Wine and food new tour through the upper part of the
Valpolicella area, at 600 meters above see level, to discover
the wine traditions and flavours and the vinification methods;
typical and local wines’ guided tasting like the Valpolicella
classico and superiore, the Ripasso and the top of the range
Amarone. Lunch is served at the Agritourism, for enjoying the
flavours of the traditional and homemade cousine. Some free
time could be spent by visiting a local educational farm and
by the astonishing and relaxing walks through the typical and
characteristic cultures. The tour will end with the visit of the
San Giorgio Parish Church, dated back to the early IX Century
AD, one of the most picturesque sites in the Veneto Region
with its amazing and breathtaking view. (See terms page 61)

Bereichen der höhen Valpolicella, 600 m ü.d.M., zur
Entdeckung der Geschmäcke, der den Weinbau und
die Weinerzeugung betreffenden Traditionen und der
Weinherstellungsmethoden. Geführtes Verkosten der
Ortsweine, wie die Valpolicella Classico und Superiore,
den Ripasso und den berühmten Amarone. Sie werden in
einem Landgut zu Mittag essen, um die Geschmäcke der
traditionellen und hausgemachten Küche zu genießen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, entweder die Freizeit auf dem
didaktischen Bauernhof zu verbringen oder entspannende
Spaziergänge unter dem typischen Anbau zu machen. Die
Tour endet mit dem Besuch der Pieve von San Giorgio
Ingannapoltron, eine der beeindruckendsten Ortschaften

Escursione di intera giornata nella zona del Soave alla scoperta di
un territorio rimasto intatto negli anni dove si potranno ammirare
stupendi panorami di colline coltivate a viti. Antichissime sono
infatti le testimonianze della coltura della vite nella zona del
Soave. Oltre alle rinomate Cantine di etichette eccellenti come
Soave, Valpolicella e Amarone, si conosceranno frantoi dove
la produzione di olio extra vergine d’oliva si replica da anni
secondo tradizione. Non mancherà la visita ad uno dei più belli
e antichi manieri del Veneto, il Castello Medievale di Soave,
emblema della omonima cittadina. Il tour prevede: visita al
mattino di un frantoio con assaggi di olio e, a seguire, pranzo con
degustazione di vini presso una rinomata Cantina. Nell’occasione
verranno illustrate le tecniche e i metodi di vinificazione.
An entire day dedicated to discovering the area of Soave,
a land forgotten by time where you can admire splendid
panoramas from the vine strewn hillsides. Grape cultivation
has moulded the landscape over thousands of years in
this special DOC of Soave. Apart from the world famous
wineries, home to the exclusive varieties and styles of Soave
Valpollicella and Amarone, you will visit the oil producers
where the pressing of extra virgin olive oil has followed the
same time-honoured methods for centuries. The excursion is
complete with a trip to some of the oldest and most beautiful
villas and manor houses in Veneto, including a tour around
the medieval castle of Soave, emblem of the ancient citadel
that takes its name. The tour includes oil and wine tasting
sessions followed by a hearty lunch pairing local food with
local wine from famous wineries. (See terms page 61)
Ganztagsausflüge in die Gegend des Soave, um ein
Gebiet zu erkunden, das im Laufe der Jahre unverändert
geblieben ist. Hier kann man herrliche Aussichten auf die
von Weingärten bedeckten Hügel genießen. Uralt sind
die Zeugnisse von dem Weinanbau im Soave Gebiet.
Hier lernen Sie außer den renommierten Kellereien von
ausgezeichneten Etiketten wie Soave, Valpolicella und
Amarone, auch Ölmühlen kennen, wo schon seit langem
natives Olivenöl extra nach altem Brauch erzeugt wird. Der
Besuch einer der schönsten und ältesten Burgen Venetiens,
des mittelalterlichen Schlosses von Soave, darf dabei nicht
fehlen: Es ist das Wahrzeichen der gleichnamigen Stadt.
Die Tour sieht folgendes vor: Am Morgen Besichtigung einer
Ölmühle mit Kostprobe und später ein Mittagessen mit
Weindegustation in einer renommierten Kellerei, wobei auch
die Techniken und Methoden der Weinerzeugung erläutert

Una giornata per conoscere il territorio del Soave guidando
la Twizy - minicar elettrica a due posti - che, nel rispetto
dell’ambiente, vi farà vivere una esperienza indimenticabile.
L’escursione in minicar diverrà un suggestivo itinerario
tra vigneti, pievi e Castelli, attraverso il territorio in cui si
produce il vino che da il nome non solo a questo lembo di
terra Veronese, ma anche al borgo antico con il suo Castello
Medievale. Si farà visita a questo manufatto militare del
Medioevo che domina la cittadina di Soave le cui mura
scendono come per abbracciare il vecchio borgo cittadino.
Durante la giornata visiteremo un tipico Frantoio per la
produzione dell’olio d’oliva e una rinomata Cantina vinicola.
In occasione del pranzo, accanto alla degustazione dei vini di
produzione, saranno illustrati i diversi processi di vinificazione.

Get to know the unspoiled area around Soave on a day trip in
a Twizy, the environmentally friendly, two-seater electric mini
car, an unforgettable experience. The cars take an engaging
route amongst vineyards, Romanesque bell towers and
castles through an area that produces the Soave wine named
after this enchanted land, its ancient medieval town and the
13th century castle which dominates the area with its walled
fortifications reaching down to gently embrace the whole
town. The tour includes a visit to the castle itself and stops
off at a local oil producer and a famous local winery. At lunch,
tastings of excellent wines are guided and accompanied by
explanations on how they are produced. (See terms page 61)
Einen Tag, um das Soave Gebiet am Steuer eines Twizy
kennenzulernen, eines elektrischen Zweisitzers, der Sie
auf umweltfreundliche Weise bei diesem unvergesslichen
Erlebnis begleitet. Der Ausflug im Minicar wird zu einer
faszinierenden Route zwischen Weinbergen, Pievi und
Schlössern, durch das Gebiet, in dem der Wein erzeugt wird,
der nicht nur diesem Zipfel in der Provinz Verona, sondern
auch der alten Ortschaft mit ihrem mittelalterlichen Schloss
ihren Namen gibt. Man besichtigt dieses militärische Bauwerk
des Mittelalters, das die Kleinstadt Soave beherrscht und
dessen abfallende Mauern das alte Städtchen zu umarmen
scheinen. Im Laufe des Tages besuchen wir eine typische
Mühle zur Herstellung von Olivenöl und eine renommierte
Weinkellerei. Beim Mittagessen werden eine Degustation
der Weinerzeugnisse angeboten und die verschiedenen
Verfahren zur Weinherstellung erläutert.

A river trip aboard a raft through Verona is a fantastic
opportunity for a person of any age and ability to
appreciate a fascinating and enchanting city from the
river. Our unique guided river excursions through the
city allow for our guests to combine physical and cultural
experiences. The historical component of the trip
unfolds as guests admire important sights from a river
perspective and are explained how the river Adige was
so important for the building and development of the
old city. However the river offers three different spots
along the descent where paddlers can enjoy waves and
soft white water. On the last part of the trip we organize

La discesa del fiume Adige attraverso il centro di

una città costruita e sviluppatasi in riva al suo fiume,
un’esperienza indimenticabile in grado di regalare punti

estremo dal momento che il fiume è complessivamente
tranquillo. Il passaggio sulle onde in corrispondenza di

Gli orari sono soggetti a variazioni. Il partecipante che rinunci per qualsiasi motivo al viaggio avrà diritto al rimborso del 90% della quota purché ne dia avviso almeno
24 ore prima della partenza del viaggio, escluso biglietti di ingresso Arena di Verona. Nessun rimborso potrà essere effettuato dopo tale termine. L’Agenzia si riserva
il diritto di annullare in qualsiasi momento il viaggio senza altro obbligo che quello della restituzione delle somme versate. L’Agenzia si riserva il diritto di variare il
programma nel caso ciò si renda necessario per esigenze impreviste. L’Agenzia non risponde dei danni che, durante le escursioni, possono derivare ai viaggiatori ed
ai loro effetti per causa di forza maggiore o per colpa di terzi. La responsabilità dell’Agenzia non può in nessun caso eccedere i limiti previsti dalle disposizioni della
convenzione internazionale di cui alla legge 1084/1977 e dal D.L.79/2011, Cod. Consumo. ARENA: Il viaggio viene effettuato anche in caso di maltempo. Una decisione
sull’effettuazione dell’Opera sarà presa dalla Fondazione Arena di Verona all’ultimo momento. La nostra Agenzia non ha nessuna infl uenza e responsabilità su tali
decisioni. In caso di annullamento prima dell’inizio dell’opera sarà rimborsato unicamente il costo del biglietto di ingresso.
Schedules are subject to change. The participant who wishes to cancel the journey for any reason will have the right to 90% refund of the fee, providing that notice is given
at least 24 hours before the journey commences, Arena di Verona entrance tickets are not refundable. Refunds cannot be given after this time. The agency reserves the
right to cancel the journey at any time and without any obligation other than to pay back the total sum paid. The agency also reserves the right to vary the programme
in case of necessity as the occasion may require. The agency cannot be held responsible for injury to any person on account of circumstance beyond our control, nor
accidents caused by a third party, nor for loss or damage to personal matters. The responsibility of the agency is limited and subjected to the causes of the International
Convention, law 1084/1977 and 79/2011, and cannot be exceeded in any case. ARENA: The excursion will take place in any weather. In case of rain, only the Foundation

of cancellation of the performance before its beginning,the sole cost of the entrance ticket will be refunded.

Das Reisebüro behält sich das Recht vor die Reise annullieren zu können ohne weiteren Schadensersatz. Die Organisation behält sich weiterhin das Recht vor die Reise
jederzeit ändern zu können, je nach Notwendigkeit. Die Agentur übernimmt keine Haftung bei Schäden durch höhere Gewalt oder bei Einwirkung dritter Personen.
Die Verantwortung des Reisebüros kann in keinem Fall die Klauseln der Internationalen Konvention überschreiten, (Gesetz 1084/1977 und 79/2011). ARENA: Der Ausfl
ug fi ndet auch bei schlechtem Wetter statt. Die Entscheidung der Durchführung der Oper bei schlechtem Wetter, wird ausschliesslich von der Festspielleitung Verona
entschieden, auf die wir als Reiseagentur leider keinen Einfl uss haben. Bei Absage vor Beginn der Oper werden die Kosten der Eintrittskarte und nicht der Fahrt
vollständig Zurückerstattet, diese sind bei der Arena anzuforden.
