Filigran, funktional und
transparent das sind die Anforderungen von Planern und
Anwendern an moderne, zeitgemäße Fassadengestaltung.
Schmale Ansichtsbreiten von
45 bis 60 mm in konventioneller Pfosten-/Riegelbauweise
(RP-ISO-hermetic) oder als
Fassadenaufsatzsystem
(MULTITOP®) sind die Lösungen der RP Technik. Diese ermöglichen große Spannweiten,
selbst bei sehr hohen Scheibengewichten und können je nach
gebäudespezifischen Gegebenheiten mit Zusatzmaßnahmen zur Beschattung oder
Gewinnung regenerativer
Energien genutzt werden. Hierbei ist auch eine Realisierung
mit Edelstahlprofilen möglich.
Diese Fassadensysteme können
mit weiteren Komponenten wie
Eingangs-, Innentüren und
Fenstern kombiniert werden.
Sophisticated, functional and
transparent: these are the requirements from the planners and
users of modern contemporary
curtain wall design. Narrow
widths of 45 to 60 mm in
conventional mullion / transom
structures (RP-ISO-hermetic) or as
a curtain wall attachment system
(MULTITOP®) are the solutions
proposed by RP Technik. This
allows large span widths, even
with very high pane weights
and can be used for conditions
specific to the buildings with
additional measures for shading
or generating renewable energy.
In doing so, it is also possible to
realise structures with stainless
steel profiles. These curtain wall
systems can be combined with
other components such as entrance doors, interior doors and
windows.

grandes portées, avec des

Das Fassadensystem RP-ISO-hermetic 45N zeichnet sich durch
seine nur 45 mm schmale Profilansichtsbreite aus. Neben den
außergewöhnlichen statischen
Eigenschaften bietet die Montage mittels Schraub-/Stecksystem
sowohl funktionale als auch
erhebliche wirtschaftliche Vorteile. Den grundlegenden Korrosionsschutz stellen wir durch
beidseitige Bandverzinkung der
Profile sicher. Eine Pulver- oder
Nassbeschichtung kann durch
den Entfall jeglicher Schweißarbeiten bereits vor der Montage erfolgen. Die hohe Systemdichtheit, die nachweislich
ermittelten Wärme- und Brandschutzeigenschaften als auch
100% Kompatibilität zu allen
weiteren Fassadensystemen der
RP Technik ergänzen die
spezifischen Vorteile dieses
Systems.
The RP-ISO-hermetic 45N
curtain wall system is characterised by its narrow profile
sight lines of only 45 mm. In
addition to exceptional static
properties, the assembly also
offers both functional and
substantial economic benefits
with its screw/plug-in system.
We ensure the basic corrosion protection by galvanising
both sides of the profile. A
powder coating or wet coating
may occur in the absence of
any welding work before the
assembly. The high level of
seal tightness of the system,
the thermal insulation and fire
protection properties proven to
be 100% compatible with all
other curtain wall systems of
RP Technik complement the
specific advantages of this
system.

dieses System multifunktionale
Glasträger mit Glasauflagenverbreiterungen, die schwerste
Lasten aufnehmen können
und selbst für große Füllungsdicken genügend Spielraum
bieten. Eine große Auswahl
an verschiedenartigen Abdeckleisten, bis hin zu Edelstahl,
verleiht dem Gebäude eine

The RP-ISO-hermetic 60N
curtain wall system offers
practically the same attributes
as the RP-ISO-hermetic 45N
system. In addition, this system
offers multi-functional glass support with glass bearing extensions, which can accommodate the
heaviest loads and even offers
enough scope room for large
panel thicknesses. A wide
range of various types of cover
strips, including stainless steel,
gives the building a high quality,
almost transparent appearance.
As an option, increased static
requirements may be realised
through the use of system-specific profile reinforcement.

identiques à celles du système

équipé en plus de supports
de verres multi fonctions ayant
des surfaces d’appui élargies

Es vereinfacht die Planung
von Photovoltaikanwendungen
in der Gebäudehülle und
macht ihre Montage schneller
und sicherer. Die Basis bildet
eine bewährte Pfosten-RiegelKonstruktion. Mit einer Ansichtsbreite von 60 mm und
einer Einbautiefe von 160 mm
dient das Profil als durchgängiger Kabelkanal an Fassade
und Dach. Das Profilsystem
eignet sich auch aufgrund der
hohen Werkstoffeigenschaften im besonderen Maße für
gebäudeintegrierte Photovoltaiklösungen. Das Stahlprofilsystem kann großflächige Module
aufnehmen. Mit dieser Systemlösung wurde im Rahmen der
„Intersolar 2009“ in München
eine führende Platzierung beim
„Intersolar Award“ erreicht.
As a system solution for the
BIPV in curtain walls or roofs,
RP Technik offers the steel profile
system, RP-ISO-hermetic 60N,
with integrated cable routing. It
facilitates the design of photovoltaic applications in the building
envelope and makes their assembly faster and safer. The basis is
a mullion / transom construction. With a sight line width
of 60 mm and an installation
depth of 160 mm, the profile
serves as a continuous cable
route for the curtain wall and
roof. The profile system is also
suitable for high material properties in particular for building
integrated photovoltaic solutions. The steel profile system
can accommodate large scale
modules. This system solution
allowed us to get a leading
position in the „Intersolar
Award“ at „Intersolar 2009“ in
Munich.
Pour l’intégration de photovoltaïque en façade et verrière,

MULTITOP® ist ein wärmegedämmtes Fassadenaufsatzsystem aus bandverzinkten
Stahlprofilen mit patentiertem
Schraubkanal in Pfosten-/Riegelbauweise zur Herstellung
von Fassaden mit variablen
Unterkonstruktionen. Je nach
baulichen Gegebenheiten
können die Aufsatzprofile über
Verschweißung, Verschraubung
oder Bolzensetzverbindung
(System Hilti, Zulassungs-Nr.
Z-14.4-456) mit dem Trägerprofil verbunden werden. Die
einzigartige Geometrie der
Schraubkanalprofile verhindert
mit der Möglichkeit der Hinterlüftung die Gefahr der Kontaktkorrosion. Eine einteilige,
durchgehende Innendichtung
findet Verwendung für Pfosten
und Riegel. Somit ist eine
definierte innere Dichtungsebene sichergestellt. Die innovative
Gestaltung des Schraubkanals
mit der Gewährleistung einer
lotrechten Schraubenführung

der Schraubenbefestigung

MULTITOP® is a thermally
insulated curtain wall attachment system made from
galvanised steel profiles with
a patented screw channel in
mullion / transom structures for
the manufacturing of structures
with variable substructures.
According to the construction
conditions, the structure profiles
can be connected to the carrier
profile using welding, screwing
or power actuated fastening
(Hilti system, registration number Z-14.4-456). The unique
geometry of the screw channel,
that allows for ventilation helps
prevent the danger of contact
corrosion. A single-part continuous inner seal is used for
posts and beams. This is thus
ensuring a defined inner drainage. The innovative design
of the screw channel with the
guarantee of a vertical screw
guide, used in connection with
the screw fixings help achieve
highest extraction force.
MULTITOP® est un système de
