Isay Weinfeld
SOUTH BEACH LIVING REDEFINED
Award-winning architect Isay Weinfeld’s informed perspective unites modern minimalism and
strategic elements of contemporar y design. His previous work with Fasano Group has been globally
recognized by The International Architectural Awards, World Architecture Festival and the Interior
Awards, among others.
Fasano Shore Club is Weinfeld’s most anticipated project outside Brazil. At the hotel and residences,
Weinfeld establishes a new standard for sophisticated beach living, one in which streamlined
structures are complemented by a tasteful décor, evoking the proper ty’s pristine landscape.
The colors are deceptively simple: shades of white and ivor y, accented by rich natural tones. A work
of ar t to inhabit: with shir ts unbuttoned and wind-swept hair. Weinfeld’s vision is an elevated take on
beach chic that speaks to the modern connoisseur.

Architect Isay Weinfeld creates striking, imaginative interiors. Weinfeld’s style is modern,
f inely tuned by years of experience designing award-winning work. Few architects are as
adept at realizing both interiors and exteriors as Isay Weinfeld.
At Fasano Shore Club, Weinfeld has created residences that are grand, yet intimate;
sophisticated, yet inviting. Furnished with premium Gaggenau appliances and Bulthaup
kitchen f ixtures, the interiors are enhanced by wide-plank European-oak f loors and
Calacatta marble sur faces. Sliding f loor-to-ceiling glass windows create a seamless
transition between indoor and outdoor living. Featuring automated sound, lighting, heating
and cooling methods, all units are designed to anticipate the needs of owners.
Understated. Tranquil. Inviting. A Fasano Shore Club apar tment is per fectly tailored to
Miami Beach living, custom-f it to an ef for tless, private lifestyle.

Fasano Shore Club’s advanced yet understated aesthetic forges a delicate balance between nature
and design: wild and contained. Led by Enzo Enea, Swiss f irm Enea reimagined the landscape of
Fasano Shore Club, creating a refreshing environment alive with lush vegetation and foliage.
Designed to interact with Isay Weinfeld’s structural model, Enzo Enea, who has received praise
from London’s prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, the American Society of Landscape Architects
and Giardina Zurich Awards among others, has spearheaded a philosophy that inter twines building
and enviroment.
Open-air terraces transition uninterrupted into adjoining interior spaces, blurring the lines
between inside and out. Seasonal rhy thms unfold on the trunks of rainbow eucalyptus. Native sea
grape and f icus trees enclose the pool, complementing the contemporar y forms and muted tones
of Isay Weinfeld’s palette. The oceanfront complex represents a new kind of hospitality, one that
embodies its surroundings even as it enhances its beauty.

THE HEART OF SOUTH BEACH
Bathing beauties. Swaying palms. Gleaming motorcars, and grand entrances. Modern architecture
brought to life in clean lines and cool facades, basking in the late af ternoon sun. Miami’s golden era
ushered in a time of unprecedented glamour, driving visitors to the coast. Establishing its home
along the desirable Collins Avenue, the Shore Club was born. A study in Ar t Deco design, the hotel
retains its prime address to this day.
Times change. Fasano Shore Club is revived as a buzzing hub of Miami social life. Two decades
later, in the hands of a world-class Brazilian architect, the hotel will be transformed again into a new
model of luxurious beach living.
A thriving community for design, South Beach is now a nexus of contemporar y ar t, playing host
to the prestigious Ar t Basel Miami Beach, as well as an incubator for for ward-thinking, conceptual
architecture. A driving force in fashion, dining, and nightlife, Miami has emerged as never before.
Located at 19th Street and Collins Avenue, Fasano Shore Club is steps away from South Beach’s
vibrant pulse and the burgeoning, hotel-driven Mid-Beach, with its must-see nightlife scene.
Two blocks away sits the Bass Museum of Ar t and the green oasis of Collins Park. With the beach
in view, residents are walking distance from the sand.
The Shore Club legacy lives on as the proper ty enters its most exciting chapter yet.
