Le abitazioni della Fattoria Loppiano sono
tipicamente Toscane e sono state ristrutturata
mantenendo le caratteristiche architettoniche
tipiche di questa zona: tetto con travi in legno,
archi in pietra, e pavimenti in cotto.
Situate in aperta campagna nelle ridenti
colline del Chianti circondate da vigneti e
uliveti, le abitazioni si trovano sull’altipiano
di Loppiano (Centro Internazionale del
Movimento dei Focolari) nel comune di Incisa
in Val d’Arno, Alla Fattoria Loppiano, potrete
visitare la cantina e acquistare i prodotti
biologici tipici: Chianti d.o.c.g., Olio Extra
Vergine d’Oliva, Grappa, Spumante, Farro,
Miele e prodotti apistici.
Tutte le nostre strutture sono limitrofe alla
pineta di Tracolle dove l’azienda possiede
un laghetto dedicato alla pesca sportiva,
nella pineta adiacente si può visitare la zona
destinata all’attività didattica con l’allevamento
degli animali.
La posizione geografica favorevole, consente di
raggiungere facilmente Firenze, Siena, Arezzo,
S. Gimignano e altre città d’arte della nostra
bellissima Toscana.
Fattoria Loppiano accommodations were built up
in the original Tuscan style and have been lately
renovated, following the architectural hallmarks of
this area: wooden beams, stony arches and floors in
Florentine terracotta tiles. The quarters, surrounded
by olive groves and vineyards, are located in the open
country, on the nice Chianti hills. Their exact setting
is on the Loppiano plateau (International Focolare
Movement Center), near the town of Incisa Val d’Arno.
In this unique place, you will have the opportunity
to visit our wine cellar and to buy organic native
products: Chianti d.o.c.g. or sparkling wine, extra
virgin Olive Oil, grappa, spelt, hard wheat pasta,
honey and apiary products.
The facilities are close to the Tracolle pinewood,
where Fattoria Loppiano owns a small Sport
Fishing lake. In the neighbouring pinewood
you can visit the educational area of the farm
animals: there your children will get in touch with
tamed animals and will take part into the farming
activities. What’s more, you will enjoy a favourable
geographical position for your trips around
Tuscany: from Loppiano you can easily reach
wonderful art centres such as Florence, Siena,
Arezzo, S.Gimignano.

di Tracolle, permette di visitare il laghetto dedicato alla pesca sportiva e la

A ramshackle hayloft was fully
restored to the actual “Capanno”
accommodation. Therefore this
apartment keeps its original materials: Florentine terracotta tiles and
wooden beams, which give the impression of a warm and welcoming place.
The apartment, surrounded by hundredyear-old olivegroves, is in the open
country and offers a stunning overlook
on the valley of Loppiano. Its position is
very strategic, because it permits with
a small walk to be right in front of “Fattoria Loppiano”, where you can visit the
wine cellar and get more information
about the organic wine making process.
The persons in charge of it will be at your
disposal both for telling you many interesting aspects of the organic farming and
for selling our products: Chianti wine, extravirgin olive oil, grappa, vinsanto, cereals like spelt and hard wheat.
The proximity of this apartment to the
Tracolle pinewood gives the possibility to
take a walk in the wild nature: on one side
you will have the Sport Fishing lake and
on the other you can nose around our
brand new educational area dedicated to
farming.This is a seven rooms apartment,
which develops on two floors. It is composed by a living room, dining room, a

from Fattoria Loppiano seat. The
kitchen is fully equipped: there you can
also experience the typical Tuscan fireplace. The interior design is in line with
this style, indeed you will enjoy solid
chestnut wood furniture.
At your disposal you will have one double bedroom, a big bedroom with two
bunk beds with two bathrooms.

Wohnung. Ihre Einrichtung entspricht
dem architektonischen Stil durch massive Holzmöbel aus Kastanienholz.

con un letto matrimoniale, mentre salendo al piano superiore, attraverso la
scala di legno, abbiamo una stanza con
due letti singoli ed un bagno per i servizi,
il tutto per un totale di 4 posti letto.
All’esterno nell’ampio giardino in comune con gli altri appartamenti attigui,
abbiamo la piscina accessibile anche da
portatori di handicap, un gazebo e un
barbique.

“Tinaia Granaio” si presenta in
un unico salone diviso da un
grande arco fatto di mattoni in
cotto, con le travi in legno ed il cotto
al soffitto. All’entrata dell’unico salone
troviamo la zona pranzo con la cucina
attrezzata, mentre nella seconda metà
di questo ampio ambiente c’è un divano letto matrimoniale con tv, ed un bagno. Nel sovrastante soppalco in legno,
ci sono altri tre letti singoli. L’appartamento, munito di impianto con condizionatore d’aria, è stato concepito per
poter ospitare anche diversamente abili abbattendo il più possibile le barriere
architettoniche. Anche il bagno è stato
ristrutturato per rispondere a queste
esigenze, dispone di tutti gli accessori
in modo da acconsentire l’accesso anche alle carozzine.
This apartment is composed by a
wide hall, divided by a terracotta
bricks arch, with the characteristic wooden beams and Florentine terracotta tiles on the ceiling.
The entrance opens on the dining area
with the kitchen, while in the second
part of the hall there is a king size sofa
bed and the bathroom. On the intermediate floor there are three additional single beds.
The accommodation is provided with
air conditioning system and its former architectural barriers have been
reduced, in order to facilitate the access to people with disabilities. E.g. the
bathroom has been renewed according
to this need, indeed it has all the accessories, that could facilitate the passage
of a wheelchair.
Der Name dieser renovierten
Wohnung weist darauf hin, dass
das Gebäude ein Getreidespeicher war. Wegen seiner alten Funktion
hat sie eine besondere und charakteristische Unterteilung des Raumes. Die
Wohnungsfläche bietet sich als ein einziger Salon mit Holzbalken und Terrakotta auf dem Dach dar und wird durch
einen Terrakottaziegelbogen geteilt. Am
Eingang findet man das Esszimmer mit
der ausgestatteten Küche, während es in
der zweiten Hälfte des Salons eine Doppelbettcouch und ein Bad gibt. Auf dem
hölzernen Dachboden befinden sich drei
weitere Einzelbetten. Diese Wohnung,
mit Klimaanlage versehen, wurde erbaut, um auch Behinderte zu beherbergen, indem man soviel wie möglich die
architektonischen Barrieren fallen lassen
hat. Deshalb wurde auch das Bad gemäβ
dieser Ansprüche renoviert und hat alles
wesentliche Zubehör, sodass der Eingang
für Rollstühle möglich ist.

This little jewel is situated in the
middle of the wonderful green
landscape of the “Cioffoli” vineyards. It has been fully restored through
the use of the typical Florentine terracotta tiles on the floors and the new
life we gave to the pre-existing wooden
beams. At the entrance there is an access corridor opening on the fully
equipped kitchen, a small living room
with a couch, a double bedroom and
bathroom.

This is a typical Tuscan apartment, which has been restored
following the architectural characteristics of the area. The lodging is a
portion of the Tracolle Villa, set on the
first floor of the building and overlooking Fattoria Loppiano’s farmyard. As
you enter you will find the dining area
and equipped kitchen with microwave
oven. From its window you can enjoy
a wonderful overlook on the Loppiano
plateau and the surrounding hills. The
apartment offers as well a wide bathroom and a double room.
„Tracolle Loppiano Aussicht“ ist
die typische toskanische Wohnung, die mit charakteristischen
Materialien renoviert wurde. Dieser Stil
wahrt die architektonischen Besonderheiten der Toskana. Die Wohnungseinheit befindet sich im ersten Geschoss
eines Anteils der Tracolle-Villen, der auf
die Tenne der Firma blickt. Am Eingang
findet man die eingerichtete Küche, von
deren Fenster man die atemberaubende Landschaft der Loppiano-Hochebene
genieβen kann. Die Wohnung hat auch

“Tracolle cantina” was the former name of this accommodation due to its setting: on the
first floor of Tracolle Villa, it dominates
the valley and has a direct view on Fattoria Loppiano wine cellar. It has been
lately renovated following Tuscan architectural and environmental characteristics. The unit develops on two
floors: on the ground one there is dining room with adjacent small bathroom
and kitchen, characterised by wooden
beams and equipped with micro wave
oven. While on the attic there is the
sleeping area of the apartment: a double bedroom, a room with two single
beds and a bathroom.
„Tracolle cantina“ gehört zu einemTeil der Tracolle-Villen, der
direkt auf die Tenne der Firma
blickt. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert,
indem sie die architektonischen und regionalen Charakteristika der Toskana berücksichtigt und entwickelt sich auf zwei
Geschossen. Im Erdgeschoss findet man
die Wohnküche mit Holzbalkendach
und das anstoβende kleine Bad. Durch
eine hölzerne Treppe erreicht man den
Dachboden, wo es ein Doppelbettzimmer, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten
und ein weiteres Bad gibt.

abitazione Toscana ristrutturata
mantenendo le caratteristiche
architettoniche Toscane.
L’abitazione è disposta su due piani; al
piano terra è presente la cucina soggiorno con tv caratterizzata dal soffitto con
le travi in legno con accanto un bagno.
Al piano superiore c’è una stanza matrimoniale, una stanza con due letti singoli ed un bagno per i servizi, il tutto
per un totale di 4 posti letto. Oltre alla
possibilità di avere delle biciclette per
piacevoli escursioni tra i vigneti e uliveti a circa 300 mt. è possibile utilizzare

some rooms, located in Tracolle
rural home: a portion of the
building is dedicated to our guests. At
the moment we have 7 double rooms
at our disposal, one of which has an internal bathroom while the other ones
have three shared bathrooms in the
corridor.
Im oberen Geschoss der TracolleVilla ist ein Teil des Gebäudes der
Zimmer-Unterkunft gewidmet.
Momentan verfügen wir über 7 Zimmer
mit zwei Einzelbetten, von denen eins
sein eigenes Bad hat, während sich die
anderen sechs drei gemeinschaftliche
Badezimmer und Toiletten, die sich im
Korridor befinden, teilen.
