– The MetClub is an international organization for cultural, social and educational programs in Stuttgart. –
Our modest yearly membership fee entitles members to discounts for cultural/educational program entrance fees.
The Club’s lively and active members organize most of the interesting programs themselves.
Membership is not required to attend programs - so just join in, we’d like to meet you!

'BACK TO THE FUTURE' - GUIDED TOUR OF THE COMPUTER MUSEUM AT THE
UNIVERSITY STUTTGART INFORMATICS FACULTY
Did you know the faculty of Informatics at the University of Stuttgart hosts one of
Germany's most unique computer museums? Many of us still remember our first Atari or

Stuttgart-Vaihingen Commodore computers, but this museum is home to much older and impressive 'beasts'
dating back to the 1950's
Come and learn about the forgotten computer pioneers and their attempts to increase

ABOUT THE METROPOLITAN CLUB

The programs marked “DAZ“ (Deutsch-Amerikanisches Zentrum), are at Charlottenplatz 17 (Amadeus Building).
To get there, enter the courtyard of the complex from the side facing the ”Altes Schloss”, turn right to entrance 3 at the round tower in the courtyard corner, go
up the stairs to the top floor.
