ALUFRAME TEXTILSPANNRAHMEN
Unter dem Namen ALUFRAME bieten wir Textilspannrahmen
für unterschiedliche Einsatzszenarien an. An die individuell
bedruckten Textilien wird ein Silikonkeder angenäht, der in
eine Nut eingeführt wird.
Das ALUFRAME-System bietet entscheidende Vorteile:
• Die Montage der Rahmen und der Austausch von Textildrucken mit Gummilippe ist ohne Spezialwerkzeug problemlos
und schnell möglich. Das macht das System ideal für regelmäßige Motivwechsel.
• Die Textildrucke können nach dem Einsatz ohne Gebrauchsspuren weiter verwendet werden. Der Versand des knitterfreien Materials ist zu geringen Kosten möglich - selbst bei
großen Formaten, da das Tuch gefaltet/gerollt wird und die
Rahmen demontiert geliefert werden.
• Der Einsatz von teuren und wenig umweltfreundlichen
PVC-Platten entfällt. Der Rahmen ist eine einmalige Anschaffung. Die bedruckten Textilien sind PVC-frei, geruchsneutral
und einfach zu entsorgen. Alle eingesetzten Textilien erfüllen
die Normen der Brandschutzklasse B1.
• Die Textilgrafiken können nach dem Einsatz ohne Gebrauchsspuren weiter verwendet werden. Der Versand des
knitterfreien Materials ist zu geringen Kosten möglich.

Die ALUFRAME - Nutspannrahmen sind am äußeren Rand
mit einer 4 mm breiten und 13 mm tiefen Nut versehen. Am
Textil wird umlaufend eine 3 mm breite und 15 mm tiefe
Gummilippe angenäht, die in die Nut eingesteckt wird. Sehr
schnelle Motivwechsel, die auch von Laien vorgenommen
werden können, sind so möglich …
The ALUFRAME grooved tenter frames are fitted with a 4
mm wide and 13 mm deep groove on the external edge. A
3 mm wide and 15 mm deep surrounding rubber lip is sewn
onto the textile material which is inserted in the groove.

Under the ALUFRAME brand, we offer textile tenter frames
for various types of applications. Silicon piping is sewn onto
the individually printed textiles and is inserted into a groove.
The ALUFRAME system provides decisive advantages:
• The assembly of the frames and switching of textile prints
with rubber lip is easy and fast without special tools. This makes the system ideal for regular switches of motifs.
• The textile graphics can be re-used without visible signs of
previous use. Dispatch of the non-crease material – even for
large formats – is low-cost since the textile material is folded/
rolled and the frames can be dispatched in the dismantled
state.

• The use of expensive and environmental-unfriendly PVC panels can be avoided. The frame is a one-off acquisition. The
printed textiles are PVC-free, odourless and simple to dispose
of. All textiles used comply with the standards of fire protection class B1.
• The textile graphics can be re-used without visible signs of
previous use. Dispatch of the non-crease material is low-cost.

Wir verwenden modernste LED-Technik, um effiziente und energiesparende vollflächig durchleuchtete
Deckensysteme zu schaffen. Selbstverständlich führen wir auch konventionelle Leuchtstoffröhren (T5/T8).
2. Einbaudownlights
Unsere Textilspanntechnik eignet sich perfekt für den Einbau von
Einbau-Downlights. Bei der Ausführung können wir auf ein umfangreiches Produktsortiment zurückgreifen, bei dem garantiert
kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Unter Anderem können Sie auswählen:

a visual highlight? With the ALUFRAME SKY SYSTEM, this is naturally no problem, either. Almost any loudspeaker system can easily be

SPRINKLER
Um die optimale Sicherheit im Brandfall zu gewährleisten, haben
Sie mit den intelligentem SKY-SYSTEM zwei Möglichkeiten Sprinkler
zu integrieren: Diese können einerseits sichtbar eingebaut werden,
Sie haben aber auch die Möglichkeit die Sprinkleranlage bis zu einer
bestimmten Größe hinter wasserdurchlässigem Stoff zu verbergen.
KABELSCHÄCHTE & SÄULEN
Mit unseren Systemen sind Sie flexibel. Sie können verschiedenste
elektronische Schnittstellen von der Decke an die Stellen führen, wo
diese benötigt werden, wie z.B. an Büroarbeitsplätze oder Supermarkt-Kassen. Mit unseren Kabelauslässen können wir individuell
auf jeden Kundenwunsch eingehen. Tragende Säulen werden von
uns geschickt „umbaut“ und sind für unsere Deckenlösungen kein

Ceilings are especially suitable for effective soundproofing which
can be achieved to excellent effect with our systems.
SPRINKLERS
In order to ensure optimum safety in case of fire, two options for the
installation of the sprinkler system are available with the intelligent
SKY SYSTEM. On the one hand, they can be visually integrated, on
the other, sprinkler systems up to a certain size can be concealed
behind water-permeable fabric.
CABLE DUCTS AND COLUMNS
With our systems, you have flexibility. You can route the most diverse electronic interfaces from the ceiling to the places where they
are needed, e.g., office workplaces or supermarket cash tills. With
our cable outlets, we can meet any individual request. Weight-bearing columns are skilfully “transformed” and are not an obstacle for
our ceiling solutions.

Der hochwertige Textildruck eignet sich perfekt, um verschiedene Warenwelten innerhalb des Stores abzugrenzen. Dabei sind
unsere Deckensysteme die perfekte Ergänzung zu unseren Ladenbausystemen aus dem ALUFRAME.STORE Programm und
vereinen attraktive Fernwirkung, mit gestalterischer Flexibilität und praktischen Funktionen wie Beleuchtung, Sprinkler oder
Hintergrund-Beschallung.
Die unterschiedlich großen Module sind beliebig in beide Richtungen erweiterbar. Der hohe Vorfertigungsgrad macht den
Montageaufwand sehr gering. Durch eine hohe Stabilität bei geringem Gewicht sind nur wenige Abhängepunkte notwendig.
Die Decke kann entweder abgehängt oder direkt moniert werden. Geschwungene und Runde Lösungen sind ebenso möglich,
wie eine vollfächige Verkleidung der Decke.
CEILING SYSTEM FOR SHOPFITTING
Our ALUFRAME SKY SYSTEM is an intelligent solution especially for creative and, above all, functional shopfitting. The superiorquality textile prints are perfectly suited for zoning different product ranges within a store. Our ceiling systems are the ideal
complement to our shopfitting systems from the ALUFRAME STORE programme and combine attractive vantage effects with
flexibility in the design and functionality such as lighting, sprinklers or background sound systems.
The modules of various sizes can be extended in either direction. The high level of prefabrication involves very little fitting and
assembly work. Due to the high stability at low weight, only few suspension points are necessary. The ceiling can either be
suspended or directly mounted. Round or curved solutions are just as feasible as full-surface panelling.

DAS FUNKTIONALE DECKENMODUL
Unser Deckenraster bewegt sich in einem 1200 x 1200 mm System, aus dem sich verschieden große Formate ergeben:

FUNCTIONAL SKY MODULES
Our ceiling grid is based on a 1200 x 1200 mm system from which many formats of different sizes can be generated:
1200 x 1200 mm, 1200 x 2400 mm, 2400 x 2400 mm. The modules can be extended in either direction.
In addition, we offer formats specifically adapted to shopfitting are available in grid widths of 1000 mm and 1250 mm.

modular ceilings. At system heights of 100 mm, the technology can be integrated

hervorragend für runde & geschwungene Formen, zukunftsorientierte Technik wie LED-Beleuchtung lässt sich
problemlos integrieren. Desweiteren besteht natürlich
auch hier die Möglichkeit konventionelle Leuchtsysteme,
zum Beispiel Leuchtstoffröhren oder Strahler, zur direkten
bzw. indirekten Beleuchtung zu verwenden.
Our non-illuminated SKY DECOR modules offer you every
ceiling panelling option. We supply a framework profile
specifically developed for the illuminated ceiling panelling
and are particularly suitable for integrating a soundproofing system to effectively reduce echo and reverberation.
In addition, it is possible to use a textile fabric for the SKY
modular ceiling system which complies with fire protection regulations and, as a result, an even broader range
of applications is available, e.g., concealed sprinkler systems.
Unsere unbeleuchteten SKY-DEKO - Module bieten Ihnen alle Möglichkeiten der Deckenverkleidung und eignen sich besonders zur Integration unseres Schallschutzsystems, um gezielt Schall und Nachhall zu reduzieren.
Zusätzlich ist es möglich bei unseren Systemdecken ein
Textilgewebe zu verwenden, welches nach Vorgaben der
Brandschutz-Auflage klassifiziert ist und sich dadurch ein
