The DUCTEL system was designed for
conditions where a great number of outlets
and workstations need frequent and flexible
redeployment. Typical applications are in
offices, banks, shops, laboratories, etc.
The DUCTEL trunking system also
facilitates renovation and repair work.
The solidly built aluminium trunkings and
round corner sections are wellshaped.
The cable space can be divided by loose
aluminium partitions into different sections
for power cables, telephone cables and
data transmission cables. There are grooves
for earthing clamps in all body and cover
sections. The very robust aluminium jointing
piece, tightened up by screws, ensures
the contact and aligns the joints.
Streamlined panels are mounted on
top of the wall brackets.
Trunkings are available with different surface
treatments. A wide range of colours can be
provided by means of high quality powder
painting. The standard colour in painted
trunkings is white RAL 9010. Aluminium
trunkings can also be anodized the standard
being natural colour. At our modern anodizing
plant also bronze, gold, burgundy and black
colours are easily available.
Anodizing produces a durable and maintenance-free surface. Different colours and
surface treatments can also be combined.
The significant surfaces of trunkings are
protected with a plastic film, which is
removed after the installation.
Installation
Safety regulations on electrical
installations and the manufacturer’s
instructions for installation must be followed.
Only the mounting boxes of the DUCTEL
system may be used for power current
engineering. Specially designed quick fitting
Strömfors mounting boxes, socket outlets
and connecting boxes are perfect for
the DUCTEL system. The system also
includes universal mounting boxes which
accommodate almost all flush-type outlets
and connectors with square covering plates.
The mounting boxes are also suitable for
use as junction or terminal boxes.
The mounting boxes snap in to the front
edge of the trunking, locking in modular
slots on the side. With this technique it is
possible to lead in cables from the rear as
well, which increases the cable space.

Design. Der Kabelraum kann durch lose
Trennstege für Starkstrom-, Telefon- und
Datenkabel aufgeteilt werden. Durch die
robusten Verbindungsstücke aus Metall
mit Inbusschrauben erhält man eine
feste, zentrierende und elektrisch leitende
Verbindung zwischen den Kanälen.
Die stromlinienförmigen Lamellen lässt
man in die Lamellenhalter einschnappen,
die Lamellenhalter werden auf die
Wandkonsolen geschoben.

Die DUCTEL Kanäle werden entweder
anodisiert oder pulverbeschichtet.
Die Standardfarbe der Pulverbeschichtung
NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC
ist RAL 9010 reinweiss. Eine farblose
Anodisierung –oft auch Eloxierung
genannt– betont die Farbe des Aluminiums,
aber sie kann auch in Bronze, Gold oder
Burgunderrot erfolgen.
Durch Anodisierung erhält das Aluminium
eine harte und schützende Oberfläche.
Die verschiedenfarbigen Kanalober- und
unterteile lassen sich kombinieren.
Ihre Sichtflächen sind ab Werk mit einer
Schutzfolie versehen, die leicht nach
erfolgter Installation entfernt werden kann.
Installation
Die DUCTEL Systemdosen eignen
sich für den Einbau von Strömfors
70x70 mm Schwach- und Starkstromeinsätzen. Natürlich bietet das DUCTEL
System auch Universal-Einbaudosen für
marktübliche Einbaugeräte, welche sich
ebenfalls durch Einklicken in die Kanalfront befestigen lassen. Das DUCTEL
Doppelsteckdosensystem wird mittels
einer Anschlusseinheit durch einfaches
Einklicken an Kanalunterteil befestigt.
Weitere fünf Doppelsteckdosensysteme
können eingeklickt werden, ohne dass
Dosen, Kabel, Deckel oder Werkzeuge
benötigt werden. Bei Verwendung einer
DUCTEL Anschlusseinheit für Doppelsteckdosensysteme werden die Kabel
mittels Schrauben- oder Federanschluss
angeklemmt. Auf dieselbe Weise können
auch Kabel von der anderen Seite her
eingeführt werden, wodurch sich der
Kabelraum vergrößert.

The DUCTEL system was designed for
conditions where a great number of outlets
and workstations need frequent and flexible
redeployment. Typical applications are in
offices, banks, shops, laboratories, etc.
The DUCTEL trunking system also
facilitates renovation and repair work.
The solidly built aluminium trunkings and
round corner sections are wellshaped.
The cable space can be divided by loose
aluminium partitions into different sections
for power cables, telephone cables and
data transmission cables. There are grooves
for earthing clamps in all body and cover
sections. The very robust aluminium jointing
piece, tightened up by screws, ensures
the contact and aligns the joints.
Streamlined panels are mounted on
top of the wall brackets.
Trunkings are available with different surface
treatments. A wide range of colours can be
provided by means of high quality powder
painting. The standard colour in painted
trunkings is white RAL 9010. Aluminium
trunkings can also be anodized the standard
being natural colour. At our modern anodizing
plant also bronze, gold, burgundy and black
colours are easily available.
Anodizing produces a durable and maintenance-free surface. Different colours and
surface treatments can also be combined.
The significant surfaces of trunkings are
protected with a plastic film, which is
removed after the installation.
Installation
Safety regulations on electrical
installations and the manufacturer’s
instructions for installation must be followed.
Only the mounting boxes of the DUCTEL
system may be used for power current
engineering. Specially designed quick fitting
Strömfors mounting boxes, socket outlets
and connecting boxes are perfect for
the DUCTEL system. The system also
includes universal mounting boxes which
accommodate almost all flush-type outlets
and connectors with square covering plates.
The mounting boxes are also suitable for
use as junction or terminal boxes.
The mounting boxes snap in to the front
edge of the trunking, locking in modular
slots on the side. With this technique it is
possible to lead in cables from the rear as
well, which increases the cable space.
DUCTEL®
BRÜSTUNGSKANALSYSTEM
Allgemeines
Die DUCTEL Brüstungskanäle aus
Aluminium sind besonders geeignet für
Büroräume, Banken, Geschäftsräume,
Laboratorien usw., also dort, wo viele
verschiedene elektrische Anschlüsse
benötigt werden und wo Arbeitsplätze
schnell und flexibel eingerichtet werden
müssen. Auch bei Sanierungsobjekten
können Kabelwege sauber und schnell
installiert werden.
Die robusten Kanäle und die abgerundeten
Ecken repräsentieren das modernste
Design. Der Kabelraum kann durch lose
Trennstege für Starkstrom-, Telefon- und
Datenkabel aufgeteilt werden. Durch die
robusten Verbindungsstücke aus Metall
mit Inbusschrauben erhält man eine
feste, zentrierende und elektrisch leitende
Verbindung zwischen den Kanälen.
Die stromlinienförmigen Lamellen lässt
man in die Lamellenhalter einschnappen,
die Lamellenhalter werden auf die
Wandkonsolen geschoben.

Die DUCTEL Kanäle werden entweder
anodisiert oder pulverbeschichtet.
Die Standardfarbe der Pulverbeschichtung
NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC
ist RAL 9010 reinweiss. Eine farblose
Anodisierung –oft auch Eloxierung
genannt– betont die Farbe des Aluminiums,
aber sie kann auch in Bronze, Gold oder
Burgunderrot erfolgen.
Durch Anodisierung erhält das Aluminium
eine harte und schützende Oberfläche.
Die verschiedenfarbigen Kanalober- und
unterteile lassen sich kombinieren.
Ihre Sichtflächen sind ab Werk mit einer
Schutzfolie versehen, die leicht nach
erfolgter Installation entfernt werden kann.
Installation
Die DUCTEL Systemdosen eignen
sich für den Einbau von Strömfors
70x70 mm Schwach- und Starkstromeinsätzen. Natürlich bietet das DUCTEL
System auch Universal-Einbaudosen für
marktübliche Einbaugeräte, welche sich
ebenfalls durch Einklicken in die Kanalfront befestigen lassen. Das DUCTEL
Doppelsteckdosensystem wird mittels
einer Anschlusseinheit durch einfaches
Einklicken an Kanalunterteil befestigt.
Weitere fünf Doppelsteckdosensysteme
können eingeklickt werden, ohne dass
Dosen, Kabel, Deckel oder Werkzeuge
benötigt werden. Bei Verwendung einer
DUCTEL Anschlusseinheit für Doppelsteckdosensysteme werden die Kabel
mittels Schrauben- oder Federanschluss
angeklemmt. Auf dieselbe Weise können
auch Kabel von der anderen Seite her
eingeführt werden, wodurch sich der
Kabelraum vergrößert.
