CUT VELOURS Die Velours-Teppichböden von OBJECT CARPET untergliedern sich in
kurze, zartfeine und robuste Velours-Qualitäten und extravagante voluminöse Shags. Die
beim Tuften gebildete Schlinge wird direkt in der Maschine aufgeschnitten und bildet so
diesen besonders weichen Flor von Einzelfäden. Geeignet für stark frequentierte Objekte
und anspruchsvolles Wohnen.
CUT-PILE Cut-loop carpets by OBJECT CARPET are subdivided into short, delicate and
sturdy cut-loop qualities and fancy bulky shags. The pile, which comes into being during
the tufting process, is cut while still in the machine and thus makes for an extremely soft
pile consisting of single threads. Appropriate for use on surfaces undergoing substantial
heavy traffic and high-quality life style.
LOOP SCHLINGE Schlingen und Cut/Loop-Flächen werden durch fortlaufende, kleine
Garnschlingen charakterisiert. Diese präsentieren sich klassisch in durchgängig konstanter
Höhe oder beeindrucken durch geometrische Struktureffekte. LOOP-Teppichböden sind
funktionell, äußerst robust und widerstandsfähig, können sowohl im Wohnbereich als
auch unter extremer Beanspruchung im Objektbereich eingesetzt werden.
LOOP LOOP Loop and cut-loop surfaces are characterised by consecutive, small loops.
They either present themselves in a classical manner featuring a constant height or impress
with their geometric structural effects. LOOP carpets are functional, extremely sturdy and
hard-wearing. They are appropriate for use in home interiors and for surfaces undergoing
substantial heavy foot traffic alike.
WEB COLLECTION Unsere Web-Teppichböden sind ganz traditionell mit Kette und

WEB COLLECTION Our woven carpets are still woven in a conventional manner using
warp and weft. Due to high-tech fibres, processing of which involves the most recent
weaving techniques and attractive patterns, our woven carpets are extremely sturdy and

TILES QUADRAMODUL®SL TILES are our response to the challenging demands in
modern furnishing as to flexibility and mobility. Loose lay, non-adhesive tiles meet the
requirements of a cross-linked work environment featuring attractive designs. A large
number of OBJECT CARPET designs are available as broadloom and tile. The potential
to combine tile and broadloom translates into both an attractive and economic solution.

für aktuelle Design-Strömungen und dies in Kombination mit der traditionellen Webtechnik bilden die Basis für innovative WebQualitäten von OBJECT CARPET. Alle Web-Teppichböden sind extrem strapazierfähig und deshalb für den hoch frequentierten
Architekturbereich geschaffen, gleich ob in Verwaltungsgebäuden, im Hotel, in Ladengeschäften oder in Museen.
Die Kollektion haben wir in vier Gruppen geteilt, zu der Sie jeweils ein Musterbuch anfordern können.
BLACK ART entstand aus Inspirationen zu den kraftvollen Elementen der Natur, von Vulkanen, Lavaströmen, Kieselsteinen – schwarzer Kunst. Dazu stellen wir Ihnen drei eigenständige Dessins zur Wahl. Edel in der Aussage der Materialien, spielerisch im Dessin und
trotzdem klar in der Erscheinung. Kraftvoll, präsent und mit Understatement.
BLACK SILVER harmoniert mit reduzierter und funktioneller Architektur und gestaltet den Raum mit minimalistischem TeppichDesign. Im Font schwarz, sind vier Muster-Variationen erhältlich: ein silbernes Liniendesign, oder silberne Musterquadrate in den
Größen XS, M und L.
WEB ART verwendet dieselben Dessinformen wie BLACK ART. Doch hier zeigt sich Webtechnik in neuer Dimension. Die überraschenden Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten entstehen durch die Verwebung unterschiedlicher Garne und Farben, in Schlinge oder Velours.
Diese Teppichboden-Serie ist bereits jetzt dabei, ein Klassiker zu werden.

High-tech brand fibres shape the interplay between light and dark colours, soft and shining visual effects as well as high and low
structures. These are the basic features of all carpet floorings which form part of the OBJECT CARPET WEB KOLLEKTION. New
materials, a keen sense for the latest design streams in combination with a traditional weaving technique form the basis of these
innovative woven qualities from OBJECT CARPET. All woven carpets are extremely hard-wearing and thus make a perfect choice
for highly frequented architectural areas such as administrative buildings, hotels, retail stores or museums.
The collection is divided into four groups, for each of which a sample book is available upon request.
BLACK ART was born from inspirations taken from the powerful elements of nature, from volcanoes, streams of lava, pebble stones
– black art. You may choose from three separate designs. Noble in their materials, playful in their designs and yet still clear and
balanced in their overall appearances. Powerful, on the spot and with understatement.
BLACK SILVER blends in with a reduced and functional architecture and designs a room with minimalist carpet designs. Against a
black backdrop, four different samples are available: a line design in silver, or sample squares in silver in sizes XS, M and L.
WEB ART uses the same designs as BLACK ART. But here weaving technique shows itself in a new dimension. Unexpected means of
expression are generated by interweaving different yarns and colours, in loop or cut-loop. This carpet series is already a classic.
WEB CLASSICS unifies eight designs which recede in any room due to their unostentatious balance. Elegant and gentle in their
appearance, hard-wearing and having been awarded all TÜV certifications, they dispose of all values which decorate the floors in
commercial or public buildings.

OBJECT CARPET PURE SILK – echte Seide, erhalten Sie als Bahnenware und als abgepassten Teppich. Jeder Teppich von
PURE SILK ist ein handgewebtes Unikat mit natürlichen Unregelmäßigkeiten in Farbe und Struktur, die dem Produkt seinen
einzigartigen, wertvollen Charakter geben. Auf Grund der natürlichen Eigenschaften von reiner Seide kann die Farbwirkung
bei direkter und starker Sonneneinstrahlung aufhellen. Der sogenannte Shading-Effekt, welcher von Veloursteppichböden
bekannt ist, ist ein rein optischer Effekt und für diese Qualität typisch. Er entspricht dem natürlichen Charakter des Teppichbodens und unterstreicht die seidige Feinheit des Fasermaterials.
2.400 g/m² reine Seide, erhältlich in Bahnenware in 400 cm Breite. Individuell angefertigte Teppiche sind bis zu einer Breite
von 380 cm möglich. Integriert ist ein Komfortfilz mit rutschhemmenden PVC-Noppen. Gesamtgewicht ca. 4.000 g/m²,
Gesamthöhe ca. 20 mm.
OBJECT CARPET PURE SILK – Wall to wall carpet or rugs made out of pure silk – this is our de luxe model. Each carpet is a hand
woven unique copy with its natural irregularities in colour and structure which give the product its unique and precious character.
Our products are subject to regular quality checks and are woven using a traditional artisan technique. Due to their natural
characteristics the colours can be brighten up. Please do not expose to direct sunlight.
2,400 g/sqm pure silk, available in broadloom at a width of 400 cm. Individual measurements up to a width of 380 cm with an

OBJECT CARPET RUGS* Due to their special manufacturing, these rugs lay perfectly flat and are also skid-proof. The construction of
the rug (BlackThermo®felt with non-slip naps) allows you to dispense of an additional underlay. That saves costs. And what is more.
Rugs lay perfectly flat on any surface – be it hard wooden floors or stone floors.
You have the choice between:
edges cut only (without bordering)
different band boderings like cotton, leather, felt or even metal

are of constant quality. This is why OBJECT CARPET broadloom and OBJECT CARPET SL tiles may be combined with each other. You
may install QUADRAMODUL® SL tiles in variable sub-areas and use broadloom for areas with no sub-floor construction. It saves you
costs whilst producing an optimised overall appearance.

In öffentlichen Gebäuden und Großraumbüros setzen Planer auf Quellbelüftung. Diese permanente Belüftung durch Klimadoppelböden hat viele
Vorteile. Die von unten zugeführte Frischluft sorgt für eine angenehme,
zugfreie Klimatisierung und reduziert durch die Bodenkonstruktion zudem
akustische Probleme. Dafür muss der Bodenbelag durchlässig sein.
OBJECT CARPET bietet für diese zugluftfreie Quellluft-Klimasysteme eine
perforierte Unterkonstruktion für Teppichböden an. Anstatt des textilen
Zweitrückens erhalten Bahnen oder Fliesen eine eigene quellluftfähige
Beschichtung.
Dies eröffnet viele Vorteile bei der Planung des Klimasystems und senkt
die Kosten. So können quellluftfähige Fliesen die luftdurchlässige Unterkonstruktion bedecken, die für die Klimatisierung benötigt wird. Die restliche

Planners like the idea of introducing fresh air in public buildings and openplan offices. Permanent ventilation through climate double floors bring a lot
of benefits. Occupant comfort in buildings with properly designed underfloor air distribution is higher than in buildings with conventional overhead
cooling. Fresh air supply creates a convenient, draught-free room climate
while also reducing acoustic problems through the floor construction. The
floor must be permeable to imprive circulation.
OBJECT CARPET offers perforated substructures for wall-to-wall carpets
for these draught-free fresh air conditioning systems. Instead of a textile
secondary backing, carpets in broadloom and tile format get a fresh air
compatible coating.

Überall dort, wo hohe räumliche Flexibilität geplant wird, muss sich auch
der Fußboden schnell anpassen. OBJECT CARPET SL-Fliesen können mit
einer magnetisch wirkenden Unterkonstruktion ausgerüstet werden – für
eine selbstliegende Verlegung ohne Verklebung. Sie sind dadurch für alle
am Markt exisiterenden Stahlblech und mit Stahlblech kaschierten Doppelboden-Systeme einsetzbar.
Die magnetische Anziehung geht dabei nur nach unten – in den Doppelboden. Es geht keine magnetische Wirkung an die Teppich-Oberfläche oder

with the demands in nursing homes. The use of special fibres makes cutloop carpets and loop carpets resistant to chloric detergents and desinfectants, which is considered a basic prerequisite for hygiene requirements in
nursing homes. Use of solution dyed yarn grants a combined installation of
broadloom and SL tile provided that the colour schemes are matching and
the square metre size is not limited. Ideal for large-scale projects. The wallto-wall carpet is fully synthetic, is not damaged by the use of castor chairs,

STEP-IN – TEPPICH FÜR DIE SAUBERLAUFZONE
STEP-IN – CARPET FOR CLEAN-WALK-IN ZONE
OBJECT CARPET STEP-IN Teppich für die Sauberlaufzone ist für alle Eingangsbereiche entwickelt worden um „Schmutzstraßen“
aus den Gebäuden zu verbannen. 70-80% des Schmutzes wird mit den Schuhen ins Gebäude getragen. STEP-IN kann einen Großteil des Schmutzes festhalten. Voraussetzung: eine Sauberlaufzone von 3 m, sodass der Schmutz abgelaufen werden kann. Auch an
Regentagen und im Winter verrichtet STEP-IN seinen Dienst. Bis zu 5 Liter Feuchtigkeit pro Quadratmeter kann der Teppich aufnehmen – durch eine wasserdichte Vinylbeschichtung. Auf Wunsch fertigen wir STEP-IN auch mit einer umlaufenden Gummilippe.
OBJECT CARPET STEP-IN carpets for clean-walk-in zones was designed for entrance areas to ”ban“ ”dirt roads“ from inside any
building. 70-80% of dirt is tracked into buildings on shoes. STEP-IN can retain a large part of the dirt. Prerequisite: a clean-walk
zone of 3 metres length so that you can walk off the dirt as you walk over it. STEP-IN shall also be at your disposal on rainy days and
during the wintertime. The carpet may absorb up to 5 litres of liquid per square metre – through an impervious vinyl coating.
STEP-IN may even be equipped with a circular rubber lip if you so wish.

HERSTELLUNG DER TEPPICHBÖDEN. Der lange Lebenszyklus unserer Teppichböden, beginnend von der Beschaffung des Rohmaterials, über die Produktion bis hin zur Entsorgung, ist optimiert, nachhaltig gestaltet und wird kontinuierlich den neuesten und
zukunftsweisenden Entwicklungen angepasst.
Der Einsatz von ECONYL, dem ersten zu 100% recycelten Polyamid von Aquafil, minimiert die Umweltauswirkungen in der Garnproduktion. Der Wasserbedarf wird um 15% und Treibhausgase um 85% reduziert. Die in Teppichböden eingesetzten Materialien
können alle in Verwertungsanlagen wieder gewonnen werden, auf chemischem Wege neu aufbereitet oder werkstofflich zu Sekundärkunststoffen oder biologischen Dämmstoffen weiterverarbeitet werden. Zum Beispiel werden alle anfallenden Rohwarenreste
gesammelt, getrennt und dem Produktkreislauf zu 100% zugeführt.

Qualitäten erfüllen die Voraussetzungen für den Einsatz in DGNB zertifizierten Gebäuden und tragen damit zum Erreichen der gesetzten Standards für umweltfreundliches,
ressourcenschonendes und nachhaltiges Bauen bei.

The Edition Silhouette presents sensuous extravaganza between contrasting poles. Its passionate dynamics
unfold in the contradistinctions of material and the lack thereof, between quotes of traditional arts and
crafts and cutting edge technologies, between feminine design vocabulary and a masculine range of colours.
The rugs of the Edition Silhouette are not simply passed over. They are an exclusive floor adornment in
which the aesthetics of a designed room finds its culmination. Silhouette by Object Carpet is the first of a
series of Rug Editions, always in tune with the tempo and styles of contemporary design.

Freiliegend vor dem Mobiliar, vor einem Sideboard, in Flursituationen oder vor Sitzecken wie auch in Officesituationen und Wartebereichen kommt die Open-Work-Struktur optimal zur Geltung. Die wiederkehrende
