advised NYSE-listed Amphenol Corporation, USA, on the acqusition of the automotive
supplier FEP Fahrzeugelektrik Pirna GmbH.
FEP is an automotive supplier for sophisticated injection molded plastic parts for electronic
and electrical components primarily to the automotive market with its primary operations in
Pirna, Saxony.
