für High-Tech-Schränke zum Temperieren,
Klimatisieren, Brüten und Simulieren
von Umweltbedingungen. Im Juni 2005
weihte das stark expandierende Unternehmen ein neues Forschungs- und
Entwicklungszentrum
am
Standor t
Tuttlingen ein. In dem imageträchtigen
Gebäude mit der modernen Glas- und
Edelstahlfassade und dem zukunftsorientier ten Energiekonzept wurden
Arbeitsplätze für 100 der insgesamt 250
Mitarbeiter eingerichtet. Strukturier t
und organisier t wurden die Räume mit
dem System „modul space“ von
Bosse. Gelungen ist eine of fene
Raumgestaltung, in der sich nach den
Wünschen des Firmengründers Peter
Binder das Prinzip der teamorientier ten
Arbeit mit flachen Hierarchien optimal
realisieren lässt.

Binder GmbH is the global market leader for high-tech cupboards used for
temperature control, air-conditioning,
incubation and simulation of environmental conditions. In June 2005, this
rapidly expanding company of ficially
opened a new research and development centre at its site in Tuttlingen.
Workplaces for 100 of the total of 250
employees were set up in the stylish
building featuring a modern glass and
stainless steel facade and a futuristic
energy concept. The rooms were structured and organised using the “modul
space” system from Bosse. The successful result of this is an open spatial
design in which, in accordance with the
wishes of the company founder Peter
Binder, the principle of teamwork with
flat hierarchies can be implemented in
an optimum fashion.

Die vielseitige Systembauweise von
„modul space“ ist für den hohen
Präzisionsanspruch in der Binder-Tradition wie geschaf fen. Von der Empfangstheke über die Einzel- und TeamArbeitsplätze bis in die Konferenzräume
wurden technisch per fekte Lösungen in
nahezu allen Bereichen des Neubaus
realisier t. Reichlich Stauraum entstand
durch die Schrank-Tischkombinationen,
den doppelten Einsatz unterschiedlich
hoher Schrankelemente als Sichtschutz
oder Raumteiler und durch die optimale
Gestaltung freier Wandflächen. Die
Geradlinigkeit des Systems fügt sich
nahtlos in den industriellen Charakter
der Architektur ein.

The versatile systematic style of construction of “modul space” is just made
for the high demand for precision that
forms par t of the Binder tradition. From
the reception desk, individual workplaces
and team workplaces right through to the
conference rooms, technically per fect solutions were realised in almost all areas of
the new building. Plenty of storage space
was produced thanks to the cupboardtable combinations, the dual use of
cupboard elements of dif ferent sizes
as a visual barrier or room divider and
the optimum configuration of free wall
areas. The system’s straight lines
blend in seamlessly with the industrial character of the architecture.

Das HITRADIO RTL SACHSEN und Radio
DRESDEN 103 Punkt 5 haben ihren Sitz
2005 in das Zentrum der sächsischen
Hauptstadt Dresden verlegt. In dem
siebengeschossigen Bürohaus „Ammonhof“ wurde für die 120 Mitarbeiter
eine noch nicht ausgebaute Etage angemietet. Als er folgreiche Alternative
zum ursprünglich geplanten Trockenbau kam auf den 1.500 Quadratmetern
das flexible Raumgliederungssystem
„human space“ von Bosse zum Einsatz.
Unabhängig von den Gebäudevorgaben
ermöglicht es ein höchst ef fizientes
Flächen-, Kabel- und Beleuchtungsmanagement. Der große Raum wurde durch
das System platzsparend strukturier t,
die einzelnen Funktionsbereiche wurden ablauforientier t angeordnet. Durch
die bedar fsgerechte Ausgestaltung
der Zonen entstand eine halbof fene,
kommunikationsfreundliche Bürolandschaft, die sowohl mit der Transparenz
der glas- und stahldominier ten Architektur als auch mit den Anforderungen
eines modernen Medienunternehmens
übereinstimmt.

In 2005, the HITRADIO RTL SACHSEN
and Radio DRESDEN 103 Punkt 5
moved its headquar ters to the centre
of the Saxony state capital Dresden.
One floor which had not yet been fully conver ted was rented in the sevenstorey “Ammonhof” of fice block for the
120 employees. As a successful alternative to the dr y construction that was
originally planned, the flexible “human
space” room-par titioning system from
Bosse was used over the 1,500 m 2 of
space. Irrespective of the building specifications, it allows the highly ef ficient
management of space, cables and lighting. The large room was structured by
the system in order to save space, and
the individual functional areas were arranged in sequence-oriented fashion.
Designing the dif ferent zones to cater
for specific needs created a semi-openplan, communication-friendly of fice
environment which provides both the
transparency of an architecture dominated by glass and steel and satisfies
the needs of a modern media company.

Broadcast eine frei einsehbare Umgebung mit festen und alternierenden
Arbeitsplätzen vor ziehen, sind die Verwaltungsbereiche durch Sichtschutzelemente räumlich abgeschirmt. Absolute Ruhe und Konzentration, etwa
für das Stimmtraining der Moderatoren - finden die Beschäftigten in den
„Bosse Cubes“. Die frei positionierbaren Raum-in-Raum-Lösungen bilden

der verglaste, elliptische Büroturm
für ein neues Verständnis von Arbeit
und Kommunikation: Ideale Voraussetzungen für ein neues Excellent
Business Center (EBC). In Top-Lagen
großer Städte bietet Excellent Business

Der Westhafen Tower ist ein neuer markanter Punkt der Frankfur ter Skyline.
In der 10. Etage des durchweg verglasten, zylindrischen Büroturms ist 2005
das erste Design Business Center der
Mainmetropole entstanden. Wie in einem Hotel können Interessenten in
dieser erstklassigen Lage Büros von
einem bis zu 20 Arbeitsplätzen inklusive aller relevanten Fazilitäten und
qualifizier tem Personal buchen. Das
Konzept geht auf, wie das Beispiel des
er folgreichen Excellent Business Center im nahegelegenen Bankenvier tel
gegenüber der Alten Oper zeigt. Beide
Dependancen sind vom Empfang über
den War tebereich und die unterschiedlichen Büros bis hin zu den Konferenzräumen durchgängig mit „modul space“
von Bosse ausgestattet. Das hochwertige und extrem vielseitige Möbelsystem lässt keine Wünsche of fen.

The Westhafen Tower is a new prominent
feature on Frankfur t’s skyline. In 2005,
the first design business centre in the
bustling city on the River Main sprang
up on the 10th floor of the cylindrical
of fice tower which is made up entirely
of glass. Just like in a hotel, interested par ties can book of fices at this topclass location with anything from to 20
workplaces, including all the relevant facilities and skilled staf f. The concept is
proving popular, as the example of the
successful Excellent Business Center in
the nearby banking district opposite the
old opera house demonstrates. Both

Gemeinde/Municipality
of Tytsjerksteradiel (NL)
Für die niederländische Gemeinde Tytsjerksteradiel (Friesland) wurde 2006 der
Umbau der Ver waltung in ein of fen und
prozessorientier t gestaltetes Bürgerzentrum fer tig gestellt. Die Zellenbüros wurden abgeschaf ft. Statt dessen gelang
im entkernten Altbau mit dem Raum
gliederungssystem „human space“ eine
deutlich ef fizientere Flächennutzung. Zu
Kosteneinsparungen kam es durch die
Unterbringung einer größeren Zahl von
Arbeitsplätzen. Dadurch beschränkten
sich die Neubaumaßnahmen auf einen
Bereich für den Publikumsverkehr. Die
Strom- und Datenanschlüsse sowie die
individuellen Arbeitsplatzbeleuchtungen
er folgen im gesamten Komplex über
das Raumgliederungssystem. Schallabsorbierende Elemente sorgen für eine
angenehme Akustik. Auch das mutige
Farbkonzept spricht für die Modernität
der Ver waltung.

In 2006, the conversion of the local authority administrative building into a
citizens’ centre designed to be open and
functional was completed for the Dutch
municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel (Friesland). The cellular offices were scrapped.
Instead, space was utilised much more
efficiently and successfully in the old
building, that had been gutted, using the
“human space” room-par titioning system.
Cost savings were made by accommodating a larger number of workplaces. As
a result, the new building projects were
confined to an area frequented by the
public. Power sockets and data terminals as well as the lighting for individual
workplaces are provided throughout the
complex by means of the room-par titioning system. Sound-absorbing elements
provide pleasant acoustics, and the
bold colour scheme is also testament to
the modern vision of the administrative
authorities.

zonier t. Das halbof fene Gestaltungskonzept vermittelt den Besuchern die
kundenfreundliche Haltung des gesamten Apparates. Zugleich ermöglichen

und saubere Umbauten ohne bauseitigen und kabeltechnischen Aufwand bei
laufendem Ver waltungsbetrieb.

The people of the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel are greeted at a mobile
reception desk and pointed in the right
direction in accordance with their specific
needs. For confidential discussions, they
can go into the “Bosse Cubes” with the
consulting staff. The island solutions offer adjusted climatic conditions and are
screened off both in terms of sound and
visually without spoiling the transparency
of the overall picture. The back-office area
is split into zones using “human space”.
The semi-open-plan design concept communicates to visitors the customer-friendly
attitude of the establishment as a whole.
At the same time, the system components
permit quick, quiet and clean alterations
without a great deal of effor t in terms of
building and cable work, with administrative
ser vices continuing to be provided.

Das Nor th East Tower Center (NET)
rückt die nordostitalienische Stadt
Padua seit 2006 in das Blickfeld zahlreicher Unternehmen und Investoren.
Der Generalunternehmer Edilbasso
Real Estate schaf fte hier gemeinsam
mit dem Schweizer Architekten Prof.
Aurelio Galfetti die Basis für ein neues
europäisches Handels- und Geschäftszentrum. Sofor t zu erkennen ist der
multifunktionale Gebäudekomplex an
dem zwanziggeschossigen Red Tower.
Die strenge, nüchterne Architektur ist
geprägt durch Stahl, Glas und Aluminium. Die einzelnen Geschosse sind
als Ganzes oder in Teilen zu mieten
und frei gestaltbar. In seinen eigenen
Räumlichkeiten zeigt Edilbasso ein
beispielhaftes, am Baustil orientiertes Einrichtungskonzept. Die Empfehlung sieht Glaswände mit integrier ten
„modul space“ Komponenten von Bosse
vor, die von den Innenarchitekten von
Ambiente Uf ficio/Padua gekauft wurden. Die Schrankelemente sind beidseitig nutzbar und dienen zugleich
als Sichtschutz. In Funktionalität und
Ästhetik entsprechen sie dem Wunsch
nach einem homogenen Gesamtbild.

Since 2006, the Nor th East Tower Center
(NET) has been attracting the attention
of a large number of companies and investors to the city of Padua in nor th-east
Italy. The general contractor Edilbasso
Real Estate worked together here with
the Swiss Architect Prof. Aurelio Galfetti
to create the basis for a new European
trading and business centre. What is immediately striking is the multifunctional
building complex at the twenty-storey
Red Tower. The rigid, sober architecture
is characterised by steel, glass and aluminium. The individual floors can be rented as a whole entity or in sections and
customers can design them to be the way
they want them. In his own of fice areas,
Edilbasso shows an example of a furnishing concept which is oriented around the
architectural style. The recommendation envisages glass walls with integrated
“modul space” components from Bosse,
sold by the interiors designers of Padua,
Ambiente Uf ficio. The cupboard elements
can be used on both sides and also
provide a visual barrier. In functional
and aesthetic terms, they conform to
the desire for a homogeneous overall
image.

Der Name Käfer und Hummel steht in
der Möbelbranche seit vielen Jahren für

einer Neugestaltung des Ver waltungsgebäudes in Ursensollen bei Amberg
nachgekommen ist. Die Managementund Besprechungsbereiche wurden
komplett mit Komponenten aus dem

von Bosse eingerichtet. Mit dem klassischen Design, edlen Materialien und
klaren farblichen Aussagen entstanden
Räume für er folgreiche Entrepreneurs.
