Die CeBIT Guided Tours sind geführte Messerundgänge für Teilnehmer an den CeBIT Global Conferences
(CGC).Geschulte Tour Guides führen Gruppen von max. 30 Personen auf sechs verschiedenen Rundgängen zu den
wichtigsten Innovationen und spannendsten Exponatendes jeweiligen Themenbereichs einer Tour. Mit Hilfe der
Touren sortieren die Teilnehmer die Vielfalt der CeBIT und bekommen einen kompakten und ausgewogenen
Überblick über ihr Fach- und Interessensgebiet. CeBIT Guided Tours stellen sicher, dass eine qualifizierte und
sorgfältig ausgesuchte Gruppe die Highlights ihres Interessengebietes nicht verpasst.An den besuchten Ständen
erhält die angemeldete Gästegruppe durch ausgewählte CeBIT Aussteller eineindividuelle Lösungs-Demonstration
von ca. 15 Minuten Dauer.
CeBIT Guided Tours are available for attendees at CeBIT Global Conferences (CGC). Specially trained tour guides will
take groups of up to 30 participants on six different tours of the main CeBIT innovations and highlights in
selectedcategories. The tour guides will help „sort out“ the diverse array of offerings at CeBIT, treating participants
to a compact and balanced survey of their main areas of interest. CeBIT Guided Tours ensure that a carefully

Fast communication and intense collaboration are key requirements for the future viability of SMEs. At this, ICT
pervades all processes within and between these enterprises and sustainably accelerates both interaction and
information. The whole agenda of CeBIT Studio Mittelstand therefor deals with modern ICT as the key for innovation
and growth in SMEs. As to experts and entrepreneurs, two stages offer the opportunities of discourse and
discussion on practice-oriented, polarizing and provoking topics which – on their part – offer added values and

Hall 3 is the place to be for everyone interested in Enterprise-Content-Management (ECM) and Document

informieren können. Das komplette Themenlabor steht unter dem Motto „Effizienz ist einfach“ und beleuchtet nicht
nur Aspekte wie beispielsweise Wirtschaftlichkeit oder Schnelligkeit, sondern demonstriert auch konkrete
Einsatzmöglichkeiten für ECM-Technologien. Videos, Terminals und Schaubilder erklären Technologien und zeigen

Taking a multimedia walk through the laboratory, IT Managers can gather information on how to take competitive

Schwerpunkt ist das Thema: „Softwareentwicklung – Erfahrungen mit aktuellen Methoden, Produkten und
Werkzeugen“. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfährt dabei der Bereich Embedded Systems, insbesondere die
Anwendungsgebiete Automotive, Medizintechnik, mobile Kommunikation und Maschinenbau. Daneben sind als
aktuelle Trends in der Systemverwaltung Vorträge zu den Themen Virtualisierung und Storage-Konsolidierung
gepant. Bei den Referenten handelt es sich um erfahrene Spezialisten, die sich in der Regel schon durch
Veröffentlichungen als Buch- und Zeitschriftenautoren oder durch Vorträge auf Konferenzen und Schulungen einen
Namen gemacht haben. Zielgruppe der Vorträge sind alle IT-Profis – von Entwicklern über Berater, Architekten und

For what is now the fifth time, iX will be staging its very own forum of lectures at CeBIT. The event will take place
under the title “Software and Systems”.The focus will be on software development and using cutting-edge methods,

wichtiges Argument für Umsteiger: Auf der Intel-Plattform kann der Anwender neben dem Apple Betriebssystem

„OS X“ auch Windows betreiben und gleichzeitig nutzen. Der Kunde hat damit zwei Computer-Systeme in einer
Hardware. Dies ist ein gutes Argument für Gewerbetreibende bzw. Unternehmen, die Software einsetzen, welche
(noch) nicht für „Mac OS“ erhältlich ist. Neuerdings kann man sogar auf Windows Software über einen Apple Server

alternative to „Windows systems“ at the „OS X business park“ within the scope of the world’s largest computer
exhibition in Hannover from 2nd to 6th March.Since the complete changeover to Intel processors in 2006, Apple
computers have experienced an ever-increasing popularity with independent, small and medium sized firms. An
important argument for those who possibly wish to change: With the Intel platform, the user can operate Windows
and use it at the same time as well as the Apple operating system „OS X“.The customer therefore has two computer
systems in one piece of hardware. This is a good argument for tradesmen and/or companies who use software
which is not (yet) available for „Mac OS“. Recently it has also been possible to access an Apple server via Windows
software. The employee can, for example, work on his Mac desktop computer with DATEV or SAP software products,

Dokumentenerfassung in der Poststelle. Dort werden Briefe, Belege, Rechnungen, Zeichnungen oder andere
Papierunterlagen gescannt und in die entsprechenden elektronischen Briefkörbe zur Weiterverarbeitung abgelegt
und mit dem DMS- und ECM-System verknüpft. Der VOI Showcase „Live&Digital VOI Post GmbH“, macht
Praxislösungen erlebbar. Hier wird eine komplett digitale Poststelle aufgebaut. Der Besucher kann so live
mitverfolgen, wie Unternehmen eingehende Dokumente vollständig papierlos bearbeiten können.
In hall 3, leading providers of Mailing Solutions present their latest products. By combining the display categories
Mailing Solutions and ECM/DMS in one hall, the link between those sectors is revealed in a transparent way. The
process starts with the digital compilation of documents in the mail room where letters, bills, receipts and other
paper documents are scanned, forwarded to the digital mailboxes and implemented into the DMS/ECM system. The
showcase „Live&Digital VOI Post GmbH“ gives insight into the latest technologies in step with actual practice. A
whole digital mail room is created offering the visitor an insight into the completely paperless handling of incoming
documents.

Die BITKOM Broadband World ist die Veranstaltung für alle Breitband-Interessierten auf der CeBIT. Zentral gelegen
im Business-Communications-Bereich in Halle 13 bietet die Broadband World eine innovative Plattform rund um

Als besonderes Event findet am ersten Messetag ab 15 Uhr der Breitband-Gipfel der Breitbandinitiative im Rahmen
des Forums statt. Eröffnet wird die Veranstaltung von Bundeswirtschaftsminister Rainer Brüderle und BITKOMPräsident Prof. Dr. Scheer. Insbesondere die Vormittagsveranstaltungen richten sich mit ihrem Mix aus Vorträgen und

The M2M ZoneTM Pavilion at CeBIT Destination ITS in hall 7 is where network operators, application designers,
hardware manufacturers and end users come together to deploy exciting wireless M2M (machine-to-machine)
communications technology. The Pavilion congregates those companies in the M2M space to make a dynamic
presence. By working and showcasing in one designated area in the Telematics hall at CeBIT 2010, collectively we
can make a powerful statement about the growing importance of wireless M2M communications solutions.

Das Internet hat einen zentralen Platz in der Gesellschaft eingenommen und durchzieht weite Teile des sozialen
Lebens. Die CeBIT Webciety spiegelt die aktuellen Trends dieser Entwicklung und diskutiert Herausforderungen und
Veränderungen für Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Kommunikation in spannenden Themenrunden während der
Messetage.Das Konferenzprogramm gliedert sich entlang vier thematischen Säulen, die als Kern der Veränderungen
der Gesellschaft durch das Web gesehen werden: Bei der „Person als Marke im Web“ werden die neue Bedeutung
der Reputation und Authentizität von Individuen in den sozialen Netzwerken diskutiert. Das Thema „Mechanismen
der Netz-Gesellschaft“ erörtert die Veränderungen in der Verbreitung von Themen und Meinungen. Im Rahmen des
Themenrunden zu den „Prinzipien der Netzwirtschaft“ stehen die neuen ökonomischen Grundsätze der
elektronischen Tauschwirtschaft auf dem Programm. Als Viertes werden mit „Leben & Arbeiten in der Wolke“ die
Herausforderungen und Potentiale der technologischen Veränderungen betrachtet. Ergänzend gibt es jeweils einen
Themenstrand zu Branchen- und zu Anwendungsthemen der Zukunft.
The Internet has taken a central part of society and everybody’s social life. The open conference at CeBIT Webciety
discusses the challenges and changes towards society, economy and social interactions within this sphere during
some exciting panels at CeBIT 2010.The conference program is structured along four main tracks during the week’s
event that cover the key dimensions of the underlying change: During the track “Personal Brand & Identity” the new
importance of reputation, authority and authenticity within the networked world are being discussed. The track
“Mechanisms of Net Society” focusses on the changes in the distribution of topics, messages and opinions
throughout these networks. In the panels of the track “Principles of the Net Economy” the discussions concentrate
towards the idea of the “share economy” and its economic challenges. Last but not least “Living in the Cloud”
debates the technologic changes and aspects of working and living with data and applications as a service. Tracks on
each industry and future technology issues complement the week’s program.

Führende ITK-Anbieter präsentieren auf der CeBIT Green IT bestehende und zukünftige Lösungen, die entweder
Material- und Energiebedarfe der ITK selbst oder in anderen Branchen eindämmen und somit helfen, dem Klimawandel entgegen zu steuern. Mittelpunkt der Ausstellungsfläche ist das große Forum auf dem täglich Konferenzen,
Podiumsdiskussionen und Vorträge zum Thema „green IT“ abgehalten werden, um die verschiedenen Facetten von
„green IT“ zu beleuchten. Eröffnet wird das Forum am Dienstag mit einer internationalen Konferenz. Vertreter, u.a.
aus der EU-Kommission, Japan und den USA stellen ihre „green IT-Best Practices“ vor und diskutieren, welche
Maßnahmen ergriffen werden können. Am Mittwoch folgen ein Vortragsprogramm zu E-Energy und eine hochrangig
besetzte Podiumsdiskussion u. a. mit Prof. Klaus Töpfer zur Bedeutung von ITK im Klimaschutz. Der wirtschaftlichen
Bedeutung von Recycling und Remarketing von ITK-Geräten widmen sich Experten am Donnerstag. Am Freitag

freuen wir uns auf die alljährliche Konferenz von BMU, UBA und BITKOM. Bereits zum vierten Mal widmen sich hier
Top-Redner in ihren Vorträgen den ökonomischen und ökologischen Potenzialen von green IT Lösungen. Ob dies
bereits Realität ist oder noch Zukunftsmusik werden Bundesumweltminister Dr. Norbert Röttgen und BITKOMPräsident Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. August-Wilhelm Scheer in ihren Keynotes aufgreifen.
CeBIT green IT will present current and future solutions for greater material and energy efficieny in and through ICT
and for a better climate. At the forum ,we will host daily conferences, panel discussions and speeches that discuss
various aspects of Green IT. On Tuesday, an international conference on Sustainable Green IT Practices with
speakers from Europe, Japan and the US will take place. On Wednesday, the forum will host a conference on eEnergy and a high-ranking panel discussion. Recycling and Remarketing will be the topic of Thursday’s conference.
On Friday, for the fourth time, the German Federal Ministery of Environment and BITKOM will host their annual
conference at CeBIT green IT with attendance of the German Minister of Environment and the president of BITKOM.

Die TeleHealth ist auch 2010 die Leitmesse für eHealth-Lösungen im Rahmen der CeBIT. Auch 2010 demonstriert die
TeleHealth unter dem Motto „Mensch – IT – Gesundheit“ anschaulich, wo überall im Gesundheitswesen ITK sinnvoll
und zum Wohl des Patienten sowie zur praktischen Unterstützung der ärztlichen Behandlung eingesetzt wird – jetzt
und auch in Zukunft.Mit dem bewährten Konzept aus Conference, Expo und Networking bietet die TeleHealth die
Plattform für umfassende Lösungsmöglichkeiten von der Telemedizin bis zum Healthcare-Management. Die Schwerpunktthemen 2010 Prävention, Infrastruktur, Telemonitoring und Homecare/AAL bilden ein breites Informationsspektrum und werden sich 2010 im Konferenzforum sowie im Ausstellungsbereich wiederfinden.Unter dem
Leitthema „eHealth zum Anfassen“ wird der Gesundheitsparcours FutureCare – der erstmalig und sehr erfolgreich
zur TeleHealth 2009 stattfand – relevante Stationen im Gesundheitswesen unter Einbeziehung der ITK im Prozessablauf abbilden (z.B. Arztpraxis, Krankenhaus, zu Hause). Hierbei war und ist der Anspruch die Aufklärung zum

Physicians’ Day – Telematics/Infrastructure
In 2010 TeleHealth – part of the CeBIT line-up – will confirm its status as the leading international trade show for
eHealth solutions. This year’s TeleHealth is again dedicated to communicating the value of IT in day-to-day
healthcare delivery. It will demonstrate how this technology can helpdoctors provide more effective treatment and
generally benefit patients – now and in the future. Based on the tried-and-tested formula of conference, exhibition
and networking, TeleHealth offers an idealplatform for a broad range of solutions – from telemedicine to healthcare
management. The keynote themes of 2010 – prevention, infrastructure, telemonitoring and homecare/AAL – cover a
broad spectrum of topics that will be dealtwith in both the conference program and the exhibition. FutureCare, a
tour of healthcare initiatives which fi rst tookplace in this form at TeleHealth 2009, is dedicated to the issue of
„eHealth in practice“. Last year, the event provedvery successful at generating an awareness of the role of IT in
different areas of health care, e.g. general practitioners, hospitals, care in the community. From the outset, the aim

durch den Kauf von Zertifikaten (und damit die MitFinanzierung von Projekten), die geeignet sind, den
Treibhauseffekt zu reduzieren. Klingt kompliziert –
hilft aber.
