From the mid ‘90s onwards, I have dedicated myself entirely to the manufacturing of glass pipes. My demands:
not to create mass products but works
of art. My philosophy: highest quality
and best functionality with an individual and appealing design.
Today, decades later, the brand ROOR
stands worldwide for a premium smoking experience. Our team processes purest borosilicate glass with
a lot of experience, patience, and love for the objects
with a magical power of attraction.
The numerous awards and prizes presented to us on
international fairs (among others 11 High Times Cannabis Cups) are motivation for the entire team to stay
true to this philosophy. This approach rightly attracted a lot of prominent fans and friends over the years:
B-Real, System of a Down, Howard Marks, and many
more. Clients become fans, fans become family. Quite
a lot of collabs with world famous glass artists produced unique pieces.
Today, many of our innovations are standard in the
sector: glass on glass, anti-roll system, ice notches or
the diffusor – we defined them all. To make our products even better, we continuously develop them
further, together with the best glassblowers and our
clients from all over the world.

Wir vertreiben bewusst kein kurzlebiges Wegwerf­
produkt, sondern individuelle Unikate, die ihren Besitzer sein ganzes Leben lang begleiten sollen. Da
unsere Produkte in Handarbeit von professionellen
Glasbläsern angefertigt werden, haben wir auch das
nötige Know-How, um eine Reparatur fachmännisch
und nachhaltig durchzuführen.
Reparaturauftrag machen! Ohne Vermerk wird das
Gerät repariert und dann per Nachnahme wieder an
dich zurückgeschickt (nur innerhalb Deutschlands,
ins europäische Ausland per Vorkasse). Wir bieten
diesen Service auch gegen Vorkasse an, somit entfällt die Nachnahmegebühr, es wird nur das Porto
berechnet.
Wenn du deine defekte Pfeife direkt bei uns in Frankenthal vorbeibringst und wieder abholst, stellen
wir dir übrigens auf Wunsch gerne gegen Kaution
ein Ersatzgerät für die Zeit der Reparatur bereit.

Kosten
Die Kosten einer Reparatur hängen selbstverständlich vom Schaden und der Beschaffenheit des
Glasproduktes ab. Für einen unverbindlichen Kostenvoranschlag einfach einen Vermerk auf dem

We deliberately do not distribute any short-lived
throw-away item but individual unique specimens
which are meant to be a life-long companion. As our
products are hand-blown by expert glassblowers we
also have the necessary know-how to carry out a professional and sustainable repair.
Repair Costs
The costs of a repair obviously depend on the damage and the properties of the pipe (wall thickness, joint
size, etc.). Gladly we shall provide in advance a free
cost estimate. For this purpose, just indicate this on
the repair form which should be completed in legible
block letters! Without any such remark, the pipe will
be repaired and sent back to you. We offer this service
with the payment method prepayment.
