A jury of 8 agreed unanimously on 7 May that amateur photographer #1 had supplied pictures that best represented sport in Australia. Bethany’s 2 photographs have now been sent to the International Alliance Française Photo Competition Committee for her chance to win a whole-expense paid week in Paris, the capital of love. Riverside Gardens Community Centre 55 Riverside Boulevard Douglas QLD4814 www.aftownsville.org.au 0411 306 804 [email protected] A big thank you to French Professional Photographer, Alexis Leblais, for his advice during the Q&A session. New Jersey, Barack Obama, 15, Donald Trump #2 cognates : cérémonie (ceremony), diplômes (diploma) université (university), mai (may)… #3 Now look at the context to find out the meaning of the other words « La remise des diplômes à l’université Rutgers dans le New Jersey… » Could remise mean remitted, as in given or sent? The diplomas were given, as in presented. Oui! So here the giving refers to the presentation of diplomas at Rutgers University… » A close verb in English is delivered. Here it fits perfectly ! Barack Obama delivered a critique… Now try the Eurovision text on page 2. Bonne chance!
