My Friends –
Getting to know each other
Redeanlässe:
•
Sich und andere vorstellen: „This is… , My name‘s… I‘m…“…
•
Jemanden nach dem Namen fragen: „What‘s your name?“
•
Jemanden begrüßen: „Hello, Good morning…“
•
Jemanden zu etwas auffordern: „Stand up, clap your hands…“.
L hat eine Handpuppe und stellt diese den Kindern vor:
„This is Teddy. Teddy likes to be with you, but Teddy can only speak English.
Teddy, please, tell us your name!“
„I‘m Teddy. I‘m a boy.
Here are my friends: That‘s Eddie.
What‘s your name?“
K1: „My name‘s Susie“.
Es ist ganz wichtig, dass die KK von Anfang an lernen, höflich miteinander umzugehen! Teddy macht
das immer wieder vor.
Activity 1: Filling in S. 6
KK schreiben in die Liste „My friends“ die Namen der Buben und Mädchen in der Klasse, daneben unterschreiben alle mit „fingerprints“ in Fingerfarben.

Activity 2: Rhyme
L spricht den Reim vor (Teddy) und macht die entsprechenden Bewegungen dazu - die KK versuchen,
die Bewegungen mitzumachen und werden allmählich auch versuchen mitzusprechen.

Activity 4: Introducing
Für die Englischstunden sollen die KK am Anfang möglichst im Sitzkreis sitzen. Jetzt sollen alle versuchen, sich einander vorzustellen, L hilft und beginnt:
„This is Freddy, my name‘s Mrs/Mr… and this is…“. (Jedes K hat einen Moosgummibären).
