Insalata, pomodori, zucchine, zucche e vari tipi di cavoli. Tante bontà
a perdita d’occhio. Il mio motto: bio
è vita, la natura è il nostro miglior
fornitore. Nel mio verde paradiso
crescono rarità come le patate da
seme della Val Pusteria e gli asparagi bianchi, una vera poesia! Tutto
arriva in tavola appena raccolto per
il piacere degli ospiti.

great passion, with salad, tomatoes, courgettes, pumpkins and
various types of cabbage. Delicious
fare as far as the eye can see. My
motto: organic farming means life,
nature is our best supplier. Rare
crops are grown in my green paradise: such as the Val Pusteria seed
potato or white asparagus - true
poetry! Everything is then brought
to our guests’ table freshly picked.
