Dear Partners in Our Lord’s Service,
I began to write this letter in a place of reverie. For hours I’d been reading recently
discovered diaries for 1986 and 1987. Those two years were packed with life-changing happenings in my life and ministry.
In 1986, my husband, Kent, moved to Heaven. How important it was that I’d obeyed
the Lord and resigned from Kenneth Hagin Ministries in 1980 to go into full-time ministry.
For when Kent left earth, this ministry was established and had experienced supernatural
ministry across the U.S.A., in the USSR, Finland, Scandinavia, Guatemala, Europe, and Israel.
The diaries recorded my early days at Ulpan Akiva in Israel—and the hand of the
Lord upon me as He fulfilled what He had said to me when He told me to “study Hebrew in
the Land.”
After Kent’s departure I was seeking the Lord as to what I should do. Kneeling at
my blue prayer chair, which I still have, I heard Him say, “I want you to study Hebrew in the
Land. I am going to place you close to the Jews, so close they will know your love and see your
power.”
So I enrolled at Ulpan Akiva. But then I received an invitation to minister in a conference in Stockholm in a church built by the late Lewi Pethrus. I’d read much about this
spiritual man, and the church he pastored for 50 years. It was Europe’s largest Pentecostal
church. Dr. Frank and Irene Lindquist, founders of North Central Assemblies of God Bible
College in Minneapolis, had also served on the board of Youth for Christ. Irene told me how
when YFC hired a young preacher as their spokesperson, she told the director he’d better
get someone else, for this one could not preach. But then, the young preacher took a trip to
Sweden with another minister where they spent a few weeks with Lewi Pethrus. Irene told
me that when the young spokes-preacher returned he preached with a new fire and a magnetic anointing that drew the lost to altar calls. That young preacher was Billy Graham.
Flattered to be invited to the conference, I knew there was a problem. The dates
coincided with the summer session at Ulpan Akiva. I thought I can wait to go to Ulpan Akiva.

But again I knelt at the blue chair to pray. Before me was a large four-translation parallel
Bible. It fell open to Isaiah 30:1. In a power that was tangible the Lord quickened the verses
to me.
Is. 30:1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that
cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
Is. 30:2 That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth....
Then I saw a mini-vision. I saw myself preaching in Sweden with NO ANOINTING. It
“felt” terrible. For one sin, I would be in the wrong place. Then adding sin to sin, I would not
be in the right place. At that I heard a loud snap, as if a strong man snapped his fingers. And
I heard the Voice of the Lord, “I could teach you the language like that! (Snap!) But there are
experiences I want you to have. There are people I want you to meet.”
Reading my diaries, and considering what has transpired since that day at the blue
chair, I am amazed and humbled at what the Lord has done.
Migdal-Arbel U.S. and Israel Teams Meet in Israel
Our U.S. team returned on April 2, from spending several days with our Israeli Team.
Everyone reports it was a very successful meeting. One U.S. team member said, “We are
operating now with the wind at our backs.” That would be the wind of the Spirit. Enclosed
are pictures from the trip along with team member’s names, positions, and backgrounds.
You can see that the Lord has given us the cream of the crop. I will meet with Israeli Team
in May.

Recently I decided that my daughter, Shelli, and I would lead a small Seminar Tour
to Israel. Many have said to me, “I would like to go with you when you don’t take so many

Authority of the Believer
The Lord has placed much emphasis and anointing on our teaching of The Authority of the Believer. Whenever we teach it, we experience a heavy anointing — whether on

Kenneth and Gloria Copeland’s BVOV and BVOVN television programming, or on Sid Roth’s,
or on our own Wednesday Streamed Live Prayer Meetings, or in Authority Seminars like the
one the Lord told us to hold in the Greater Oklahoma City area.
Establishing Goshen
A supernatural connection to the Oklahoma City area began years ago. On April 18,
1995, Shelli and I were ministering for Norvel Hayes in Crystal City, Florida. Our hotel was
close enough to walk to the meeting. As we walked that evening, I heard a large explosion.
Shelli did not hear it. When we got to the church, a great weeping overtook us. Brother
Norvel came in a little later, crying. A spirit of intercession was upon us. Shelli remembers
Brother Norvel praying in what sounded like a Native American tongue, and she thought of
Oklahoma. The next day, April 19, 1995, the Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City was destroyed by a terrorist bomb attack. It killed 168 people and injured more
than 680 others.
Through the years when evil struck the area, the Lord quickened me about it. For
instance, a Post Office shooting that killed 14. Extremely wicked weather, particularly tornadoes. Then in September 2014, a woman was beheaded at a foods distribution center by
a fellow employee, a Muslim convert. It was at this gruesome happening that I clearly heard
the Voice of the Lord, “Go the Oklahoma City area and teach The Authority of the Believer.”
We obeyed and experienced a powerful Authority Conference in March on the Oklahoma University Campus. (We have CDs of the conference available.)
But just before we went to the area for the seminar, we prayed together about it.
It was one of those electrified moments we sometimes experience at corporate prayer on
Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks. Francine Lovell, with the Spirit clearly upon her, delivered
in her lovely French accent a short, but powerful, word of the Lord, “You will establish
Goshen.”
Immediately I saw a mini-vision. I saw a map of the United States. I saw shaded
areas scattered across the map. This was like a TV news report might mark areas where the
flu had hit. I heard, These are the areas where the believers have established Goshen in their
realms of authority.
The children of Israel lived in Goshen during their stay in Egypt. God established it
for them and protected them there from all the plagues. (Genesis 45:10.)
Ex. 8:22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no
swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst
of the earth.

Ex. 8:23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people:...
Ex. 9:23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail,
and the fire ran along upon the ground...
Ex. 9:24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous...
Ex. 9:25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt...
Ex. 9:26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.
Ex. 10:22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in
all the land of Egypt three days:
Ex. 10:23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the
children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
The Lord made us to know. I am not sending you to the Oklahoma City area just to
point out the tragedies. I am sending you that the believers in the Greater Oklahoma City
area can establish Goshen there.
I saw something. In Israel’s covenant, the Lord established Goshen for them. But
New Covenant believers, the Body of Christ, have been given the authority in the earth.
Now, we are to establish Goshen in our realms of authority. You can establish Goshen by
sitting in the seat of your heavenly ministry every morning and stopping the activity of the
enemy in your realm of authority. Read John A. MacMillan’s book, The Authority of the Believer. And DO page 27!!!
Someone heard me teach on authority and told Sid Roth about it. He invited me to be
on his broadcast and to teach (with Chip) a seminar that he will make available. In my new
book, How You Can Pray in the End of Days, I have 3 chapters on The Authority of the Believer
and How To Use It. Sid asked us to make a minibook of those 3 chapters that explain how
to sit in your seat of authority at the right hand of the Father and rule and reign in this life.
This is a great tool to give to others.
Fellowship as Partners and Partakers
I’ve long enjoyed knowing the meaning of the word fellowship in 1 John 1:3. Read it
in the Amplified Bible. It translates: “fellowship as partners and partakers with Him.” In the
business of God, we are partners with Him, and we are partakers in the profits.
A wider illumination came to me when in his Branson Victory Campaign, Kenneth
Copeland taught on how Paul used the Macedonian churches as an example of the grace of
giving (2 Cor. 8:1-7). In writing to the Corinthian church, Paul wrote them about how the
Macedonian churches, even in poverty, begged Paul to receive their gifts, and to take them
into the fellowship of partners and partakers in his ministry to the saints. Writing to that
generous Macedonian church at Philippi, Paul pointed out that they were the only ones who

supported him in the beginning (Phil. 4:14-19). And that as a result, “My God shall supply
all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
I am deeply conscious of what it means to have fellowship as partners and partakers
in the work of God. I value it with those ministries I partner with through my giving. And I
value you who are our partners in the work of the Lord through this ministry.
Looking at my diaries and remembering how little we had when we began, and seeing where we are now, I am ever more conscious of our Source and those whose hearts He
touches to fellowship as partners and partakers with us. I can never say thank you enough.
Projects
Just to keep you aware of what you are fellowshipping with as partners and partakers:
• The base of this ministry, A Glorious Church Fellowship in Collinsville Church is
gloriously growing—so much so that we have a new sanctuary. On Sunday June 26, I
will be there to take part in the dedication of this beautiful place. We will start meetings on Friday night, June 24. I do hope you can be with us.
• The Lord has added land to us. Thirty-five acres behind the cabins. And three lots
next to the parsonage. Thank you so much.
There’s a great story here. In the tent meeting at Autumn Assembly, we told how the 35 acres
had come up for sale. The back porch of the Pickard Place was almost touching the boundary. A man in the congregation held up his hand and said, “I pledge $1000 and I challenge
others to do the same.” (His wife later told us she was thinking, Where is he going to get it?)
The money came in with some left over to apply on 3 lots next to the parsonage. That couple
came to Prayer Mountain later and gave this report. As he was driving in the traffic leaving
the tent meeting, his cell rang. (Cells don’t work well here.) The caller advised him a certain
deal had gone through and his commission was $50,000. Praise the Lord!
• Administration Building needs a new roof.
A new metal one has been bid at $60,000.
• General Account
Most expenses come from this account. Your support during the month of May while
I am in Israel is of utmost importance and highly appreciated.
• With our new BVOVN outreach, television costs have increased.
Thank the Lord for the opportunity. “General” is also paying these costs.

This account pays monthly payments. And keeps up maintenance.
You replaced most of the boards on the deck. And you bought me a wall oven.
