General Instructions
1 Secure the patch panel to the
rack.
2 Release the two captive screws
adjacent to the handles and slide
panel out.
3 Earth the panel if required.
4 Strip the outer cable sheath by
500mm (the width of the box in
which the panel was supplied).
5 Secure the cable(s) to the panel
using cable ties supplied. Use the
cable anchor positions most
suitable for the installation.
6 Dress each pair into position
using the wire manager. Do not
remove the wire managers – they
hold the printed circuit boards in
place.
7 Terminate each pair to the
appropriate IDC using the Krone
IDC Insertion Tool. The IDC rows
are labelled on the PCB “lower” &
“upper”.
8 Slide panel closed and secure
with captive screws.
9 Fit label holders and labels if
required.
Allgemeine Anweisungen
1 Das Verteilerfeld am 19“ Rahmen
befestigen
2 Die beiden unverlierbaren Schrauben
neben den Griffen lösen und das
Verteilerfeld herausziehen.
3 Im Bedarfsfall das Verteilerfeld erden.
4 Das Kabel außen um 500 mm
abmanteln (die Breite des Kartons, in
dem die Verteilerfeld geliefert wurde).
5 Das/die Kabel unter Verwendung der
mitgelieferten Kabelbänder an dem
Verteilerfeld befestigen. Die für die
Installation geeignetesten
Kabelbefestigungspositionen
verwenden.
6 Jedes Paar mit Hilfe des Kabelhalters
in die entsprechende Lage bringen. Die
Kabelhalter nicht entfernen – sie halten
die Leiterplatten an Ort und Stelle.
7 Jedes Paar mit dem KRONE LSAPLUS-Anlegewerkzeug an den
entsprechenden LSA-PLUS Modulen
anschließen. Die LSA-PLUS-Module
sind auf der Leiterplatte mit „oben“ und
„unten“ ausgewiesen.
8 Der Verteilerfeld wieder
hineinschieben und mit den
unverlierbaren Schrauben befestigen.
9 Im Bedarfsfall Beschilderung und
Halter anbringen.

Attrezzi occorrenti
Cacciavite a stella (per dispositivi di
fissaggio da 19” e viti prigioniere).
Attrezzo Krone IDC (per terminazione
di coppie).
Attrezo per sguainare il cavo
Istruzioni generali
1 Fissare il pannello alla rastrelliera.
2 Svitare le due viti prigioniere vicino
alle maniglie e sfilare il pannello.
3 Se è necessario, collegare il pannello
a terra.
4 Spelare la guaina del cavo esterno
per 500 mm (cioè per la lunghezza
della scatola in cui è stato fornito il
pannello).
5 Fissare il cavo (o i cavi) al pannello
servendosi delle fascette fermacavi
fornite. Utilizzare le posizioni di
fissaggio del cavo più idonee per
l’installazione.
6 Allineare ogni coppia nella posizione
corrispondente con l’aiuto del sistema
di gestione cavi (wire manager).
ATTENZIONE!!! Non togliere i wire
manager, che servono a tenere al
loro posto le schede con il circuito
stampato.
7 Terminare ogni coppia sul
corrispondente IDC con l’aiuto
dell’attrezzo d'inserimento Krone. Le
file di IDC sono etichettate sulla
scheda con le voci “inferiore” e
“superiore”.
8 Chiudere il pannello facendolo
scivolare al suo posto e fissarlo con
le viti prigioniere.
9 All’occorrenza, sistemare i
portaetichette e le etichette.
