Central domestic ventilation unit with heat recovery
Domestic ventilation unit with heat recovery and bypass for controlled ventilation
and de-aeration of apartments and residential buildings with a central air distribution
system. Efficient constant volume flow regulated EC fans with three fan levels,
individually programmable air volumes for each level.Heat recovery from the
exhaust air via cross-counterflow heat exchanger. Ice protection with automatic
defrosting.Automatic summer bypass with adjustable switching temperature for
using cool night air in the summer by interrupting heat recovery.Integrated
self-diagnosis system with safety switch-off of the ventilation unit to prevent the
creation of vacuums in the building, to protect unheated living quarters from
overcooling, optionally via external smoke alarm.Illuminated LCD operator panel
with multilingual clear text menu navigation on the device. Integrated real-time clock
and weekly timer with up to 9 switching programs per day (individual) for 7
weekdays, for timed control of fan levels and automatic operation.The device can
optionally be controlled via a wired remote control, a wireless remote control or
according to need via automatic air volume regulation by using a CO2 and/or
humidity sensor to determine the exhaust air quality. Digital and analogue inputs
and outputs are integrated to enable external control.Filters for supply air, exhaust
air and bypass, filter class G4. Filter change indicator on the ventilation unit display
(can be set between 2 and 6 months). Filters can be changed without the use of
tools.The inner lining of the unit is made of EPP and complies with fire protection
class B2. Outer casing made of powder-coated sheet steel, white (RAL 9010),
inspection doors made of plastic, light grey.Air duct connections on the top of the
device, wall mounting possible using the wall bracket supplied. The condensate
connection is located on the bottom of the ventilation unit. The ventilation unit is
fully functional without any additional accessories.
