authentic representations of original wood and stone designs along with carefully selected surface textures

problemlos möglich. Und natürlich sind prOjeCt flOOrs Bodenbeläge auch geeignet für den Einsatz von
Fußbodenheizungen.
Cosiness in all rooms
Our floors aren’t just limited to certain rooms. Being resistant to moisture and humidity they won’t swell,
crack or break. Hence, for example an installation in hotel bathrooms is no problem whatsoever. And of
course, prOjeCt flOOrs can be installed over under-floor heating.
Pflegeleicht, hygienisch und unbedenklich
prOjeCt flOOrs Bodenbeläge sind kostengünstig und einfach zu reinigen. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in Arztpraxen und Pflege-­und Rehaeinrichtungen geschätzt wird. In unserer Produktion werden keine RecyclingKunststoffe mit unbekannter Herkunft verwendet, sondern nur Granulate mit einwandfrei nachverfolgbarer
Zusammensetzung. So stellen wir sicher, Ihnen ausschließlich gesundheitlich unbedenkliche Produkte zu
liefern, was uns in regelmäßigen Tests auch immer wieder bestätigt wird.
Easy to clean, hygienic and harmless
Flooring from prOjeCt flOOrs is easy and cost effective to clean. A benefit appreciated especially in medical
practices, nursing homes and rehab. facilities. All raw materials used in our products, including all recycled
content have full traceability. This means that we can ensure that only harmless raw materials are used, as
you would expect this is checked and confirmed by regular testing.

Mit der Zertifizierung unserer Produktionsstandorte nach der weltweit gültigen und bedeutendsten Umweltmanagementnorm ISO 14001:2004 haben wir uns selbst verpflichtet, bei allen unternehmerischen Entscheidungen die Umweltaspekte zu berücksichtigen und die Umweltsituation kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Dies bedingt zum Beispiel einen sorgsamen Einsatz aller Ressourcen im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Wert­
orientierung, den Schutz von Wasser- und Luftqualität oder die Reduktion von Abfall während der gesamten
Fertigung. Gewährleistet wird die Einhaltung der Vorgaben durch regelmäßige Überprüfungen einer unab­
hängigen Zertifizierungsstelle.
Die Herstellung unserer Bodenbeläge erfolgt deutlich energiegünstiger als bei vielen Alternativprodukten.
Die lange Lebensdauer bei geringem Unterhaltsaufwand in der täglichen Reinigung trägt ebenfalls zur guten
Gesamtbilanz der eingesetzten Energie während der Produktion bei.
Selbst nach dem Ende der Nutzung ergibt sich durch viele Recyclingmöglichkeiten ein positives ökologisches
Gesamtbild. So kann das Altmaterial durch seine einheitliche Zusammensetzung nach einer Aufarbeitung
wieder an Stelle von neuen Rohstoffen in den Produktionsprozess integriert werden. Eine umweltgerechte
Entsorgung und Wiederverwendung unserer Produkte und Verpackungen unterstützen wir durch die Mit­
gliedschaft in den relevanten Organisationen.

With the certification of our production facilities to the worldwide and most significant environmental
management system ISO 14001:2004 we have pledged ourselves to considering environmental issues
and continuously improve the environmental situation with every corporate decision. This involves for
example a diligent use of all resources in terms of sustainability, protection of water and air quality and
reduction of waste during the entire production facility. Compliance with every requirement is guaranteed
by regular audits by independent certification authorities.
The manufacture of our floor coverings consumes much less energy than many alternative products.
Long life cycles and the low maintenance requirement for daily cleaning also contributes to the positive
balance of energy used during production.
Even at the end of useful life the various possibilities for recycling reinforce the positive ecological
picture. Due to the flooring’s composition processed waste can be reused saving new raw materials.
PROJECT FLOORS supports the professional recycling of our products and packaging with memberships of
the relevant institutions.

Durch die Lieferweise

diagonal, mit Fugenprofil oder Design­- Fugenprofil – die Verlegeart gibt ihren Räumen das richtige
Finish. Lange und schmale Räume werden optisch in die Breite gezogen, architektonische Linien in
der Wandausrichtung werden aufgegriffen oder gebrochen, um eine optisch ansprechende Gestaltung zu erzielen.
The delivery format
of individual tiles and planks allows numerous options for installation. Straight laid, crossways or diagonal, with feature or design strips – each type of installation method can be adapted to your project
for the ideal finish. Long and narrow rooms can appear wider, architectural lines of walls can be
followed or broken to create balanced and complimentary interior designs.

To emphasise
individual elements or the natural look, feature and design strips can be
used to great effect. Different colours and/or widths have been specially
chosen to work with all the designs in the MEDIUM COLLECTION.
We especially recommend their use for some stone tiles to create an
authentic look of natural stone with grouted joints.

Untergrund
Wichtig
Geeignet sind alle Untergründe, die eben, sauber, trocken und rissfrei sind
sowie nicht unter 15 °C liegen. Zu beachten ist die VOb – Teil C – Din
18365 Bodenbelagsarbeiten. Bei vorhandener Fußbodenheizung sind die
Anforderungen des Merkblattes des Zentralverbandes der Parkett­- und
Fußbodentechnik zu erfüllen. Zu beachten ist die Din en 1264­- 4:2001­- 12.
Die einzelnen Fliesen/Planken nicht gegeneinander pressen, sondern nur mit
leichtem Druck gegeneinander stoßen! Unmittelbar während und nach der
Verlegung ist der Bodenbelag mit einer geeigneten Gliederwalze (mindestens 50 kg) anzuwalzen.
Verlegung
Für eine optimale Flächenaufteilung werden die Räume aus­gemessen
und mit Hilfe eines Schnurschlags eingeteilt. Die Raumtemperatur sollte
mindestens 18 °C betragen, die Luftfeuchtig­­keit maximal 75 %. Der
Boden­belag sollte mindestens 24 Stunden vor Durchführung der Verlegung
in den zu verlegenden Räumen akklimatisiert werden.
Ebenso sollte diese Temperatur bis zu 72 Stunden nach der Verlegung
beibehalten werden. prOjeCt flOOrs­Bodenbeläge sollten grundsätzlich
mit Dispersionskleb­stoff im Nassklebeverfahren verklebt werden.

Most solid substrates that are even, clean and crack free, with a temperature of not less than 15 °C are suitable. The relevant standards i.e. BS
8203:2001 must be complied with. Where un­derfloor heating is installed
the system must not exceed 28 °C and it must be switched off for at least
48 hours prior to and following installation of the tiles.

To create the best layout, rooms should be divided and marked to facilitate
a balanced distribution of tiles. The room temperature should be at least
18 °C, the relative humidity max. 75 %. The flooring must be acclimatized
in the room to be floored for at least 24 hours before being put down.
Likewise this temperature must be maintained up to 72 hours after the
floor has been laid. prOjeCt flOOrs floor coverings should be glued into
place with a dispersion adhesive using the wet gluing method. Approved
products as well as possible alternate methods regarding room and substrate
conditions can be found in our current list of recommended adhesives.
Certain installation conditions (e.g. strong sunlight, high levels of moisture
etc.) require specialist installation methods. Information can be found on
our website, or alternatively from your technical sales consultant. The
specifications of the adhesive manufacturer, e.g. with respect to quantity,
curing time, etc. must be complied with. If using another adhesive, it is
important to obtain approval from prOjeCt flOOrs and the adhesive
manufacturer in writing.
iMpOrtant
Individual tiles/planks should not be tightly laid against one another, but
should abut against one another with only gentle pressure! Immediately
during and after laying, the flooring shall be rolled using an appropriate
roller (at least 50 kg).
general instrUCtiOns
Uniformity of colour of the goods is only guaranteed for delive­ries of one
production batch. Slight deviations cannot however be excluded. Damaged
or faulty tiles/planks must be separated out prior to laying and returned
with a complaint indicating the article and batch number. Office stools that
are to be used on prOjeCt flOOrs products must be fitted with soft type
W castors according to Din 68131.

1.Bauschlussreinigung
1.CLEANING AFTER INSTALLATION
Durch die Bauschlussreinigung wird der Verlegeschmutz vollstän­dig
entfernt. Sie ist nicht gleichzusetzen mit einer Grundreinigung (siehe Punkt
4). Nach vom Hersteller vorgegebener Abtrocknungszeit des Kleb­­stoffes ist
der Bodenbelag mit CC-PU-Reiniger (nicht Grundreiniger), verdünnt mit
Wasser (1:10), zu reinigen. Die Schmutzflotte muss vollständig aufgenommen werden und der Boden anschließend mit ausreichend klarem Wasser
neutralisiert werden.
The floor should be cleaned after installation to remove all dirt and debris.
This process is different from basic cleaning (see 4. below). The floor should
be cleaned after the adhesive has achieved full bond strength, refer to the
adhesive manufacturer‘s drying times, the floor should then be scrubbed
clean using PU cleaner (not basic cleaner) diluted to the manufacturer’s
instructions. Once cleaned the floor should be thoroughly rinsed with clean
water.

Die werkseitig aufgebrachte PU-Beschichtung ist zum besseren Schutz der
Belagsoberfläche während der Bauphase gedacht und bietet kurzfristigen
Schutz während der Nutzung. Um eine optimale Schutzwirkung, die
Verringerung der Schmutzhaftung und die Erleichterung der laufenden
Reinigung zu erzielen, ist der Bodenbelag im Objektbereich mit dem
PU-Siegelsystem von CC-Dr. Schutz entsprechend der Vorgaben einzupflegen. Im Wohnbereich ist die Einpflege mit einer Polymerdispersion (CC-Dr.
Schutz Vollpflege) oder dem CC-Dr. Schutz PU-Siegelsystem empfehlenswert.
Flooring with a PU coating applied by the factory has better surface
protection during the installation period and for a short period during use.
In order to increase resistance to soil and marks and to simplify routine
cleaning a protection for the floor with a floor finish such as Dr. Schutz
Floor Sealer Matt is necessary for commercial applications. For residential
applications the usage of a polymer sealer (Dr. Schutz Secura Mat Hard
Sealer) or Dr. Schutz Floor Sealer Matt is recommended.
3.Laufende Reinigung und Pflege
According to the type of initial care the floor should be cleaned using PU
Cleaner or R 1000 diluted to the manufacturer’s instructions in clean warm
water. Additional protection against scuffing can be achieved by using felt
or teflon pads with your furniture.
Je nach erfolgter Einpflege ist zur Beseitigung vorhandener Verschmutzungen der Belag mit CC-PU-Reiniger oder R 1000 gemäß der Gebrauchsanleitung zu reinigen. Zusätzlichen Schutz vor Verstrichungen bieten nachträglich angebrachte Filz- oder Teflongleiter unter den Möbelstücken.
4.Grundreinigung
Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad ist der Fußboden in größeren Zeitabständen
mit CC-Grundreiniger R verdünnt (gemäß Herstellerangaben) zu reinigen.
Nach vollständiger Aufnahme der Schmutzflotte wird der Belag mit klarem,
warmem Wasser neutralisiert, bis alle Schmutz- und Reinigungsreste
vollständig beseitigt sind. Anschließend ist eine Einpflege (siehe Punkt 2)
vorzunehmen.
Bei größeren Flächen empfiehlt sich der Einsatz von Reinigungs- und
Pflegemaschinen. Sollten Pflegeprodukte anderer Hersteller eingesetzt
werden, so ist dies mit den jeweiligen Pflegemittelherstellern und uns
schriftlich abzustimmen.

Depending on traffic conditions, the floor should be periodically cleaned
using basic cleaner diluted to the manufacturer’s instructions. The waste
should be removed by wet mopping and the floor should then be rinsed
thoroughly with clean water. Then follow the instructions in 2. above. For
larger areas we recommend the use of electric cleaning and floor care
machines. If you use a different supplier of floor care products, the supplier‘s
