Holz-Vielfalt: Das Auge kauft auch mit. Der Rohstoff Holz ist
nicht nur Herstellungs-Material sondern auch optischer Kaufanreiz. Gleichzeitig ist die Holzqualität mit verantwortlich für
einen möglichst langfristigen Produktnutzen. D+H verwendet
in den jeweiligen Modellreihen preisstrukturorientiert Hartoder Weichholz plus veredelnden Oberflächenbehandlungen.

Rutschfeste Oberflächenstrukturen.
Der Unterschied zwischen einfacher und guter Qualität liegt
oft nur in einem kleinen Detail. Rutschfestigkeit ist ein
solches kleines Detail mit großem Nutzen, wenn schwere
Pflanzen in Bewegung geraten oder Kinder beim Spielen
gegen Pflanzenkübel stoßen.
Non-slipping surfaces: You will often find the difference between lower and better quality just in small details. A surface
that lowers the danger of slipping pots is such a detail with
a serious thought behind, e.g. when playing children hit the
pot mover or a heavy plant gets in motion.
Wasserabweisende Oberflächen sind nirgendwo wichtiger
als dort, wo bei der alltäglichen Nutzung tatsächlich auch
Wasser „im Spiel“ ist. Sie verhindern das Eindringen von
Wasser ins Material und damit eine Aufnahme von Feuchtigkeit, die auf die Dauer qualitätsschädigende Wirkung haben
kann.
Waterproof surfaces are especially important in everyday
situations when water really is involved. Such surfaces prevent the penetration of water into the material and with it an
admission of humidity which might have a quality-damaging
effect in the long run.
Witterungsbedingte Einflüsse können den Zustand von
Holzprodukten im Freien verändern. D+H hat deshalb mit
der Linie „Mammut“ ein spezielles Outdoor-Programm für
den Einsatz von Pflanzenrollern im Außenbereich entwickelt,
das belastbar, robust und langlebig ist.
Weather-conditioned influences can change the state of
wooden products outside. Therefore, D+H has developed
the line „Mammut“ in order to provide a special outdoor
program for the application of pot movers in the outskirt area
which is resistant, robust and long-lasting.
Rollenqualität nach europäischem Standard. Nichts ist
konsequenter als „Europäische Normen“. Diese Konsequenz
ist die Basis für eine Zuverlässigkeit, mit der sich Qualitätsprodukte gravierend von Billigmassenware unterscheidet.
Unkalkulierbare Sicherheitsrisiken werden durch sie
minimiert.
European-standard castor quality. Nothing is stricter than
a „European standard“. This strictness is the basis
for a reliability by which quality products stand out way
above their cheap, mass-produced counterparts. They rule
out incalculable safety risks.
PAK 3. „PAK“ ist die Abkürzung für polycyclische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe. Sie entstehen bei der Herstellung
von auf Erdöl basierenden Produkten. Die für alle D+HRollen verbindliche Klassifizierung PAK 3 beschreibt eine
höchstmögliche Unbedenklichkeit für den Anwender im
Umgang mit PAK beinhaltenden Materialien.
PAH 3. „PAH“ is the abbreviation for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. They arise in the production of petroleum-based
products. All D+H castors must fall in the PAH 3
category, meaning they offer the greatest possible level of
safety to users handling materials containing PAH.
