Im Allgemeinen sind brennende Kerzen oder artverwandte Produkte
in den Messehallen nicht erlaubt. In Abstimmung mit der Messe
Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH können unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen brennende Kerzen als Exponate zugelassen werden.
In general, burning candles or related products are not allowed in
the trade fair halls. In coordination with the Messe Westfalenhallen
Dortmund GmbH, burning candles as exhibits can be allowed
under certain conditions.
Voraussetzungen:
Conditions:
1.Ein Abbrennen der Kerzen außerhalb der Standfläche ist verboten.
1.Burning candles outside the stand area is prohibited.
2.Innerhalb der Standfläche sollte auf die Position der Kerze und
der artverwandten Produkten geachtet werden, damit durch unachtsame Besucher eine gefährliche Situation vermieden wird. Der
Mindestabstand von 50 cm zu brennbaren Stoffen oder ähnlichem
muss eingehalten werden.
2.Attention should be paid to the position of the candle and related
products within the stand area so that a dangerous situation due
to unwary visitors will be avoided. The minimum distance of 50
cm to combustible substances or the like must be adhered to.
3.Aus Gründen der Sicherheit dürfen Kerzen nur hinter Glas (Windlicht) oder in mit Wasser gefüllten Behältnissen (Schwimmkerzen)
verwendet werden.
3.For safety reasons candles may only be utilised behind glass
(lantern) or with water-filled containers (floating candles).
4.Burning exhibited candles on wall shelves is prohibited due to
fire protection regulations.
4.Ein Abbrennen von ausgestellten Kerzen in Regalwänden wird
aus brandschutztechnischer Sicht untersagt.
5.A number appropriate for product presentation (2 to 3 pieces)
may not be exceeded.
5.Eine Produktpräsentation angemessene Anzahl (2 bis 3 Stück)
darf nicht überschritten werden.
6.Suitable extinguishing devices (e.g. fire extinguishers) are
to be kept on hand at the stand and marked according to trade
association regulation BGV A8.
6.Geeignete Löschmittel (z.B. Feuerlöscher) sind am Stand bereit
zu halten und nach BGV A8 zu kennzeichnen.
7.Die Kerze muss nach Veranstaltungsende gelöscht werden. Die
Verantwortung für Folgeschäden liegt allein beim Aussteller. Die
Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH haftet nicht für Schäden.
7.Candles must be extinguished after the end of the event. The
responsibility for consequential damages lies solely with the exhibitor. The Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH is not liable
for damages.
