tank is filled in with hot water previously heat in the boiler.
Using our special basket CB7-GN, EVOLUTION, EVOLUTION plus

are able to wash perfectly GN 1/1 trays. A huge advantage for

Virtus’s HRS collects and condenses the steam exhausted by
the machine after a full cleaning cycle, and heats up the input
water from 10ºC to 25ºC (for example). It also allows to avoid installing a hood in most of the cases.

Lagerbestände reduzieren und Bestellungen vereinfachen,
einfach durch die Wahl von Grundausführungen, denen die
entsprechenden Bausätze hinzugefügt werden: Dosiereinrichtung für Reiniger und Ablaufpumpe. Vermeidet die Lagerhaltung verschiedener Modellversionen. Einfach zu montierende
Bausätze mit einfachem Zugang zu den Komponenten, die Probleme bei der Installation auf ein Mindestmaß beschränken.
Das HRS (Heat Recovery System) von Virtus sammelt und kondensiert den nach einem vollen Spülzyklus entstehenden Wasserdampf und erwärmt das Zulaufwasser z.B. von 10ºC auf 25ºC.

Non sarà più necessario estrarre coperture o pannelli per installare o verificare la connettività alla rete elettrica. Ciò si traduce in un basso rischio di problemi durante l’installazione
elettrica.
Per ridurre gli stock e semplificare le ordinazioni, basta scegliere le versioni di base e aggiungere i kit necessari: dispensatore del detersivo e pompa di scarico. Si evita così la presenza
di versioni diverse in magazzino. Kit semplici da installare, con
componenti facilmente accessibili, che minimizzano i problemi
di montaggio.
L’HRS (sistema di recupero del calore) di Virtus raccoglie e condensa il vapore che esce dalla macchina dopo un ciclo di lavaggio completo e riscalda l’acqua di mandata da 10 ºC a 25 ºC
