Introduction
Einleitung
„Sqcps“ stands for Square Cable Protection System and
is often pronounced as “Skips” or “Squips”. Sqcps is the
ideal cable distribution solution for SIPRNET.
„Sqcps“ steht für „Square Cable Protection System“
und wird “Skips” oder “Squips” gesprochen. Sqcps
ist die ideale Lösung zur Kabelverteilung für
SIPRNET-Anwendungen.
Instead of the standard “water pipe” SIPRNET solution,
sqcps unique design is aesthetically pleasing and secure
conforming to US Army Information Assurance (IA)
standards.
The sqcps solution is a quality made in Germany product that is available as a direct SIPR connection or an
“Air Gap” solution for controlled access areas.
Both solutions have been successfully installed and
accredited in numerous US Army locations including
AFRICOM and EUCOM buildings.
Anstatt einer einfachen “Wasserrohr“ SIPRNET Lösung,
bietet sqcps neben einem einzigartigen und ästhetischen Design auch die Sicherheit entsprechend der „US
Army Information Assurance“ (IA) Standards.
Die sqcps Lösung ist ein Qualitätsprodukt „made in Germany“ und erhältlich als eine direkte SIPR-Verbindung
oder als “Air Gap”-Lösung für kontrollierte Zugangsbereiche.
Beide Lösungen wurden erfolgreich in mehreren US
Army Kasernen einschließlich AFRICOM und EUCOM
Komplexen installiert und zugelassen.
Systembeschreibung
Sqcps verteilt sicher Kabel in Fluren mit einem 10 x 15
cm großen Kanal und wurde für die Verteilung großer
Kabelmengen entwickelt. Unsere Lösung beinhaltet
Bögen und Steckverbindungen zur einfachen Installation
in beengten Bereichen und um Hindernisse herum.
Die sqcps Systemteile sind geschweißt, alle Verbindungen genietet und die Stoßstellen mit Epoxy versiegelt,

gerecht zu werden.
System Description
Sqcps securely distributes cable in hallways and between floors with large 10 x 15 cm risers designed to hold
large amounts of cabling. Our solution includes bends
and connectors to allow easy installation in crowded
areas and around obstacles.
Our sqcps system is welded and has color contrasting
epoxy around any seams to conform to Army Information Assurance (IA) Standards.
The Sqcps system also provides access to pull and
install cables with a securable lockable panel, which can
be visually inspected and allows for later expansion.

Air Gap
The Air Gap System enters the room terminating in a
secure patch panel box. Each drop is then individually
patched as required with the air gap box locked when
not in use.
The standard cable channel on the walls provides an
integrated yet secure communications solution.

Das Air Gap System stellt im Raum ein gesichertes
Patchfeld bereit, an dem jeder Arbeitsplatz individuell
gepatcht werden kann. Wird das Patchfeld nicht benötigt, kann es verschlossen werden.
Der Standardkabelkanal an den Wänden bietet eine
integrierte und sichere Kommunikationslösung.
Drop
Für eine Standard SIPR Installation bietet die sqcps
Lösung sichere Einzelplatzanschlüsse mit einem verschließbaren Schiebeverschluß für einen ästhetischen
und sicheren Benutzerzugang.
Jeder Abgang kann mit Kupfer- oder Glasfaserkabeln
ausgeführt werden und in jedem RAL-Farbton geliefert
werden.
Drop
For a standard SIPR installation, the sqcps solution
provides secure individual drops with sliding covers and
lock hasps for aesthetic and secure user access.
Each drop can be installed with either copper or fiber
cabling and as with all sqcps systems- are available in
virtually any shade or color.
Executive areas
Secure network access is critical for high-ranking users,
and aesthetics is essential in executive offices.
Sqcps is the perfect alternative to the standard PDS water piping, and is available in virtually any shade or color
to match paneling or wall paper for a neat appearance
while still conforming to US Army IA requirements.
