für canAnalyser/32
With the new CANopen client IXXAT offers a totally
overworked and extended CANopen module for its
widespread canAnalyser/32 analyzing tool. The client
enables the user to make CANopen analysis and diagnostics very easy and fast.
The CANopen client is conform to the latest CANopen
4.02 specification and supports now among other things
the SDO block transfer protocol.
Besides the CANopen specific interpretation of received
CAN messages, the CANopen Client is now able to
interpret and display the signals transmitted via SDO
and PDO in plaintext.
For PDOs, the CANopen client uses the information
provided in the device specific EDS or DCF files to determine the mapping information and to display the data.
Received messages can be filtered by meaning of different criteria like Node-ID, SDO, PDO or NMT. In combination with the possibility to open several CANopen
client windows a CANopen system can be displayed and
analyzed clearly arranged.
Further features are displaying of Multiplexed PDOs (in
SAM and DAM mode), the interpretation of the LSS and
the Flying-Master protocol as well as the possibility to
convert a Vendor-ID to the corresponding company
name. Besides the CANopen specific view it is possible
to display the received CAN messages additionally in
layer-2 mode. This feature, and the possibility to display
erroneous protocols, particularly supports developers
and system integrators when searching for errors.
The configuration of the CANopen Client can be done
manually or by using pre-defined profile files (e.g. for
401, 402, 405, 406) or by using the EDS/DCF import
functionality.
Customers using already the CANopen Client can update the new version.
Für den im CAN-Bereich weit verbreiteten canAnalyser/32 ist mit dem neuen, stark überarbeiteten CANopen-Client ein weiteres Modul verfügbar, welches den
canAnalyser/32 zu einem sehr nützlichen und einfach zu
bedienenden Analyse- und -Diagnosewerkzeug für CANopen-Geräte und -Systeme erweitert.
Der CANopen-Client ist konform zur Version 4.02 der
CANopen-Spezifikation und unterstützt somit unter anderem nun auch das SDO-Blocktransfer-Protokoll.
Neben der einfachen CANopen-spezifischen Interpretation von CAN-Nachrichten ist nun auch die Interpretation
der in SDOs und vor allem in PDOs übertragenen Werte
und deren Anzeige im Klartext möglich.
Hierzu wertet der CANopen-Client bei PDOs deren
Mappings auf Basis von EDS- bzw. DCF-Dateien der
einzelnen CANopen-Geräte aus und zeigt die übertragenen Daten direkt einzeln an. Zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit können hierbei die Nachrichten zusätzlich anhand verschiedener Merkmale wie Node-ID, SDO, PDO
oder NMT gefiltert werden. In Verbindung mit der Möglichkeit, mehrere CANopen-Fenster gleichzeitig zu öffnen kann ein CANopen-System übersichtlich dargestellt
und analysiert werden.
Weitere neue Features sind die Anzeige von Multiplexed
PDOs (im SAM- und DAM-Mode), die Interpretation des
LSS- und des Flying-Master-Protokolls sowie die Anzeige des entsprechenden Firmennamens zu einer VendorID. Wahlweise kann zur CANopen-Darstellung der empfangenen CAN-Nachrichten auch deren Schicht-2Darstellung zusätzlich angezeigt werden. Dies und die
Anzeige von fehlerhaften Protokollen unterstützt Entwickler und Systemintegratoren vor allem bei der Fehlersuche.
Die Konfiguration des CANopen-Clients erfolgt entweder
manuell, über vorgegebene Profildateien (u.a. für
401,402,405, 406) oder mit vorhandenen EDS- bzw.
DCF-Dateien.
Kunden die den CANopen-Client bereits einsetzen können diesen auf die aktuelle Version Updaten.

Based on more than 10 years of continuous growth of the Steinbeis-Transferzentrums Prozeßautomatisierung (stzp), the IXXAT Automation GmbH was established in 1998 in order to meet the increased demand

Allgemeine Informationen über IXXAT Automation GmbH
Basierend auf einem über 10-jährigen kontinuierlichen Wachstum des Steinbeis-Transferzentrums Prozeßautomatisierung (stzp) wurde Anfang 1998 die IXXAT Automation gegründet, um der stetig zunehmenden
