Personenschutz Isolator
Das als Unterdruck-Isolator konstruierte Barrieresystem mit turbulenter Belüftung dient dem
zuverlässigen Personenschutz bei der Handhabung von hochaktiven Stoffen. Neben den
üblichen Anwendungsgebieten der Einwaage oder des Probenzugs, ist die Integration von
Prozessmaschinen wie Tablettenpressen, Mischern oder Mühlen ebenfalls möglich. Die
Oberflächen des Isolators können zuverlässig mit Wasser abgereinigt werden (WIP).

The Barrier System has been constructed as a negative pressure Isolator with turbulent air
flow and serves to ensure reliable protection when handling highly active substances. In
addition to the usual application areas, such as weighing or sample taking, it is also possible

Steriltest-Isolator

Sterilisationstunnel
Heißluftsterilisationstunnel entpyrogenisieren kontinuierlich pharmazeutische Glasobjekte
(z.B. Vials, Spritzen usw.) nach dem Waschen in einer Sterilwaschmaschine und vor dem
Einlauf in eine Abfüllmaschine. Die Sterilisationstunnel bestehen aus einer LAF-Einlaufzone,

Hot air Sterilisation Tunnels continuously depyrogenate pharmaceutical glass objects (e.g.
vials, syringes, etc.) after being washed in a sterile washing machine and prior to being fed
into a filling machine. The sterilisation tunnels consist of an LAF inlet zone, a LAF sterilisation
zone and a LAF cooling zone with an appropriate pressure cascade between the zones.

Personenschleuse

vor dem Eintritt in Reinräume. Durch integrierte Luftdüsen wird die Person mit reiner Luft
abgeblasen (v>20 m/s) und dadurch gereinigt. Die von der Person gelösten Partikel werden

Active Personnel Airlocks (air showers) enable personnel to be decontaminated before
entering cleanrooms. The person is blasted with clean air from integrated air nozzles
