Das Modell Palma ist ein Haus mit geraden Linien in ausgeprägtem zeitgenössischem (modernem) Stil.
Besonders ins Auge fallen die großflächigen Fensterfronten, die es erlauben, den Ausblick und das natürliche
Licht zu genießen, sowie das Weiß der Fassade, das sich vom intensiven Blau des Mittelmeeres abhebt.
Für den Bau dieses Chalets wurde ein eher ebenes Grundstück ausgewählt, um es auf nur einer Etage errichten
zu können. Diese besteht aus drei Doppelschlafzimmern mit Einbauschränken, zwei Badezimmern, einem
weiträumigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit großen Fensterflächen, einer vollständig eingerichteten Küche, einem
Installationsraum und einer Veranda. Abgerundet wird der Komplex durch eine ausgedehnte Terrasse mit einem
Pool von 4 x 8 Metern und Metall-Balustrade.
In dem Haus in modernem Stil kommt der Terrasse mit Vorbau eine besondere Bedeutung zu, die das
Wohn-Esszimmer mit der äußeren Terrasse verbindet. Sie hat die Funktion einer Veranda, einer Struktur, die im
Sommer die Sonne nicht eindringen lässt, im Winter jedoch zulässt, dass sie ins Innere gelangt und Wärme
spendet.
Das Chalet hat eine einzigartige Lage, in erster Meereslinie, auf einem Grundstück mit leichtem Gefälle und
Südausrichtung in dem gediegenen Wohngebiet an der nördlichen Costa Blanca, einem bevorzugten Ziel
für diejenigen, die sich nach dem Meer und dem mediterranen Klima sehnen.
