its memory, the Nissan Murano’s Xtronic CVT can select the right combination for

LOW SPEED AGILITY, HIGH SPEED STABILITY
Power assistance for the Nissan Murano’s steering is greater at low speeds and
reduces as you go faster due to the vehicle speed sensing Twin Orifice Power
Steering (TOPS) system. So in-town manoeuvres become easy and lane changing
is secure and precise.
The underside of Nissan Murano is also aerodynamically sculpted. Improvement on
the underfloor airflow not only saves fuel, but also improves stability. The Murano

Our aim with the Nissan Murano was to make it comfortably controllable in all
situations. So the power steering is light to the fingertips when parking and firms up
as you accelerate. Its speed sensitive steering takes the effort out of tight bends, while
its new suspension reduces body roll and makes even harsh surfaces plain sailing.
The Xtronic CVT delivers acceleration as a smooth, seamless flow. The brake pedal
becomes progressively firmer at higher speeds, meaning you can fully immerse
yourself in the exhilarating drive and still feel relaxed and in control.

4x4-intelligence thinks its way out of difficult situations. It senses each wheel’s grip

4-wheel drive, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and sensors

STOP SAFER
Brake Assist (BA) senses emergency braking and automatically
applies maximum braking. Electronic Brake force Distribution
(EBD) matches front and rear brake effort to weight distribution
