Der während der Messe oder bei der Montage oder Demontage des Standes
anfallende Abfall bzw. Reststoff ist vom Aussteller zu beseitigen. Aufgrund
gesetzlicher Vorschriften ist der Verursacher verpflichtet, für die fachgerechte
Beseitigung Sorge zu tragen. (Gesetz zur Vermeidung, Verwertung und Beseitigung von Abfällen vom 27.09.1994, BGB/I, S. 2705).
All rubbish or remains caused during the fair or during the construction or
dismantling of the stand must be removed by the exhibitor. The law lays down
that the person causing the waste is duty bound to ensure that the waste is
disposed of in a correct manner. (The law on the avoidance, utilisation and
removal of waste, dated 27.09.1994, BGB/I, p. 2705).
Teppichböden, Standbauteile oder Mischabfälle gelten als Abfälle bzw. Reststoffe und sind für eine Entsorgung anzumelden.
Produktionsabfälle jeglicher Art wie Metall, Papier, Glas, Kunststoff und Sonderabfälle sind ebenfalls für eine Entsorgung anzumelden.
Carpeting, parts of stands and miscellaneous waste are to be regarded as
rubbish or remains and have to be reported for disposal.
Für Abfälle bzw. Reststoffe, die nicht angemeldet wurden und/oder nach Verlassen Ihres Messestandes noch in der Halle verbleiben, wird eine erhöhte Gebühr
von 125,00 € pro m³ zzgl. MwSt. erhoben. Kleberückstände auf der zugewiesenen Standfläche werden ebenfalls zu Lasten des Ausstellers entfernt.
An increased fee of 125.00 € per cubic metre plus VAT will be charged for
rubbish or remains which are not reported and/or remain in the hall after you
have left your trade fair stand. Any remains of adhesives on the allotted stand
areas which have to be removed will be charged to the exhibitor.
All types of rubbish produced like metal, paper, glass, synthetic materials and
extra waste are also to be reported for disposal

Die bestellten Behältnisse (Rollcontainer á 1,8 m³) bzw. Abfallsäcke werden angeliefert, geleert und abgeholt. Die Menge der Entsorgung wird
Ihnen auf Entsorgungsmeldungen quittiert und nach der Messe in Rechnung gestellt. / The containers (wheeled containers with a capacity of
1.8 m³) and/or waste sacks will be delivered, emptied and picked up. The waste disposal will be noted in writing and handed over to you in
the form of a receipt. You will receive the invoice after the fair.
