Deutschland: Thomas Kaune neuer Technischer Leiter
Zürich/Köln, 18. September 2012 – Die Peach Property Group AG, ein führender Entwickler von

Deutschland und stellt sich so für weiteres Wachstum auf. Thomas Kaune (53) wurde zum neuen
Technischen Leiter in Deutschland ernannt. In dieser Funktion ist er Mitglied des
Managementteams der Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH.
Thomas Kaune verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von anspruchsvollen
Immobilienentwicklungsprojekten. Er folgt bei der Peach Property Group auf Ralf Vorrink. In den
vergangenen 23 Jahren nahm Thomas Kaune führende Positionen bei namhaften Architektur- und
Entwicklungsfirmen ein. Seit 2000 fokussiert er sich auf die Bereiche technische Leitung,
Projektsteuerung und Portfoliobetreuung. Er setzte zahlreiche grosse Wohnbau- und
Gewerbeprojekte in Deutschland um: Unter anderem realisierte er bei der Viterra Development
GmbH den Zollernhof in Berlin, der sich am Boulevard Unter den Linden befindet und das ZDFHauptstadtstudio beherbergt. Thomas Kaune hat Architektur studiert und ist Diplom-Ingenieur.

Deutschland: Carsten Kipping wird neuer CFO
Köln, 25. September 2012 – Die Peach Property Group AG, ein führender Entwickler von
hochwertigem Wohneigentum im deutschsprachigen Europa, erweitert das ManagementTeam der Tochtergesellschaft Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH. Mit der neu
geschaffenen Funktion des Chief Financial Officers (CFO) wird dem deutlichen Wachstum der
deutschen Aktivitäten und den Expansionsplänen des Unternehmens Rechnung getragen. Die
neue Position wird per 1. Oktober 2012 mit Carsten Kipping (45) besetzt, der auch Mitglied
der Geschäftsführung der Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH wird.
Carsten Kipping verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in Deutschland und auf internationaler
Ebene. In den vergangenen zehn Jahren war er als CFO für namhafte Portfoliogesellschaften
von Private-Equity-Firmen tätig. So amtierte er als CFO der Kobusch Group, der Navico
Holding sowie von Leybold Optics und war unter anderem für Refinanzierungstransaktionen
mit Volumen bis zu EUR 150 Mio. verantwortlich. Davor war er sechs Jahre als Engagement
Manager für McKinsey & Company in Deutschland und Brasilien tätig. Carsten Kipping verfügt
über einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann der WHU – Koblenz School of Corporate
Management.

Köln, 27. September 2012 – Die Peach Property Group AG, ein führender Entwickler von
hochwertigem Wohneigentum im deutschsprachigen Europa, erwirbt über ihre deutsche
Tochtergesellschaft zwei historische Liegenschaften in der Innenstadt von Dortmund.
Verkäufer der Immobilien ist ein geschlossener Fonds. Crown Credit Services GmbH war
unterstützend im Verkaufsprozess tätig. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Die Peach Property Group wird die beiden Gebäude einer umfassenden Erneuerung unter
Wahrung der historischen und denkmalgeschützten Bausubstanz unterziehen. Geplant ist
eine kombinierte Nutzung mit Gewerbe- und Wohnflächen. Die erworbenen Immobilien
liegen unweit des Kulturzentrums „U“ im pulsierenden Dortmunder Unionviertel, das in den
kommenden Jahren einen umfassenden Stadtumbau erfahren wird und damit hohes
Standortpotenzial aufweist.

Das Hauptgebäude an der Rheinischen Strasse 173 wurde zwischen 1916 und 1921 errichtet
und war lange der Hauptsitz der Hoesch-Union. Das Objekt ist denkmalgeschützt und
präsentiert sich als imposantes neoklassizistisches Gebäude. Das Innere prägen
repräsentative historische Räume und eine eindrückliche Eingangshalle. Die vermietbare
Fläche beträgt über 15‘000 m2. Das Versorgungsamt Dortmund, das bisher in der
Liegenschaft untergebracht war, hat im letzten Jahr einen neuen Standort bezogen, was eine
rasche Umnutzung ermöglicht. Das zweite erworbene Gebäude an der Rheinischen Strasse
167-171 umfasst weitere 2‘700 m2 Mietfläche.

Umwandlung in Aktiengesellschaft beantragt
Zürich/Köln, 1. Oktober 2012 – Die Gesellschafter der Peach Property Group (Deutschland)
GmbH – Brand-Innovator, Immobilienentwickler im Luxussegment und Wohnbestandshalter
– haben die Umwandlung des Unternehmens in eine Aktiengesellschaft beantragt und den
Formwechselbeschluss notariell beurkundet. Damit wird die Rechtsform des Unternehmens
an das geplante künftige Wachstum der Peach Property Group in Deutschland angepasst. Das
Grundkapital der AG wird 5,0 Mio. Euro betragen. Zu Vorständen wurden Bernd Hasse
(Vorsitzender) und Carsten Kipping (stellvertretender Vorstandsvorsitzender) bestellt.
Designierter Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats ist Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger – er ist auch CEO
der Schweizer Peach Property Group AG, die via ihre Tochter 100 Prozent der Anteile an der
Peach Property Group (Deutschland) hält. Weitere Aufsichtsratsmitglieder sind:

to list in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of
2012. The corresponding preparations are at an advanced stage.
Peach Property Group (Deutschland) is an indirect subsidiary of Peach Property Group AG, a
company listed in Switzerland which will continue to hold the majority stake in the company.

gewonnen. Die Unternehmensberatung mietet im neu entstehenden Renommierbau
insgesamt 2.586 m2 Gewerbefläche, verteilt auf das vierte bis neunte Obergeschoss. Der
Mietvertrag wurde über sieben Jahre abgeschlossen, mit einer Option für den Mieter zur
Verlängerung um weitere fünf Jahre.

„Am Zirkus 1“ ist Teil des Zwillingsprojekts „yoo berlin/Am Zirkus 1“, das die Peach Property

realisiert. Der nunmehr abgeschlossene Mietvertrag markiert einen weiteren Meilenstein für

Cologne, 24 October 2012. Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG – ‘brand innovator’ in the
luxury residential property segment and manager of investment properties – is aiming for
Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Prime Standard with its IPO on 12 November 2012. 3.4 million
shares are to be offered for subscription, up to 2.5 million of which originate from a capital
increase and up to 0.9 million from reallocation. Furthermore, there is an over-allotment
(greenshoe) option of 349,999 shares from current sole shareholder, Peach German
Properties AG, a full subsidiary of the SIX Swiss Exchange listed Peach Property Group AG
based in Zurich, Switzerland. After the completion of the transaction, Peach German
Properties AG will hold a stake of at least 50 % plus one share in Peach Property Group
(Deutschland) AG. Up to this stake’s amount, Peach German Properties AG has committed to
a lock-up period of 12 months.
A public offering for the shares is planned in Germany and Luxembourg. The subscription
period is expected to begin on 30 October 2012 and end on 7 November 2012 at 12:00pm for
private investors and 3:00pm for institutional investors. biw Bank für Investments und
Wertpapiere AG will act as sole lead manager and sole bookrunner and the private bank
DONNER & REUSCHEL Aktiengesellschaft as well as DAB bank AG as selling agents.
The expected proceeds from the IPO are to be used to further expand the project pipeline
and to accelerate the growth of Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG. The company plans
to invest around 30% of the proceeds in investment properties, 40% in refurbishments and
30% in the construction of new luxury properties. Furthermore, the reduction of liabilities is
also possible to a small extent.

Germany-wide licensing agreement with international design, branding and marketing
company yoo Limited, for the exclusive right to develop residential property projects in
Germany under the design brand “yoo inspired by Starck”.
Cementing an already successful partnership
As a “brand innovator”, Peach Property Group pursues a strategy of positioning its high-end
real estate projects with strong brands and exceptional marketing, to create a lifestyle and
value for customers that extends beyond the physical property. As a supplement to the
profile of its own brand, which is excellently positioned in the luxury condominium and highquality refurbishment segments, the Group has been successfully working with yoo since
2009 with the launch of the first “yoo inspired by Starck” project in Germany, “yoo berlin”.

Cologne, 30 October 2012. The price range for the public offering of shares of Peach Property
Group (Deutschland) AG (ISIN DE000A1RE400), Im Zollhafen 24, 50678 Cologne, was fixed
between 8.25 Euro and 10.25 Euro. A total of 3.4 million shares plus an over-allotment
(greenshoe) option of 349,999 shares will be publically offered for subscription in Germany
and Luxembourg by way of a book building process. The IPO is expected to generate up to
25.6 million Euro gross cash inflow for the company. The public offer starts today on
30 October and is expected to end on 7 November 2012 at 12pm for private investors and at
3pm for institutional investors. The initial listing in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange is planned for 12 November 2012.
Up to 2.5 million of the shares offered for subscription originate from a capital increase and
up to 0.9 million from a reallocation. The greenshoe shares are also provided by the current
sole shareholder Peach German Properties AG, a full subsidiary of the SIX Swiss Exchange
listed Peach Property Group AG. After the IPO, Peach German Properties AG will hold a stake

It is planned to use the net proceeds from the IPO for further expanding the project pipeline
and accelerating Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG’s growth. The company plans to
invest around 30% of the proceeds in investment properties, 40% in refurbishments and 30%
in the construction of new luxury properties. Furthermore, the reduction of liabilities is also
possible to a small extent.

Cologne, 7 November 2012. Peach Propoerty Group (Deutschland) AG (ISIN DE000A1RE400),
Peach German Properties AG as selling shareholder, and biw Bank für Wertpapiere und
Investments AG as sole lead manager have decided to extend the offer period, which was
originally published in the prospectus of 29 October 2012 as ending on 7 November 2012,
until 12 November 2012.
On the last day of the offer period, i.e. on 12 November 2012, retail investors will be able to
submit offers to purchase shares until 12 noon (CET), institutional investors, until 3 pm (CET).
During talks concerning the initial public offering, several investors have communicated
concrete interest to Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG in subscribing for a significant
amount of the shares in Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG. As Peach Property Group
(Deutschland) AG considers the involvement of these investors to be strategically interesting
for the company’s further development and as these investors require some time for making
their investment decision, the offer period is extended until 12 November 2012. A
corresponding supplement no. 1 to the prospectus will be submitted to the German Federal
Financial Supervisory Authority today and is anticipated to be approved by the German
Federal Financial Supervisory Authority also today. The supplement will be published
immediately after its approval.
The price range of 8.25 Euro to 10.25 Euro remains unaffected. The share placement price,
the final placement volume, and the allocation of the allotment are anticipated to be
announced on 12 November 2012 by way of an ad hoc announcement. The public offer in

Germany and Luxemburg began on 30 October 2012 and was originally scheduled to end on 7
November 2012. According to the updated timetable, the commencement of trading at the
Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is now planned to take place on 14
November 2012.
A total of 3.4 million shares plus an over-allotment (greenshoe) option of 349,999 shares will
be publically offered for subscription. The IPO is expected to generate up to 25.6 million Euro
gross cash inflow for the company. Up to 2.5 million of the shares offered for subscription
originate from a capital increase and up to 0.9 million from a reallocation. The greenshoe
shares are also provided by the current sole shareholder Peach German Properties AG, a full
subsidiary of the SIX Swiss Exchange listed Peach Property Group AG.

Cologne, 12 November 2012. Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG (ISIN DE000A1RE400)
is postponing its planned IPO. The company will continue with the talks already initiated with
strategically attractive investors. These talks will focus on alternative forms of cooperation
and financing designed to bring about the future accelerated growth. The company had
planned its initial listing on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for
14 November. All previously-acquired projects in the pipeline, such as “Living 108” and the
projects in Dortmund, can be realised as planned thanks to the strength of the group’s
internal financing.
