 2091 due to IPM data output at high utilization no longer occurs. 3. EC 804 "Driver exception in <A>": Invalid configuration of the IMpdp module by the user is prevented. 4. EC 2021 "ID code device not ready": After switching the ID code source, EC 2021 no longer occurs. 5. Open protocol Ford R1.0: The requested spindle number is returned in the response to the MIDs. 6. Application with hand-held spindles: The application's "FOx Cw/Ccw" start signal can be removed from all single channels directly after "Ch x.y CyCmp"=1 without leading to cancellation of the application with NOK evaluation. 7. KE/CS data output in fieldbus: System errors occurring during ramp-up of the controller are output via the fieldbus data. Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 43/44 Electric Drives and Controls Hydraulics Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Pneumatics Service Service-pack 7 1. IPM data output: Results are now output after a premature termination of the tightening process. 2. Incomplete boot phase for controller: On some controllers, the booth phase was not completed correctly. This problem has been remedied in SP7. Service-Pack 8 1. Status of the PLC signal “Ke App xxxy” is not output until changes are made: After the system is switched on or reset, the status of the application signals is output; previously, this only took place once a signal had been changed. 2. Error code 2077 “FTP result output: Watchdog” Error code 2077 “FTP data output -> After sequence end” has been removed. The EC was often misunderstood as a critical system error, even though it was only intended as an indication of a transfer timeout. The previous transfer procedure remains the same. If a timeout occurs, the transfer is repeated, as before. No data is lost. 3. Use of IMeth as a second network interface: If an IMeth is configured in the B-slot instead of the standard network interface (X7E1), it can also be addressed via the set gateway from external network segments. Prerequisite: The network infrastructure supports routing between the network segments. (Example: IMeth IP 10.23.232.100, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 10.23.232.1, access possible with computer 10.23.200.22). 4. Data | FW update / Restore: After an update is interrupted, e.g. through reset/power loss, the update/restore can now be repeated. Service-Pack 9 1. Data | Backup: After several backups, a complete backup could not be done, the controllers must be restarted. 2. IPM protocol data output: If the controller does not generate an actual value for time (e.g. if cancelled during the start step), then the IPM data output will deliver a faulty (syntactically incorrect) IPM telegram. 3. FC 2106 "CW & CCW simultaneously": FC 2106 "CW & CCW simultaneously" when reading in the PLC signals “FOxCw” and “FOxCcw” via IM24V. FC2106 “CW & CCW” were triggered simultaneously due to signal crosstalk between “FOxCw” and “FOxCcw” in long, multi-core cables. Thanks to an improvement in the evaluation, brief crosstalk between the signals “FOxCw/FOxCcw” no longer leads to FC2106. 4. Errors 2033, 2043, 2037 during FTP data output: If the FTP server often rejects a file before transferring, FCs 2033, 2043, 2037 will be entered in some cases. No data is lost. The file remained on the mass storage; another transfer attempt was made at a later point. An error will no longer occur if rejected by the server. 5. Error code 1313 “Keine Rückmeldung interner IndraLogic Treiber”/“No response from IndraLogic driver” FC 1313 is generated incorrectly in 2 cases: - The KE cycle counter is greater than 9,999,999 (this is limited in ResultOutIL) - There is only one channel in the application and it does not go to “InCy” (e.g. if PLC signal “Cw” is not in the internal Arcnet) Info_SW350_SPV2200_de_en.doc 44/44
