Zurich, 24 March 2009 – Peach Property Group AG gains
Andreas Steinbauer as Head of Sales to institutionalize and
scale up sales processes in tandem with a growing pipeline of
high profile projects. His hiring coincides with rapidly increasing
interest from investors and home owners seeking real estate
investments as an alternative asset class to cash, equities or
government debt.

Steinbauer is a noted expert in the field of designing and executing
sales systems, most recently for Orco Property Group in Berlin,
where he successfully placed over 150 million EUR of luxury
residential homes over a 20 month period. Steinbauer’s experience
extends to recruiting and building sales and feeder networks
throughout Europe and the United States. During his 6-year tenure
at Deasy, Penner & Partner, an elite realty firm in Beverly Hills,
California, Steinbauer perfected a unique client relationship model
encompassing strategic property placement and balancing in the
context of mixed residential and commercial property portfolios.
