Notte Prima degli Esami
Questione di Cuore
Its summer 1989 and Luca and his friends are about
to leave high school – if they pass their exams. Luca’s
uneventful social life improves when he meets Claudia,
the girl of his dreams at a party. Before he can get her
phone number though, she’s whisked away by Cesare,
her thuggish boyfriend. Luca and Claudia will, however,
meet again – in a totally unexpected way...
Two men with virtually nothing in common strike up the
closest of friendships but must deal with the impending
shadow of mortality. Successful screenwriter Alberto
checks himself into the hospital complaining of chest
pains while Angelo winds up in the same room next to
Alberto. The patients become acquainted, and before long
they begin swapping confidences...

A filmmaker recalls falling in love with the movies at the
village theatre in his childhood when he formed a deep
friendship with the theatre’s projectionist. He returns
home to his Sicilian village for the first time after almost
30 years and he is reminded of his first love, Elena, who
disappeared from his life before he left for Rome.

Gomorrah
Adapted from Roberto Saviano’s controversial factual book,
Matteo Garrone’s crime drama Gomorrah offers an inside
look at Italy’s modern day organized crime. A great movie
that received both critical and public success. Gomorrah has
rapidly become a cult in Italy and aboard. So much so, that
a TV series spin off as also met critical success. Do not miss it.
Unscrupulous building contractor Mattia has style,
designer suits, a nice car and a gorgeous girlfriend. He
illegally hires Kamal, who falls from a roof and finds
himself in hospital encased in plaster. It transpires that, in
a chocolate-making competition, Kamal has won a place
on a course at a local factory. Mattia finds himself with a
dilemma: face the police or stand in for Kamal...

Ti Ricordi di Me?
Song’ e Napule
An unusual Italian romantic comedy with a twist, the
movie revolves around the troubled relationship between
a primary school teacher, Bea, who suffers from narcolepsy
and Amedeo, a kleptomaniac supermarket clerk. Bea and
Amedeo met outside the study of the psychologist they
both see and fell in love. Do not miss this award winning
comedy that topped Italian box office in 2014.
Paco, a music conservatory graduate, is a refined but
unemployed pianist. His mother lands him a job with the
police, but his total ineptitude relegates him to a judiciary
warehouse until one day Police Commissioner Cammarota,
who is on the trail of the faceless yet dangerous killer
known as O’Fantasma, needs a pianist to infiltrate the
Lollo Love band which will perform at the wedding of the
daughter of the mafia boss of Somma Vesuviana.

Lezioni di Cioccolato
Il Postino
When exiled Cuban poet Pablo Neruda (Philippe Noiret)
arrives on a tiny Italian isle, there’s so much new mail that
Mario (Massimo Troisi), an unemployed, uneducated
layabout, is hired as a postman. His job is simply to deliver
Neruda’s daily mail. Mario soon becomes a student of the
poet, learning the art of poetry to woo a local barmaid
(Maria Grazia Cucinotta) and tell about the struggles of the
working-class villagers. A firm friendship develops, and the
postman turns into a changed man.
