1. A PEGAS device fills a bottle with gas under pressure equal to that in a beer keg.
2. Then, using a special diverter in the PEGAS device, gas is gradually released (bled)
from the bottle.

EN PEGAS CrafTap 3.0 is the new version of a unique beer
dispenser for glass bottles.
It has been 100% redeveloped: the only thing remaining from
the previous model is the exterior design. We have modified
all parts of the dispenser to provide you with a device for maximum convenience, quality and effectiveness, when it comes
to beer bottling. The working parts exposed to high-stress
loads are made of a new eco-polymer which is stronger and
lighter than brass.
Note: it is now possible to pour up to 5 different sorts of beer
using just one machine with no additional equipment! It is
simple to select the desired drinks because the brand-switching handles are located next to the dispensing control. Furthermore, PEGAS CraftTap 3.0 is equipped with a new dispensing
device, which is more compact, more reliable and easier in
maintenance.
With PEGAS CrafTap 3.0, it is entirely safe to pour beer into
growlers using the back-pressuring method. The new carefully
designed shutter mechanism guarantees that even if a glass
bottle explodes, all the shards will remain inside the housing.

PEGAS Evolution is the latest development in a range of devices for foam-free beer dispensing into PET-bottles. The body
of the device looks a lot like other well-known market models
such as the PEGAS Classic and PEGAS Ecotap Next, but if one
checks it ”under the bonnet”, it becomes clear that the PEGAS
Evolution is a device of a new generation: it is cartridgeless,
with great ergonomics and a strengthened all-cast design. It
can now be operated by horizontal movements only: there is
no need to pull the handle up. Push to feed the gas, pull to
pour beer.
When the handle gets into the mid-position, it becomes securely latched preventing both gas and beverage leaks. It significantly simplifies and hastens device operation.

PEGAS Evolution is compatible with such bottle standards as BPF, PCO1810,
PCO1881. To change the standard, you only have to unscrew one screw on the
holder, turn the internal sheet situated in the holder slot around and tighten the
screw back in position. The whole procedure won’t take more than two minutes.
