The classic Akja - Rescue Sled in one-piece
version. Designed for 2-rescuer operation in all kind
of snow - covered terrain, groomed or ungroomed.

Akja, this new sled is taylored for both singlerescuer operation in easy to medium terrain and
two-rescuer operation in difficult terrain.

special fins to keep it stable in one-man operation.

horizontal bedding of the injured at a very low

CANADIER with
CHAIN BRAKE
Very economic flat-bottom rescue sled for one-man
operation on easy to medium ski slopes. Because
of its flat bottom, the Canadier is designed to be
operated in the fall-line.
The unique Quick-Release Chain Brake device
allows safe operation of the Canadier in steep
terrain.
Can be activated instantly with one hand at any time
while running. As soon as the brake is released, it
slides along its guiding rods under the sled, exactly
to the position where maximum braking effectivity is
obtained. By lifting or lowering the sled, the amount
of brake-strength can be tuned.
Three triangular runners, exclusively molded for the
Canadier, provide excellent running-stability.
Thanks to its design, the Canadier is very light yet
extremely durable.
Even shape of the sled, only bent upwards at the
bow, and the wide lying area allow a horizontal and
very comfortable bedding of the injured,
especially together with a vacuum mattress and/or a
rescue bag.

CANADIER with
BRAKE SYSTEM
Highly-efficient rescue sled for one-man operation
in groomed skiing terrain of all difficulties and snow
conditions. Because of its flat bottom, the Canadier
is designed to be operated in the fall-line.
Brake System: By pushing the poles of the sled
downwards, the rescuer creates an even and fine
tuneable breaking power. A simple but effective
lever-system increases this power to the 3.5 fold
and presses four breaking claws into the snow. Due
to this, the Canadier can be braked safely even on
steep and icy slopes.
In very flat terrain, the brake is fully deactivated by
slightly pulling the poles upwards. The sled runs
then about as fast as a normal skier.

AKJA WINDSHIELD COVER
Roomy, foldable wind protection cover that
provides effective protection for the injured in the Akja
against airstream and whirled-up snow - especially, if
the Akja is towed behind a snowmobile. Due to the
large panes, the injured feels unobstructed.
Easy loading of the injured
Due to the flexible fixing brackets the windshield could
be completely folded and could always remain at the
Akja, even if the windshield is not in use.
The cap is attached to the Akja with a quick fastener
fork head system and straps.
Completely manufactured from high-strength, waterresistant nylon-fabrics. This high-grade material
ensures longevidity, maximum wear-resistance,
pleasant handling and does not become stiff even
under very cold temperatures.

Fixation at Akja
COUPLING DEVICE
FOR AKJA
Compact and safe coupling device to attach an
Akja directly to the tow-bar of a snowmobile. The
coupling device can be attached directly to the
original pole-attachments of the Akja and is locked
with the bayonet lockings.
NEW: Easily attachable by a detachable fixing
plate.
Due to the direct attachment to the snowmobile, the
Akja is guided very stable. Lateral, multidirectional movable guiding skis at the coupling
device increase the tilting stability. A hinge in the
towing bar separates the movements of the
snowmobile from the Akja. Thanks to this, the upand down or declining movements of the
snowmobile are kept away from the Akja.
The coupling device can be folded up and stored at
the safety bow of the snowmobile. Thus, the snowmobile can be operated without the disadvantages
of a trailer. Only if it is necessary, the coupling
device is taken from its storage and the Akja can be
safely attached to it.
Suitable for all TYROMONT Akja models, due to
the newly developed universal poles the coupling
device could also be used with older Akja versions.

Avalanche Probes are an essential device for the
effective search for avalanche victims. There are many
skiers, especially in the vincinity of skiareas, who ski the
deep snow without rescue transceivers.
If such a skier is burried in an avalanche, there is, except
an avalanche dog, no other possibility to localize him than
with an avalanche probe. Also, at avalanche on roads,
villages or other facilities, an avalanche probe is often the
only possibility to search for victims.
Last but not least, for a tourskier, an avalanche probe is a
quick help in the fine-search for a victim which he has
localized with the rescue transceiver. Therefore,
avalanche probes should be part of the rescue equipment
of any skiarea as well as they are a must in the backpack
of any tourskier.
TYROMONT avalanche probes are manufactured from
special high strength aluminum - alloy. The single parts
are connected by precision screwjoints, which guarantee
a perfect allignment of the probes.
Due to the screw-lock, in case of a damage of one part of
the avalanche probe, this part can be replaced by another
one and therefore operational relialbility of the avalanche
probe is guaranteed.
The surface of the TYROMONT avalanche probes is
treated with a special powder-coating. Thanks to this
surface-treatment, our probes will not build up ice or
freeze to the user`s skin. Also, the unique surface of the
TYROMONT avalanche probes reduces the friction
between probe and snow significantly.

Less than 20kg weight, divisible into two loads of
appr. 8 kg are unequaled for a real mountain
stretcher. But of course, there are no compromises.
The frame is manufactured from light-weight, high
precision steel tubing. This material provides
unequalled resistance against wear when ropeing
up or down on rock or dragging in gravel. The frame
is powder coated in red colour for additional wearresistance.
New ideas and well-proven design
The proved, circle-sector shaped frame design is
the best choice for easy handling in all kind of
terrain. The flat lying area for the injured is totally
protected from side-impacts by a rail that surounds
the whole stretcher. This rail is, besides its main
protecting function, a very handy grip that allows to
hold the stretcher at any position. The two base
runners are shaped in a circle-sector for optimum
handling and retracted to the center to provide more
space for the legs of the rescuer when ropeing up or
down in steep rock.
For transport reasons the mountain stretcher can be
quickly divided in the middle with camlock quick
locks.
Adjustable handles for more convenience
The four handles can be quickly and indivdually
adjusted in 12 different positions to adapt to different
carrying situations and to increase the mobility of the
rescuer. The adjustment of the handles are done by
arresting bolts. For transport reasons, the handles
can be fully removed for a more equal distribution of
the carrying loads.

The absolutely horizontal bedding area for the
injured is made from extra-light but extremely
impact-resistant aluminum sandwich material,
covered with shock-absorbing foam. It is 2.000 mm
long, the width is 500 mm in the hip, 530 mm in the
shoulder and 380 mm in the head and foot area,
providing enough space even for tall patients. It
allows unrestricted use of a vacuum mattress.
Four fixation belts with aluminum buckles hold the
injured safe in every situation.
Extended field of application
The mountain stretcher light comes complete with
wheel struts and a high-strength 20 inch aluminum
wheel with a tubeless tire. The wheel struts could

UT 2000 ALPINE with

Further improvement of UT 2000 to better fit
requirements of alpine rescue demands.
The integrated rescue bag allows an entire
horizontal bedding of the injured person together
with a vacuum mattress.
The rescue bag is attached to the UT 2000 frame by
a belt system on the bottom side of the bag.
Quick fastener on one part of the rescue bag to
divide the stretcher into two parts for transport.
The wide area Velcro fastener allows an

BIPOD and TRIPOD
With identical components an allround bipod and a
tripod for the rescue from crevasses can be assembled.
The Bipod is primarily designed for rock and canyoning
terrain. It can be set up at all, especially at difficult
anchoring situations. The Bipod provides an
unobstructed and friction-free run of the rope over rockedges and rough terrain. The additional plus: It allows a
smooth lifting of a stretcher over the edge.
The Tripod is mainly applied for the rescue from crevasses. Due to its low weight, it can be transported to the
crevasse by foot. It allows a lowering of the rescuer
centrally in the crevasse and a sparing lifting of the
injured. Thanks to the adjustable connector, the position of the rescuer in the crevasse can be changed at
any point of the action. The Tripod can be completely
pivoted in for an easy overcoming of the edge at the
beginning and the end of the action.
Less weight - Maximum strength
The use of carbon fibre provides an extreme force
bearing capacity that gives an unmatched weight to
strength ratio. The carbon fibre tube is custom made,
using a specific process in which the single fibres are
laid in the direction of the maximum stress. Due to this,
maximum stress resistance of every single tube is
guaranteed.
Head and foot fittings from high-strength aluminum
alloy, and stainless foot joints stand for outstanding
stability and ruggedness. The head roll with double
ballbearings and four guide-rolls minimize the ropefriction.
Bi- and Tripod can be operated either with a belay
device and a teampull or an externally positioned winch
for lowering and lifting of rescuer and victim.
For transport reasons, the carbon struts can be divided into two or three halves. Thus, the maximum
transport length is 120 cm. A transport bag is part of the
package.
The static strength of the system is tested by the
Austrian Government Authorized Testing Institute
for Mechanical Engineering Innsbruck according to
EN 795.

BIPOD
The Bipod can be set up with little effort as an
effective tool to overcome rock-edges even at the
most difficult anchoring situations. For a stable
standing only one anchoring backwards is necessary.
Therefore the bipod is ideal wherever the anchoring is
difficult and the belay rope needs to be led away from
the terrain. This effectively reduces rope friction and
the danger of rock-hit. By pivoting the bipod in, rescuer
and victim can be easily lifted over the edge. For
lowering and lifting of rescuer and victim either a belay
device and a teampull or an externally positioned
winch can be used.
Bipod consits of one long pod, one short pod and an
adjustable connector.
The Bipod is packed in a transport bag for easy

TRIPOD
The Tripod is a very effective tool for the rescue of
victims from crevasses. By using only two pods of the
tripod (a long and a short one), the tripod can also be
used as a bipod.
With one control rope the adjustable connector can be
positioned at any to determine the width of the tripod
and the belay position for the rescuer. This way the
rescuer can be positioned over the center of the
crevasse and roped down directly to the victim. Then,
rescuer and victim can be roped up without dragging
over the walls. Finally, rescuer and victim can be
pivoted over the edge of the crevasse by moving in the
adjustable connector. For lowering and lifting of
rescuer and victim either a belay device and a teampull
or an externally positioned winch can be used. With a

For decending and ropeing up with a fibre rope. The
best working areas for fibre rope rescueing are steep or
overhanging rock, steep forrest or lawn-areas, gorges and
canyons. The optimum working range is up to about 100m
at a working load of up to 250m. The best suited ropes
are static fibre ropes with a diameter of 11 mm.
The self-tailer device provides the necessary pullback
power. The operator does not need to apply any pullback
power to create friction between rope and brakedrum.
Two speeds - enough power for every situation. Changing the gear-ratio is effected by changing the turningdirection of the crank. The first speed provides enough
power to rope up two persons by one man (6,8:1), while
the second speed is used for ropeing up smaller loads or
when working with two persons on the crank (32:1). For
ropeing up over very short distances, simply pull back the
retarding-strand of the rope powerfully while cranking up
in the first speed.
Controlled running of the rope. Two guiding rolls control
the inhauling of the rope and prevent it from tangling and
blocking on the winch drum. No tangling because of exact
guiding of the rope. To insert the rope open the upper roll.
Emergency Stop Function. As soon as the operator lets
the rope go out for any reason, it is blocked automatically. While ropeing down, the emergency stop is held
open through the hold back power applied by the user. If
this hold-back force is not there any more (if the operator
lets the rope go), the emergency stop blocks acts and the
rope is stopped gently over the brake drum. Ropeing up,
the rope also runs through the emergency stop. If the
winching action stops, the rope is blocked. The
emergency stop acts on the low-load side of the rope
behind the winch and is permanently in action.
Standing stability due to the vertical position of the
winch drum. The U-shaped winchbody guarantees a safe
operation and maximum standing stability even in the
most difficult anchoring circumstances. Also, the
movement of the crank parallel to the ground minimizes
the danger of squeezing your fingers between crank and
ground.
High-strength aluminum alloy for winch body, mounting
support of the rope blocking system. Winch drum and the
guiderolls are manufactured from bronce. Stainless
gearwheels and winch drum bearings.
Tested safety: Rope blockers U.I.A.A. - tested. At a
safety factor of 7, the safe working load is 250 kg. The
ultimate load is way beyond 2.200 kg.

1. Offert und Vertragsabschluss: Offerte werden freibleibend erstellt aufgrund der derzeitigen Löhne, Material- und Nebenkosten und Wechselkurse ab
unserem Haus. Irrtum vorbehalten. Ein Liefervertrag kommt erst durch unsere schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung zustande. Der Inhalt unserer
Auftragsbestätigung ist gleichzeitig Inhalt des Liefervertrages, soweit der Kunde nicht innerhalb von 2 Werktagen ab Erhalt dagegen Einspruch erhebt.
Mündliche und telefonische Absprachen, z. B. mit Mitarbeitern unseres Außendienstes, sind nur dann verbindlich, wenn sie nachträglich durch uns schriftlich
bestätigt werden. Wird der Auftrag gegenüber dem Offert bzw. der Auftragsbestätigung erweitert, werden die Abweichungen gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.
Bestellungen auf Rechnung Dritter verpflichten den Besteller auch bei Offenlegung des Vertretungsverhältnisses zur eigenen Zahlung bereits dann, wenn der
Dritte nach erster Aufforderung Zahlung ablehnt oder nicht binnen der gesetzten Frist leistet.
2. Einkaufsbedingungen Entgegenstehende Einkaufsbedingungen unserer Kunden gelten als ausgeschlossen, wenn sie nicht ausdrücklich von uns
schriftlich anerkannt wurden. Ein Hinweis auf der Bestellung des Käufers ist für uns nicht bindend. Die Umgehung der Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen,
insbesondere auch durch Kommissionsgeschäfte, ist unzulässig.
3. Lieferort Wenn nichts anderes vereinbart, gilt die Abgabe der Ware als Holschuld, Lieferort Innsbruck. Ist Lieferung "Frei Haus" vereinbart, erfolgt der
Transport der Ware als Schickschuld und übernimmt die Auftragnehmerin die Kosten des Transportes nach seiner Wahl, im Umfang der Ausschreibung des
Bestellers und des Offertes der Auftragnehmerin, bis zur Rampe des Bestellers. Auch bei frachtfreier Lieferung (Lieferung "Frei Haus") geht die Gefahr und
Übergabe der Ware an den Transporteur auf den Kunden über, ausdrücklich auch bei Lieferung durch uns selbst. Eine Transportversicherung wird nur auf
Wunsch des Kunden und auf seine Rechnung abgeschlossen. Expresskosten sind jedenfalls vom Kunden zu tragen. Wenn nicht ausdrücklich anders
vereinbart, gilt "Frei Haus" nur für eine einmalige geschlossene Sendung. Wenn abweichend vom Offert bzw. der Auftragsbestätigung später
Vorauslieferungen oder Teillieferungen oder Transport an Dritte verlangt werden, hat die Auftragnehmerin das Recht, die dadurch bedingten Mehrkosten für
Verpackung und Transport zusätzlich zu verrechnen. In diesem Fall trägt die Auftragnehmerin nur die Kosten der größten Teilsendung. Die Ware ist
unversichert zu versenden, wenn nichts anderes vereinbart ist. Die Anwendung der INCOTERMS ist ausgeschlossen. Rückgesendete Verpackungen können
weder angenommen noch kann ein Wert hiefür gutgeschrieben werden. Bei Annahmeverzug werden den Kunden Einlagerungskosten verrechnet.
4. Lieferzeit Die vereinbarte Lieferzeit beginnt, sobald der Auftrag von uns bestätigt ist und alle von uns verlangten Arbeitsunterlagen zu unserer Verfügung
stehen. Vereinbarte Liefertermine sind grundsätzlich keine Fixtermine, soferne sie nicht ausdrücklich als solche schriftlich zugesagt wurden. Ein vereinbarter
Fixtermin tritt außer Kraft, wenn der von uns vorgesehene Terminplan über Veranlassung des Kunden nicht eingehalten werden kann. Bei Lieferverzug wird
ohne Erklärung bis zur obligatorischen Stellung einer Nachfrist durch den Besteller, welche nach Art und Umfang des Auftrages angemessen sein muss, eine
Nachfrist von der Dauer der Lieferfrist in Lauf gesetzt. Die Geltendmachung von Schadenersatzansprüchen wegen Nichtlieferung ist nur bei grober
Fahrlässigkeit unsererseits, vor Ablauf der Nachfrist aber gänzlich ausgeschlossen.
5. Zahlungsbedingungen Bei Bezahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Rechnungsdatum 2% Skonto, bei Bezahlung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach
Rechnungsdatum ohne Abzug. Bei Überschreitung der Zahlungsfrist gelten 12% Verzugszinsen p. a. als vereinbart und sind wir berechtigt, die Spesen für
unseren zusätzlichen Arbeitsaufwand sowie die Rechtsverfolgungskosten der außergerichtlichen Betreibung zu verlangen. Eingehende Zahlungen werden
unabhängig von ihrer Widmung zur Begleichung des ältesten fälligen Betrages verwendet. Bei Wechselzahlungen gehen alle Diskontspesen zu Lasten des
Akzeptanten. Ein Skontoabzug ist in diesem Falle nicht möglich. Vom 61. Tag ab Rechnungsdatum sind wir berechtigt, einen Zuschlag von 1% der
Wechselsumme zu berechnen. Zahlungen im EU-Raum sind unter Verwendung von IBAN und BIC vorzunehmen, ansonsten daraus entstehende Spesen
vom Besteller zu tragen sind. Bei Zahlungen ausserhalb des EU-Raumes werden die Zahlungsspesen hälftig geteilt. Im Fall einer wesentlichen
Verschlechterung der Vermögensverhältnisse des Bestellers, der Unternehmensveräußerung oder bei einer entscheidenden Änderung der rechtlichen und
wirtschaftlichen Einflussmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen des Bestellers sowie im Falle des Zahlungsverzuges ist die Auftragnehmerin berechtigt, alle offenen,
auch noch nicht fälligen Rechnungen fällig zu stellen sowie jede weitere Tätigkeit an laufenden Aufträgen des Bestellers einzustellen. Die Auftragnehmerin ist
nur dann verpflichtet, für den Besteller weiter tätig zu werden, wenn er der Auftragnehmerin eine Bankgarantie über die noch offenen Beträge übermittelt
oder sonst eine der Auftragnehmerin genehme Sicherheit stellt. Abweichende Vereinbarungen gegenüber obigen Zahlungsbedingungen bedürfen zu ihrer
Gültigkeit der Schriftform.
6. Eigentumsvorbehalt/Pfandrecht Alle gelieferten Waren bleiben bis zur völligen Bezahlung sämtlicher offenen Forderungen inkl. aller Nebengebühren
unser Eigentum (bei Zahlung durch Wechsel oder Scheck bis zu deren Einlösung). Vor vollständiger Bezahlung ist eine Veräußerung nur im ordentlichen
Geschäftsverkehr unter Berücksichtigung der nachfolgenden Bestimmungen zulässig: Die Befugnis endet, unbeschadet eines jederzeit zulässigen
Widerrufes, mit der Zahlungseinstellung des Bestellers oder wenn über sein Vermögen die Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens beantragt oder ein solches
mangels Masse abgewiesen wird. Verpfändungen oder Sicherungsübereignungen der Vorbehaltsware bzw. der abgetretenen Forderungen sind unzulässig.
Durch Verarbeitung der Vorbehaltsware wird nicht Eigentum an der neuen Sache erworben. Die Verarbeitung wird durch den Besteller für uns
vorgenommen. Bei Verarbeitung mit ebenfalls unter Eigentumsvorbehalt stehenden Waren erwerben wir Miteigentum an der neuen Sache im Verhältnis des
Rechnungswertes. Der Besteller ist zur Verfügung über die unter Eigentumsvorbehalt stehende Ware bei Weiterverkauf mit Stundung des Kaufpreises nur
unter der Bedingung befugt, dass er gleichzeitig mit der Weiterveräußerung den Zweitkäufer von der Sicherungszession an uns verständigt oder die Zession
in seinen Geschäftsbüchern anmerkt. Arbeitet er mit einer Factoringbank im echten Factoring zusammen, gilt die Ermächtigung zur Weiterveräußerung der
Vorbehaltsware nur, wenn der Factor einer vereinbarten Abtretung des Anspruches auf Auszahlung des Factoringerlöses vorher seine Zustimmung erteilt
hat. Andernfalls ist eine Abtretung verboten und eine Weiterveräußerung unter Eigentumsvorbehalt ausgeschlossen. Der Besteller tritt bereits jetzt seine
gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Ansprüche gegen den Factor aus dem Ankauf von Weiterveräußerungsforderungen, soweit sie die von uns gelieferten
Waren betreffen, an uns ab, und wir nehmen die Abtretung hiermit an. Der Besteller ist verpflichtet, diese Abtretung dem Factor anzuzeigen und ihn
anzuweisen, nur an uns zu bezahlen. Der Besteller tritt hiemit jegliche Forderungen aus einem sonstigen Weiterverkauf an uns ab, und wir nehmen diese
Abtretung an. Wenn die durch den Eigentumsvorbehalt bestehende Sicherung die zu sichernde Forderung um 20% übersteigt, werden wir voll bezahlte
Lieferungen unserer Ware freigeben. Von Pfändungen sind wir unter Angabe des Pfändgläubigers sofort zu benachrichtigen. Der Besteller ist verpflichtet, bei
Eintritt des Zahlungsverzuges sowie bei Zahlungseinstellung uns eine Aufstellung über die noch vorhandene Eigentumsvorbehaltsware, auch soweit sie
bearbeitet ist, und eine Aufstellung der Forderungen an die Drittschuldner nebst Rechnungsabschriften zu übersenden. Beträge, die aus abgetretenen
Forderungen beim Besteller eingehen, sind unverzüglich bekanntzugeben, zur Überweisung gesondert aufzuheben und binnen acht Tagen weiterzuleiten.
Wir sind berechtigt, die Herausgabe der Vorbehaltsware zu verlangen, wenn der Besteller in Zahlungsverzug und in Zahlungsschwierigkeiten gerät. Der
Besteller verpflichtet sich zur sofortigen Freigabeerklärung, auch wenn sich die Vorbehaltsware bei einem Dritten befindet. In der Rücknahme von
Vorbehaltsware liegt nur dann ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag, wenn dies von uns ausdrücklich schriftlich erklärt wird. Der Besteller ist verpflichtet, die unter
Eigentumsvorbehalt stehende und noch in seinem Betrieb vorhandene Ware gegen Elementar- und Diebstahlsgefahr zu versichern und auf Verlangen den
Abschluss dieser Versicherung nachzuweisen. Der Besteller tritt seine Ansprüche aus abgeschlossenen Versicherungsverträgen schon jetzt an uns ab, und
wir nehmen die Abtretung hiermit an.
7. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand Erfüllungsort für Lieferung und Zahlung ist die Betriebsniederlassung der Auftragnehmerin in Innsbruck. Für alle
Streitigkeiten aus diesem Rechtsgeschäft wird die Zuständigkeit des sachlich zuständigen Gerichtes in Innsbruck und die Anwendbarkeit österreichischen
Rechtes vereinbart. Die Anwendbarkeit des UN-Kaufrechtes wird ausgeschlossen.
8. Mängelrügen und Gewährleistungsansprüche Mängelrügen sind nach § 377 Abs. 1 HGB unverzüglich nach Warenübernahme zu erstatten, uns
schriftlich anzuzeigen und eine Nachprüfung der beanstandeten Ware zu ermöglichen; dies bei sonstigem Ausschluss aller Ansprüche aus dem Titel der
Gewährleistung. Im Falle von gerechtfertigten Gewährleistungsansprüchen der Besteller ist die Auftragnehmerin berechtigt, diese Ansprüche durch
Verbesserung oder Nachtrag des Fehlenden zu erfüllen. Im Falle von Preisminderungsansprüchen ist nach Wahl der Auftragnehmerin vom gemeinen Wert
der Sache oder vom vereinbarten Preis auszugehen. Handelsübliche oder geringe, technisch nicht vermeidbare Abweichungen in Qualität, Struktur und
Aufmachung der Ware dürfen nicht beanstandet werden. Die technischen Angaben in Prospekten sind freibleibend und ein Irrtum vorbehalten. Beanstandete
Ware ist nach unserem schriftlichen Einverständnis spesenfrei zu retournieren. Wir nehmen unfreie oder nicht vereinbarte Rücksendungen nicht an und
lassen diese an den Absender zu dessen Lasten zurückgehen. Reklamationen berechtigen nicht zur Zurückhaltung des gesamten Rechnungsbetrages,
sondern nur des auf die Reklamation entfallenden Teiles.
9. Schadenersatzansprüche Anfallende Schadenersatzansprüche des Bestellers ind mit der Höhe des Rechnungsbetrages begrenzt. Entgangener Gewinn
kann nicht eingefordert werden. Höhere Gewalt entbindet die Auftragnehmerin grundsätzlich von jeder Lieferverpflichtung und von jedem Schadenersatz,
gleichgültig, ob sich diese höhere Gewalt im Betrieb der Auftragnehmerin oder in Betrieben der Vor- und Zulieferer ereignet hat. In einem solchen Falle ist
der Besteller nicht berechtigt, vom Auftrag zurückzutreten oder die Auftragnehmerin für etwaige Schäden haftbar zu machen. Die Haftung für Schäden, für
welche infolge leichter Fahrlässigkeit durch uns oder durch Personen, für die wir einzustehen haben, verursacht werden, ist ausgeschlossen. Dies erstreckt
sich insbesondere auch auf Folgeschäden. Die Anfechtung eines geschlossenen Vertrages wegen Irrtums ist ausgeschlossen. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, die
jeweiligen die bestellte Ware betreffenden Sicherungsvorschriften und Bedienungsanleitungen zu kennen und zu beachten und die darin enthaltenen
Warenhinweise an Abnehmer weiterzugeben.
10. Produkthaftung Die Ersatzpflicht für aus dem Produkthaftungsgesetz resultierende Sachschäden sowie Produkthaftungsansprüche, die aus anderen
Bestimmungen abgeleitet werden können, sind ausgeschlossen. Diese Haftungsbeschränkungen sind bei sonstigem Schadenersatz vollinhaltlich allfälligen
Abnehmern zu überbinden, mit der Verpflichtung zur weiteren Überbindung. Allgemein und insbesondere im Sinne des Produkthaftungsgesetzes ist vom
Besteller bei der Behandlung, Anwendung und Lagerung der von uns gelieferten Ware auf deren spezifische Eigenschaften (z. B. Umgebungstemperatur,
Feuchtigkeit und Wirkungsweise) Bedacht zu nehmen.
11. Schriftlichkeit Änderungen dieser Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen sind nur verbindlich, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart und von allen Vertragsteilen
unterfertigt werden.
12. Datenschutz Der Besteller erklärt seine Zustimmung, dass seine Daten zum Zweck der Buchhaltung und Kundenevidenz von uns gespeichert und
verarbeitet werden. Die Daten werden zur Erfüllung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften, zur Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und zu Werbezwecken verwendet.
