The ESSENTIAL LINE series
The optical appearance of this series is classical, factual and plain, however, contemporary in style with a smooth door leaf surface. Coated according to customers
requirements.
The EXCLUSIVE Line series
Gates of this series leave nothing to be desired regarding the optical appearance of
the gate. Here each customer gets his individual unique gate which is designed by
our in house design team. Anything is possible.
We personally dedicate ourselves to satisfy your demands. Modern technology in
combination with individual design united in an automatic security gate system
that is the gate you get from the BUCHELE gate manufacture.
Naturally each ESSENTIAL Line Gate and each EXCLUSIVE Line gate is assigned
to its own production number engraved on a precious metal plate and visibly attached to the gate. With this number it is traceable at any time which gate out of our
production it is.

modern im Stil mit glatter Torblattoberfläche. Die Beschichtung wird dem Kundenwunsch entsprechend ausgeführt.
Die EXCLUSIVE Line Serie
Die Tore dieser Serie lassen keine Wünsche an das optische Erscheinungsbild des
Tores offen. Hier bekommt jeder Kunde sein individuelles einzigartiges Tor, das
er sich durch unsere hauseigenen Designer entwerfen lassen kann. Hier gibt es
Nichts was unmöglich ist.
Wir kümmern uns um Sie und gehen gezielt auf Ihre Wünsche ein, denn moderne
Technik kombiniert mit individuellem Design vereint in einem automatischen
Sicherheitsstorsystem, das sind Tore aus der Tormanufaktur BUCHELE.
Selbstverständlich erhält jedes ESSENTIAL Line Tor und jedes EXCLUSIV Line Tor
seine eigene Produktionsnummer, die auf einem edlen Metallschild eingraviert und
sichtbar am Tor befestigt wird. Über diese Nummer kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt nachvollzogen werden, um welches der von uns gefertigten Tore es sich handelt.

The single wing and double wing automatic gate systems
by BUCHELE find their application inside a building to
separate different spheres of interest and security
sectors in thermally insulated and thermally separated construction on the outer wall of a building or as
an entrance gate to a property- areas where comfort,
security and beauty is indispensable.
Attention should be paid to the swivel area of the gate,
there should be no obstacles in this area that will obstruct the complete opening of the gate.

combined. Here for example a single wing entrance
door to a building from our ESSENTIAL Line series combined with a double wing entrance gate to a garage.

Drehflügeltore

Anwendung im Innen - und Außenbereich.
Die ein- und zweiflügeligen automatischen Torsysteme von BUCHELE finden Ihren Einsatzzweck sowohl
innerhalb eines Gebäudes zur Abtrennung verschiedener Interessen- und Sicherheitsbereiche, in wärmegedämmter und thermisch getrennter Konstruktion an
der Außenwand eines Gebäudes, oder als Einfahrtstor
in einer Grundstückseinfriedung in denen Komfort,
Sicherheit und Schönheit unverzichtbar sind.
Es ist zu beachten, dass der Drehbereich des Tores
gewährleistet ist und keine Hindernisse das vollständige Öffnen des Tores behindern.
Wie auf der Abbildung zu erkennen ist, können auch
Toranlagen miteinander kombiniert werden.
Hier zum Beispiel aus der ESSENTIAL Line Serie eine
einflügelige Zugangstür zu einem Gebäude mit dem
zweiflügeligen Einfahrtstor zu einer Garage.
Optisch ein absolut repräsentatives Erscheinungsbild
in der hochwertigen Fassade des Gebäudes. Nicht
anzusehen ist den beiden Elementen, dass diese die
höchsten Anforderungen an Sicherheit besitzen.

Sliding Gate

The single wing and double wing automatic sliding
gate systems by BUCHELE lets the entrance area to
your estate appear slightly more exclusive and more
prestigious. With our EXCLUSIVE Line series you may
give your gates a unique and individual appearance.
On the picture you see a wall around a property in
which a single wing and a double wing sliding gate of
our EXCLUSIVE Line series is installed.
You can see clearly that the high-quality ornamentaion on both doors is the same. This ensures a homogenous appearance despite of different construction
types.
By looking at these automatic sliding gates you cannot tell that safety components of highest standard
were used.
Also worth mentioning is that the sliding gates are
manufactured as self-supporting construction. This
means that there are no disturbing rails on the ground
in which rollers for the gates are guided.
The floor covering may be laid without disturbance
underneath the gate. This is a further point which emphasizes the uniqueness and innovation of our products.
Attention should be paid to the opening area of the
gate – there should be enough opening space available.

Schiebetore
Ein- und zweiflügelige automatische Sicherheitsschiebetore zur Anwendung im Außenbereich.
Die ein- und zweiflügeligen automatischen Schiebetorsystemen von BUCHELE lassen den Eingangsbereich zu Ihrem Anwesen noch etwas exklusiver und
repräsentativer erscheinen. Denn Dank der EXCLUSIVE Line Serie verschaffen Sie den Toren ein einmaliges und individuelles Erscheinungsbild.
Auf der Abbildung sehen Sie eine Grundstücksaußenwand in die ein einflügeliges und ein zweiflügeliges
Schiebetor mit EXCLUSIVE Line Optik eingebaut ist.
Klar zu erkennen ist, dass die hochwertige Ornamentik
auf beiden Toren gleich ausgeführt wurde. Womit eine
homogene Optik der beiden Tore, trotz unterschiedlicher Bauart gegeben ist.
Nicht anzusehen ist diesen automatischen Sicherheitsschiebetoren, dass in ihnen Sicherheitsbauteile
mit höchstem Standard verbaut wurden.
Noch zu erwähnen wäre, dass diese Schiebetor in freitragender Konstruktion gefertigt werden. Das heißt, es
gibt keine störenden Schienen im Boden, auf denen
Laufrollen für das Tor geführt werden müssen.
Der Bodenbelag kann ohne Unterbrechung unter dem
Tor hindurch geführt werden. Wieder ein Punkt der
für die Einmaligkeit und Innovation unserer Produkte
spricht.
Zu beachten ist, dass bei den ein- wie auch bei den
zweiflügeligen Toren, genügend Platz im Öffnungsbereich zur Verfügung steht.

Folding Gate
Four wing automatic folding gates
This four wing folding gate was developed for a special purpose where functionality, beauty and aesthetics were significant requirements. The gates are entrance
gates to a large building from our EXCLUSIVE Line series and have to meet the
following requirements:
• Automatic opening and closing of the gates to 90°, 180° or 270°. That means
that the gate may be opened completely or as an alternative the two center
wings only may be opened. This reduces the clear opening width to half. These
various functions help you to control the amount of people entering with the
opening width of the gates when there are large crowds.
• Emergency opening of the gates in case of power loss and when gates are
closed. With this function the closed gate may be unlocked remotely in case of
a panic and opened manually in escape direction as large double wing gate.
• Return to normal operation after automatic emergency opening. That means the
gates may be reverted to normal operation without any problems.
• Standard security for high wind speeds as well in closed and locked position as
during opening or closing.
• Protection of the main and secondary closing edge as well as the swiveling
range of the gate so that no person or obstacles will be harmed while the gate
is in motion.
The individuality of this type of gates is unlimited. The self-supporting construction
may be used for dimensions up to 12 m in width and 8 m in height. The advantage
is that there are no disturbing thresholds on the bottom that in case of a panic may
be a tripping hazard and cause people to fall.

Falttore
Vierflügelige automatische Falttore
Dieses vierflügelige Falttor wurde für einen speziellen Einsatzzweck entwickelt bei
dem Funktionalität, Schönheit und Ästhetik maßgebliche Anforderungen an diese
Tore darstellen. Die Tore dienen in diesem Fall als Zugangstore zu einem größeren
Gebäude, sind in der EXCLUSIVE Line Ausführung und müssen folgende Anforderungen erfüllen:
• Automatisches Öffnen und Schließen der Tore auf 90°, 180° oder 270°. Das
bedeutet, dass das Tor sowohl vollautomatisch komplett geöffnet werden kann,
oder alternativ auch nur die beiden mittleren Flügel, um die Durchgangslichte
auf die Hälfte zu reduzieren. Diese unterschiedlichen Funktionen helfen dabei
große Menschenmassen gezielt mit den verfügbaren Durchgangsöffnungen der
Tore zu steuern.
• Notöffnung der Tore im stromlosen und geschlossenen Zustand. Mit dieser
Funktion kann das verschlossene Tor im Panikfall fernentriegelt und manuell als
zweiflügeliges großes Tor in Fluchtrichtung geöffnet werden.
• Rückführung der Tore nach automatischer Notentriegelung in den Normalbetrieb. Das heißt die Tore können nach Betätigung der Notentriegelung wieder
problemlos in den Normalbetrieb zurück geführt werden.
• Standsicherheit der Tore bei hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten sowohl im geschlossenen und verriegelten Zustand, wie auch beim Öffnungs- und Schließvorgang.
• Absicherung der Haupt – und Nebenschließkanten, sowie dem Schwenkbereich des Tores, damit keine Personen oder Gegenstände bei der Bewegung des
Tores zu Schaden kommen können.
Die Individualität dieser Art von Toren ist grenzenlos. Die freitragende Bauweise
kann bis zu einer Größe von 12 Metern Breite und 8 Metern Höhe problemlos
eingesetzt werden. Der Vorteil dieser Konstruktion ist, dass keine störende Bodenschwelle benötigt wird, die im Panikfall zum Stolpern und Stürzen der Menschen
führen könnte.
Ein Tor der Superlative, das mit allen technischen Raffinessen ausgestattet ist und für
die Innovativität und den Ideenreichtum der BUCHELE Innovative Gate Systems steht.

Flush horizontally sliding fire protection gate system EI30 and EI60 as element construction
This gate system is used as gates in a firewall inside buildings. The special feature of this gate is that all elements may be stowed individually in a stowing space next to the gate. The selection of various widths of the
elements allow that the required stowing space for the opened gate may be reduced to a minimum. A further
advantage compared to ordinary fire protection gate systems is that the gate system as a continuously running
system may be opened and closed automatically up to 60 times an hour.
This gate comes with an arrest system as standard which is mandatory for this type of gate. This arrest system
will close the open gate automatically with an pneumatic energy storage device in case of a fire alarm. In case
of an emergecy or in a panic situation the closed gate may be emergency released and opened manually. Due to
the solid construction these gates may be produced up to a width of 12 m and up to a height of 4.5 m.
Naturally we offer this type of gate system in our ESSENTIAL Line and our EXCLUSIVE Line series.
Because exclusivity and an attractive design are also essential in many locations for this gate type.
Flush horizontal sliding gate system as element construction
This gate system is used as gates inside buildings, the gate may be opened or closed automatically at any time.
A huge advantage of this gate is that all elements may be stowed individually in a stowing space next to the
gate. The selection of various widths of the elements allow that the required stowing space for the opened gate
may be reduced to a minimum.
Contrary to the horizontally sliding fire protection gate systems as element construction there is next to our
design series ESSENTIAL and EXCLUSIVE a much larger variety regarding design as for these type of gates we
do not have to take the high requirements of fire protection into consideration. Here all types of materials may
be used. In addition we may use an attractive lattice ornamentation in order to be able to aerate the premises
with closed gates. As with the fire protection gates it is possible to emergency release the closed gate in case
of an emergency or panic situation and to open them manually. In contrary to the fire protection gates these
gates may be emergency released in open position and may be closed manually.
Due to the solid construction of the gates these gates may be produced up to a width of 12 m and a height of
4.5 m depending on the material used for the single elements.

Flächenbündiges, horizontal verschiebbares Brandschutztorsystem EI30 und EI60 in Elementbauweise
Dieses Torsystem kommt als Raumabschluß in Brandwänden innerhalb von Gebäuden zum Einsatz. Die Besonderheit dieses Tores liegt darin, dass sich alle Elemente einzeln in einem Parkraum neben dem Tor verstauen
lassen. Die Auswahl beliebiger Elementbreiten ermöglicht, dass sich der Platzbedarf im Abstellbereich für das
geöffnete Tor auf ein Minimum beschränken kann. Ein weiterer Vorteil gegenüber herkömmlichen Brandschutztorsystemen liegt darin, dass dieses Torsystem als Dauerläufer bis zu 60 Mal in der Stunde bequem motorisch
geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Das Tor ist serienmäßig mit einer für diese Torart vorgeschriebenen Feststellanlage ausgestattet, die das Tor
im geöffneten Zustand nach Auslösung der Rauchmelder automatisch durch einen pneumatischen Energiespeicher schließen lässt. Im Not- oder Panikfall kann das geschlossene Tor notentriegelt und manuell geöffnet
werden. Auf Grund der soliden Bauweise können Tore bis zu einer Breite von 12 Meter und einer Höhe von 4,5
Metern realisiert werden.
Natürlich können auch bei dieser Torart die beiden Designlinien ESSENTIAL Line und EXCLUSIVE Line realisiert
werden, denn Exklusivität und schönes Design ist auch an vielen Einbauorten dieser Tore unumgänglich.
Flächenbündiges, horizontal verschiebbares Torsystem in Elementbauweise
Diese Torart ist als Raumabschluß innerhalb von Gebäuden gedacht, den man jederzeit automatisch motorisch
öffnen und schließen kann. Der große Vorteil dieses Tores liegt darin, dass sich alle Elemente einzeln in einem
Parkraum neben dem Tor verstauen lassen. Die Auswahl beliebiger Elementbreiten ermöglichen, dass sich der
Platzbedarf im Abstellbereich für das geöffnete Tor sich auf ein Minimum beschränken kann.
Im Gegensatz zu den horizontal verschiebbaren Brandschutztorsystemen in Elementbauweise steht bei dieser
Torart neben der Designlinie ESSENTIAL Line und EXCLUSIV Line, noch eine wesentlich größere Vielfalt bezüglich des Designs zur Verfügung, da hier die hohen Anforderungen an den Brandschutz nicht berücksichtigt
werden müssen. Hier können nach Belieben fast alle verfügbaren Werkstoffe verarbeitet werden. Es besteht
zusätzlich die Möglichkeit eine optische ansprechende Gitterornamentik einzusetzen, um Räumlichkeiten auch
bei geschlossenem Tor zu Be- und Entlüften. Wie bei den Brandschutztoren besteht die Möglichkeit die geschlossenen Tore im Not- oder Panikfall not zu entriegeln und manuell zu öffnen. Im Gegensatz zu den Brandschutztoren können diese Tore auch im geöffneten Zustand entriegelt und manuell geschlossen werden.
Auf Grund der soliden Bauweise können Tore, jedoch abhängig von der Stabilität des Werkstoffes aus dem die
Einzelelemente gefertigt wurden, bis zu einer Breite von 12 Meter und einer Höhe von 4,5 Metern problemlos
realisiert werden.

Line are equipped with the latest in drive technology.

Powerful three-phase motors transform their power via
axial and angle gear boxes into the particular movement
of the gate. Frequency converters of the latest generation
guarantee a soft start-up and stop function of the gate.
Leistungsstarke Drehstrommotoren wandeln ihre Kraft
über Axial- oder Winkelgetriebe in jeweilige die Torbewegung um. Für den komfortablen Sanftan- und Sanftauslauf sorgen Frequenzumrichter der neuesten Generation.

Toranlagen von Buchele sind bereit, direkt in komplexe

Due to the possibility of integration into all common bus
systems it is possible to integrate the gates directly into
the workflow of automated systems.
Durch die Integration in alle gängigen Bussysteme wird
es möglich, Tore direkt in den Workflow von automatisierten Systemen einzubinden.
An additional advantage of this integration is an increased productivity and maintanability due to a continuous
diagnostic of the systems.

Control technology
Expansion stages
As BASIC expansion stage the control unit easily handles
all simple tasks. This includes simple security functions
such as contact edge and emergency stop switch and
digital inputs to control the gate. This is standard for our
ESSENTIAL Line gates.
With the PLUS expansion stage you will get a control
unit which allows IP-based connection to bus systems
or other control systems. Furthermore, it is possible to
control the gate by smartphone with the supplied App.
The highest expansion stage PRO offers all functions of the two mentioned stages as well as a failsafe PLC (programmable logic controller) which
allows the use of the IGS-MP30 modular sensors.
An integration in fail-safe bus systems is possible without any problems. This is standard for our
EXCLUSIVE Line gates.

BASIC
In der BASIC Ausbaustufe bewältigt die Torsteuerung ohne
weiteresalleeinfachenAufgaben.Dazugehörteineeinfache
Sicherheit wie zum Beispiel durch Kontaktleisten und NotStopp-Schalter und digitale Eingänge zur Steuerung des
Tores. Standard bei ESSENTIAL Line - Toren.
PLUS
In der PLUS Ausbaustufe erhalten Sie eine Torsteuerung, welche eine IP-basierte Anbindung an Bus- oder
andere Steuerungssysteme erlaubt. Ebenso ist hier die
Steuerung des Tores per mitgelieferter Smartphone App
möglich.
PRO
Die höchste Ausbaustufe PRO bietet alle Funktionen der
anderen Ausbaustufen sowie eine fehlersichere SPS
(speicher-programmierbare Steuerung), welche den

Key switches and buttons
As simple and reliable technology the application of key switches and buttons which
open and close the gate is possible for BUCHELE automatic door and gate systems.
Here we prefer the use of vandal-proof control elements which in addition are safe from
being manipulated in order to complete the safety features of the gate.
Code locks and card readers
Further operating options are code locks and card readers that may be integrated in
existing access control systems. With code locks the gate will open after the correct
PIN is entered. Different PINs are assigned to certain persons or certain categories of
persons- similar to the distribution of various keys.
The card reader may be compared with the classical key with one advantage – the
users can be identified by the use of different cards. In case of loss or unauthorized
use single cards can be blocked in order to exclude security risks.
Biometric sensors
Biometric features cannot get lost. Biometric sensors check the access authorization
by fingerprint or iris-scan identification before the gate is opened. A further advantage
is obvious – biometric features cannot be copied. The authorization is issued or withdrawn easily by PC.
Smartphone App
Doors and gates by BUCHELE which are connected to the Internet may be easily controlled and monitored by App. Other operating elements like keys or cards can be made
additionally safe by smartphones with a so called 2-factor authentication. The use of
a key will send a request to your smartphone which has to be confirmed to open the
gate.

Schlüsselschalter und Tasten
Als einfache und bewährte Technologie ist der Einsatz von Schlüsselschalter und Tastern, welche das Tor öffnen und schließen mit BUCHELE Automatiktüren und -toren
möglich. Hier werden von uns bevorzugt vandalensichere Bedienelemente verwendet,
welche zudem vor Manipulationen geschützt sind, um die Sicherheit des Tores bestmöglichst zu ergänzen.
Codeschlösser und Kartenleser
Andere Bedienmöglichkeiten sind Codeschlösser und Kartenleser, die in vorhandene
Zutrittskontrollsysteme eingebunden werden können. Beim Codeschloss wird das Tor
nach Eingabe der korrekten Kombination geöffnet. Unterschiedliche Codes werden –
ähnlich wie bei der Verteilung unterschiedlicher Schlüssel – bestimmten Personen und/
oder Personengruppen zugeordnet.
Der Kartenleser ist vergleichbar mit einem klassischen Schlüssel, nur mit dem Vorteil, dass Benutzer durch den Einsatz verschiedener Karten identifiziert werden können.
Ausgegebene Karten können bei Verlust oder unbefugter Verwendung einzeln gesperrt
werden, um ein Sicherheitsrisiko auszuschließen.
Biometrische Sensoren
Biometrische Merkmale hingegen können nicht verloren werden. Biometrische Sensoren prüfen die Zutrittsberechtigung durch Finger-abdruck oder Iris Scan, bevor das Tor
geöffnet wird. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt auf der Hand – biometrische Merkmale können
nicht kopiert werden. Die Autorisierungen werden ganz einfach über PC vergeben oder
auch entzogen.
Smartphone App
Ans Internet angebundene Türen und Tore von BUCHELE können auch per App gesteuert und überwacht werden. Andere Bedienelemente wie Schlüssel oder Karten können
per Smartphone durch eine sogenannte 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung zusätzlich sicher
gemacht werden. Die Betätigung eines Schlüssels sendet Ihrem Smartphone eine Anforderung, welche bestätigt werden muss, erst dann öffnet sich das Tor.

Security technology
Large doors and gates are usually heavy and, therefore,
bear the risk of crushing and shearing points. In addition the aesthetic demand on the gate where high-quality
materials are used a sensor should not ruin the overall
optical impression of the gate.
The solution of this problem was our task when we developed our EXCLUSIVE Line gates. The perfect solution
to protect against all danger areas as well as all possible
crushing and shearing points is our depth sensor IGSMP30 Modular.
Regardless of light and ground conditions the sensor
system works and monitors the complete gate and surrounding area to protect people from potential hazards.
Therefore, a small covered opening is necessary in the
lintel area above the gate which is used for the sensor
to scan the area. The installation of conventional and
visually annoying sensor strips on the gates may be dispensed with.
Function of the sensors
The sensor captures a 3D image of the surrounding area.
In combination with the fail-safe PLC (programmable logic controller) the danger area of the gate is secured.
Should there be people or an obstacle in the danger area
the sensor will stop gate movement immediately.

Sicherheitstechnik
Große Türen und Tore sind meist auch schwer und bringen damit die Gefahr durch Quetsch- und Scherstellen
mit sich. Hinzu kommt auch noch der ästhetische Anspruch an das Tor: wo mit hochwertigen Materialien
gearbeitet wird, sollte nicht ein Sensor das optische Gesamtbild der Toranlage zerstören.
Dieser Aufgabenstellung haben wir uns bei der Entwicklung der EXCLUSIVE Line angenommen. Die innovative
Lösung zur Absicherung sämtlicher Gefahrenbereiche
sowie aller möglichen Quetsch- und Scherstellen ist unser Tiefensensor IGS-MP30 Modular.
Unabhängig von den Licht- und Bodenverhältnissen
funktioniert das Sensorsystem im Verbund und überwacht das komplette Tor und dessen Umfeld um Menschen vor möglichen Gefahren zu schützen.
Dazu sind im Sturzbereich über dem Tor lediglich kleine
verblendete Öffnungen vorzusehen, die der Sensor zum
Scannen der Umgebung benötigt. Auf die herkömmlichen optisch störenden Sensorleisten und den Torflächen kann dadurch gänzlich verzichtet werden.
Funktion der Sensoren
Der Sensor erfasst ein 3D Bild seiner Umgebung. In
Kom-bination mit der fehlersicheren SPS (speicherprogram-mierbare Steuerung) wird der Gefahrenbereich des
Tores abgesichert. Befinden sich beispielsweise Menschen oder Gegenstände im Gefahrenbereich, stoppt der
Sensor unmittelbar die Torbewegung.
