Einstellbare Stützlager aus hochfestem Aluminium werden optional (wo technisch sinnvoll) in
unseren Clubsport­fahr­werken angeboten. Ein spezielles Dichtungs­­system verhindert das Eindringen
von Schmutz und Spritz­wasser in die spielfrei vorgespannten Uniballager und schützt damit vor
Korrosion und Verschleiß.

Adjustable top mounts of high tensile aluminium alloy are optionally available for our KW Clubsport
kits. A unique sealing system avoids intrusion of water as well as dirt into the clear and preloaded
spherical bearing and therefore prevents corrosion and abrasion.

26) Zur Identifikation der Federbeine ist die 8-stellige Federbein Nr.
notwendig. Diese befindet sich auf der Innenseite des Radlagergehäuses
im unteren Bereich des Standrohres. Zusätzlich muss geprüft werden ob
das Fahrzeug mit ABS ausgestattet ist.
27) Es können nur Federbeine für Polo G40 oder Polo III ab BJ 9/90 vorab
zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Für Polo I / II Modelle müssen die
VA-Federbeine vorab zum Umbau angeliefert werden.
28) Der serienmäßige Niveau Stoßdämpfer wird durch den im Lieferumfang
enthaltenen Sportstoßdämpfer ausgetauscht.
29) Nur für Fahrzeuge deren HA-Dämpfer unten mit einer M10 Schraube
befestigt ist, sonst Artikel-Nr. 10260012 bzw. 15260012 verwenden.

den unteren beiden Befestigungslaschen überprüfen. (23 mm
= Artikel-Nr. 10290013/15290013 / bei 27 mm = Artikel-Nr.

stillgelegt werden. Fahrzeugspezifische KW Stilllegungssätze finden Sie

38) Bei Fahrzeugen die serienmäßig am HA-Dämpfer mit einem M12 Gewinde ausgerüstet sind, muss die Stützlagereinheit auf ein M10 Gewinde
