Und wie funktioniert das?
Nach Eingabe Ihres Reisezeitraumes erhalten Sie
eine Auflistung aller angeschlossenen Hotels, die zu
diesem Termin garantiert freie Zimmerkapazitäten
haben. Zu allen Hotels ist ein Bild sowie eine detaillierte Beschreibung verfügbar. Sollten sie sich für ein
Hotel entschieden haben, können Sie dieses direkt
online buchen. Sie erhalten sofort nach dem Abschicken der Reservierung eine verbindliche Bestätigung
auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt.
Zusätzlich geht Ihnen nach Eingang der online-Buchung
eine Bestätigung per E-Mail zu.
Hinweis: Ab dem 1. Juli 2015 wird in Bonn eine
Beherbergungssteuer iHv 5% auf den Übernachtungspreis für Privatreisende erhoben. Diese
Abgabe wird direkt im Hotel bezahlt und ist im

OF USE AND BOOKING
Status: 1 July 2006
Booking through the BONNHOTELS system is done in
the name and on account of the respective accommodation operator (hotel/service provider).
Booking the respective service with the subsequent
confirmation represents a valid contract between the
listed hotel/service provider and the person making
the booking. The payment of the services directly takes
place on the spot.
BONNHOTELS is not entitled to grant concessions to
persons making a booking in respect of features of
the service. Special requirements are a nonbinding
additional request which cannot be confirmed by
BONNHOTELS.
Cancellation of bookings should be executed via
www.carisma-engine.de or – like any changes (e.g.
extension/curtailment of stay) – notified by e-mail to
[email protected] or by notification of the
hotel/service provider. Cancellation/changes are just
binding received an e-mail or fax confirmation. These
regulations do not apply for the booking of flat rates
where special conditions for cancellation are applied.
Cancellation time limits
Standard booking: The room(s) will be reserved for
you until 4 p.m. of the day of arrival. If you have not
arrived by 4 p.m., your reservation will be cancelled
automatically and free of charge. You are not entitled
to accomodation in this case! In the case of a delay
please contact the hotel and/or service provider
directly before 4 p.m.
Guaranteed booking: Your room will be reserved for
you for the entire night(s), independently of your time
of arrival. For this reason, we require your credit card
details in order to guarantee your reservation. In case
of cancellation one day before date of arrival after 6
p.m., or in case of non-appearance and/or cancellation
after the commencement of travel, the hotel/service
provider is entitled to debit 80 % of the total price.
BONNHOTELS is liable only for the booking activity.
Liability is restricted to intention and gross negligence.
Liability is excluded for ordinary negligence.
Furthermore, BONNHOTELS is not liable for failures
due to force strikes or transmission failures in the
communications network.
BONNHOTELS does not warrant the accuracy (with
regard to content form) of the published services and
information.

What is BONNHOTELS?
BONNHOTELS is an internet-based hotel reservation
system offering more than 100 hotels for the region
Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/ Ahrweiler.
How does it work ?
When indicating the time of your requested stay you
will receive a list of all hotels linked with the system,
which can guarantee free rooms for that date. Every
hotel is listed with a picture and a detailed description.
After choosing your hotel, you may book the room
online. Right after sending your reservation request
you will receive a binding confirmation on the screen.
In addition, you will receive another confirmation by
Email afterwards.
Note: As of 1 July 2015, leisure travellers in Bonn
will be charged an accommodation tax equal to
5% of the gross room rate. The tax is not included
in the room rate and will be charged on site when
checking out of the hotel.
