Bei vielen pulverförmigen Pro­dukten (Kunststoffpulver, Milchpulver, Aerosile, Kalkverbindungen, Füller...) ist eine zuverlässige Erfassung des Siloinhaltes mit Füllstands-Messgeräten nicht
immer möglich. Bei einer neuen Anlage empfiehlt es sich, die
Silos auf Wägezellen zu setzen – doch was ist mit bestehenden
Produktions- und Lagersilos? Hense Wägetechnik bietet Ihnen
eine zuverlässige „Nachrüstlösung“. Die Messung erfolgt über
temperaturkompensierte Dehnungsmess-Streifen, die an der
tragenden Stützkonstruktion (Stützen, Zarge...) befestigt werden.
In a new plant it is recommended to set the silos on load cells - but what
about existing production and storage silos. Hense Wägetechnik offers a
reliable retrofitable solution with strain gauge sensors bolted to the support member (Iegs or skirt) of the silo. The sensor is measuring the deflection
caused by loading and unloading the silo and converts this into a proportional voltage signal. The instrumentation amplifies the signal and displays
the silo content directly in tons or kg. Due to the fact, that there are no moving parts involved, this type of measurement is absolute maintenance free.
There is no mechanical modification of the silos construction required. The
installation can be completed without any downtime within a few hours.

Nachrüstung eines Wägesystemes zur Optimierung der Verladung am Futterpulversilo
Bei der Humana Milchunion in Everswinkel wird aus einem außen stehenden 60 t Silo Futterpulver in Silofahrzeuge verladen.
Bedingt durch Brückenbildung und die schlechte Fließeigenschaft des Milchpulvers ist die Verlademenge nur sehr schwer
einzuschätzen. Versuche mit Bestimmung des Siloinhaltes über
eine seilgeführte Mikrowellensonde brachten keinerlei Verbesserung, da der Füllstand durch Schüttkegel, Kaminbildung und
Anbackungen stark verfälscht wurde.
Demand of application: Optimize the inventory control and truck loading of a
milk powder storage silo.
Humana Milchunion in Everswinkel stores
milk powder in a 60t outdoor silo. Due to the
poor flow abilty of the powder it was very difficult to control the amount of product dosed
into the trucks. Different test to improve the
inventory control with with level measuring
systems had failed because of the angle of repose, bridge building or sticking.

Das Futterpulver-Silo wurde innerhalb von vier Stunden
mit temperaturkompensierten „Halbleiter DMS-Sensoren“
ausgerüstet. Die Montage der Sensoren erfolgt über hochfeste Maschinenschrauben an den vertikalen Silostützen.
Die Sensoren erfassen die gewichtsabhängige Dehnung /
Stauchung im Stahlgefüge und wandeln diese in ein linear
proportionales Spannungssignal um. Die zugehörige Auswerte Elektronik normiert das Spannungssignal und zeigt
den Siloinhalt direkt in „Tonnen“ an. Durch die ausgezeichnete Linearität und die hohe Reproduzierbarkeit der DMS-Sensoren steht als Ergebnis eine wartungsfreie Inventarkon­trolle
zur Verfügung. Über den Vorwahl-Modus der Auswerte Elektronik können die Silozüge mit einer Toleranz von +/- 100kg
verladen werden.
Solution:
Easy - Simply - Maintenance free
Within four hours the silo was fitted with
temperature compensated straingauge sensors. The sensors had been bolted directy to
the vertical legs of the silo. The sensors measure the tension / compression caused by
unload or loading the silo and convert this
into a linear proportional voltage signal.
The separate evaluation electronics amplifies the signal and displays the silos content
directly in tons. Due to the high precision of
the strain gauge transducers it is possible to
load silo trucks within a tolerance of 100 200kg.
