Reballing Tools
Desoldered BGAs or CSPs are initially little use, because of their
destroyed solder ball connecting structure. The protective and
surprisingly simple MARTIN-Reballing system reliably allows
your SMDs to regain their functionality.
Reballing Tools are ideally used as optional extras with any
MARTIN-Rework equipment.
Entlötete BGAs oder CSPs sind wegen der zerstörten AnschlussBalls zunächst wertlos. Mit dem schonenden und verblüffend
einfachen MARTIN-Reballing erhalten die SMDs ihre volle
Funktionsfähigkeit zuverlässig zurück.
Reballing Tools können als Ergänzung bei allen MARTIN-Rework
Geräten optimal eingesetzt werden.
