Die beiden sanierten Häuser an der Ansbacher und Passauer Straße aus dem Jahr 1892 bilden die Basis der
neuen Wohnadresse. Die detaillierten Stuckelemente
entlang der Fassade akzentuieren die Grazie der Gründerzeitbauten. Fein profilierte Gesimse und Faschen
strahlen Ruhe und Halt aus. Französische Fenster mit filigranen Balustraden vermitteln Nonchalance. Die modernen Penthouses im Dach inszenieren einen eleganten
Kontrast zwischen historischer und avantgardistischer

The two Maison Ouest buildings form the basis of this new
residential complex. These houses at Ansbacher Strasse
and Passauer Strasse were built in 1892 and have been
completely renovated for Maison Ouest. The detailed
stucco features along the building facades accentuate
